Even John Taffer from bar rescue could not save this restaurant and bar. This was literally the worst restaurant I have experienced in my life. The so called award winning wings were cold, bland and tasteless. After eating three I had to send them back. Get this, they served them to me in a styrofoam container even though I was eating in. They provided no cutlery or even napkins. The waitress refused to provide a plate. Even after asking for one for the sad excuse for wings. For the encore The following chicken salad actually contained NO CHICKEN!! I am at an actual loss of words for what transpired here today, is this place some kind of sick joke? Am I actually living in the twilight zone? They lied about being wing champions and this is what I got, this place needs to be reported to public health not given a gold medal. And we are just talking about the food at this point, the service was next level awful. The career waitress has an IQ of 45 at best and the attitude and attention to detail to match her A plus personality. I almost have to laugh at how bad this was, after taking the award winning wings off the bill they come back at 15% off the list price and she goes on to explain this. Only two things wrong here, firstly the math it was actually 50% off. Second, she said it should be taken off completely, so sometimes you just have to cut your losses and call it a day.

We came in as a walk in party of ten, on 5 separate bills. The space here was adequate to accommodate us even though they were pretty busy. We came here on a limb and weren't sure what to expect but we ended up having an awesome experience. Not only was the food great including large portion sizes, the restaurant was clean, spacious and we received quick and exceptional service as well. Our server Shannon took great care of our party. She was friendly, accurate and unfazed by our loud selves and loud group. Shannon is great at her job and hopefully she receives some recognition for how great she is at her job. She was personal, approachable and funny. She got everything right and stayed on top of our drinks and the quality of the food/the service. For a last minute choice to come here, we will definitely be back. The food was amazing too! 10/10 experience! The price was great as well! Two meals, an app and two drinks for $60 including upgrades on our meal sides. I definitely would recommend this restaurant. It's family friendly and again, super clean. My only complaint, **IF** I had one, would be to have the option of a steak on the menu, especially since you offer a steak sandwich already but putting that aside, the food was fantastic. Our table got burgers, wings, apps, sandwiches and salads. NO COMPLAINTS! Thanks Shannon and staff!

Bland, tasteless food Waitress had extreme inattention to detail and had to be asked to compensate for our awful experience. Even then, she only took off the one meal and took a higher tip in exchange. Ordered fish and chips and a veggie burger and they were both so bad. Fish smelled and tasted like it was made 3 days ago - was dry and gross The veggie burger was extremely bland and tasted like literal cardboard French fries were mid at best. Not good, highly would not recommend, and extremely disappointed.

Really love this place. Quiet, and staff are fun & friendly. Sweet potato fries are AMAZING!. This is becoming one of our (post-Covid) favourites!

Worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered the Canadian which is pepperoni mushrooms and bacon. The pizza was obviously a frozen pepperoni and they added bacon bits to it. No mushrooms were to be seen Seems the staff could not handle a busy night. Very disappointing.

AYCE wings is amazing, only $17.50 (plus drunk purchase) Lightly breaded Buffalo blue cheese was my favourite

Their wings are good (not jumbo), but tasty. Their pizza is thick. It tastes almost like a bakery pizza, but better. It's more crispy. Prices were average bar prices . The place isn't too big, but lots of tvs to watch for sporting events. The service was terrible but the food was good. I still gave it a 4 because it was only 1 server and I'm sure they aren't all bad. Just the luck of th draw that day.

Outdated, TVs are small, but the thing that made me leave a review was the food. I got the wrap with onion rings, onion rings were not done, they were soggy, my chicken in my wrap was so dry and overcooked I couldnt eat it. My husband got the triple decker sandwich and there was nothing triple decker about it- just a basic sandwich. We came with friends and they were not happy either. Rude staff as well- whatever guy that runs it, maybe check your tone with customers- a$$hole vibes. We left hungry and dissatisfied. With our experience we will not be returning or recommending this place. Save your time and money. Also I am certain this restaurant is connected to a hotel, and all you can smell is chlorine. Odd while eating.

Went for all you can eat wings for $18 . You can only get them breaded, but still a good size wing ! Started out with 10 mild, nice hot and crispy a bit too much sauce for me , but I will know for next time (personal preference). After that, we can get 5 any flavor. They were done and at our table in under 5 minutes, but again I would ask for crispy even for those, the breading was good but may have been pre ready as it was the special and I love mine crisper. Between the 2 of us we were able to try 6 flavors. Salt and pepper were my favorite I would actually love to try other food there. Servers were very friendly as well. Also got a kids chicken fingers and was a nice size 👌

I'm not sure I'd come back here. The wings were pretty good. I don't know if I'd call them award winning, but they were not bad. Our first order came out wrong, but after having to wait 20 minutes to get it, I was too hungry to worry about sending them back. We ordered our second batch at the same time as our first batch, which is good because after almost 35 minutes they finally came back around to get our next order. After asking for the bill at the same time as the third order, we had to ask for it a second time almost 15 minutes later. Overall experience: meh.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever had. Wings were great. Still not worth dealing with a server that's too busy outside hanging out when we are the only table she's serving and we wait 30 mins for 5 wings....

I wanted to share my experience at this amazing place - it's an absolute gem! The atmosphere here is perfect for dancing, dining, and unwinding. I recently attended the Social Dance event hosted by Salsa Dancing Niagara, and it was phenomenal! The location is stunning, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy great vibes and fantastic experiences.

Ordered take out from restaurant. Pizza and wings and chicken fingers and fries. The chicken fingers and fries were very large portion, good quality and size. I was not a fan of the pizza, it was doughy and not cooked enough. It seemed like it was microwaved speed oven type. Wings were breaded, huge and good portion. We also got a Cesar salad which was bomb. Normal bill of around $80 for a meal like this. Overall enjoyable.

Went for wing night with a group of my buddies and may i say everything from the food to our wonderful server Teisha, was excellent. It was so good I went through 3 pounds of wings. The service came quick, and the restaurant was clean and quiet. They definitely earned some new regulars.

Had a great time at all you can eat wings night, servers name was Teisha and she had great service constantly asking if we need any more wings or drinks. There ended up being an altercation at the end of our night between my group and a drunk man at the bar. The manager handled it like an absolute pro and deescalated the situation by making the man pay and leave while also getting in the middle of it all, A-1 service. great prices great service 5/5

I’ve eaten their burger special on Thursday and wings on another night. Both are great! I find the service is a bit slow and you have to dine in to get specials. Take out you have to pay full price.

Dined here with my grandparents the other day. We all ordered wings. Food was okay however the service was terrible. First called to see if they had room for three before coming in and whoever answered the phone seemed angry we had even called. No worries, we had heard great reviews of the Chicken Wings on Facebook judged by the “walking man” of St. Catharines so we still wanted to try the wings. We arrive and are brought to a table by our waitress. It had yet to be wiped down. We brought this to her attention and she didn’t seem to take this too kindly and tried to hide her annoyance that we had pointed this out. Her mask didn’t fit her face and was just sitting on her chin. My grandmother had politely asked her to position it properly and again hit with a little reluctance and annoyance. Although we are all vaccinated we still worry about the growing numbers due to the Delta variant and my grandparents being seniors. After we had ordered our drinks our food had arrived shortly after. My grandmother was not impressed as the menus said “jumbo wings” and thought they were puny. However I found the Wings tasty and filling. Though carrots/celery sticks were not included and the blue cheese was an extra charge. This was not brought to our attention until after our food was brought to us. With only two other tables seated in the joint, we figured she would have come back sooner to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks before we finished them. If you’re annoyed to be serving people, you should not be in this industry, bestie. Overall not a pleasant experience and we will not be back.

Great for a group friendly staff and food is exactly what you wanted after the game or for meeting up with friends.

We ordered the wings, they were ok. Unfortunately there was a mix up with them, but at that point we were too hungry to say anything and wait some more. Service was a bit slow, there was 3 tables and 2 servers.

I went there Wednesday night for the all you can eat wings something I was really looking forward to and ended up leaving disappointed by the service and the professionalism of the staff it took us 40 minutes to get our drinks and took another 35 minutes ordering our next set of wings. The waitress was more worried about the gossip in the back than her customers. Note that there were only 8 people altogether in the whole restaurant.

Food is always amazing but the manager is always so rude. And then you can hear her yelling and swearing in the kitchen extremely unprofessional

Foods pretty good, I think they have the best chicken wings around, the breaded ones are amazing. Place is newly renovated and kept nice and clean, staff if friendly.

Great food, horrible service. We waited so long for our waitress, we finally had to get up and go get her. On Thursdays if you buy any drink, you get a burger for $3.99. Burger was great.

Come here all the time, but the food quality has gone downhill within the last six months. The all you can eat wings were served bloody, and the manager would not lower the bill at all. The last two times I came here, we ordered the party platter and the pizza both times was undercooked. They're pizza is garbage, and taste like microwavable pizza. I've had parties here many times, and it's been a nightmare every single time. It's like pulling teeth, for them to compensate for their own mistakes. Do not waste your money on this place, and if you go for wings ask for well done. Otherwise they will be served bloody! The manager with the dark hair, also has a big time attitude problem. Very rude to her staff, and always swearing in the back. This place is not what it use to be, ever since before covid. Trash!!!

Best wings I've ever had! Tried the battered wings with the dry Cajun rub and they were so amazing!! Definitely a must have. Also really enjoyed the chicken Caesar wrap and the poutine! Great experience!

The wings here were excellent! Crispy, tender and big flavour. Enjoyed the 40 creek bbq, honey garlic and garlic Parmesan, all were very good. Great dinner if you’re staying there at the best western!

Had the Mango Habanero, Dry Cajun and the Cobb Salad. That might of been the best salad I have ate in a long time. Grilled chicken, bacon, blue cheese, avacado, tomato's and a boiled egg and romaine lettuce. I chose Greek dressing and it complimented it perfectly. The mango habanero was sweet but not too sweet and just a bit of spice and the dry Cajun was great also. Wings were big and not too dry. Add friendly staff to the mix and you have a nice dining experience. Would go again.
