A lot of businesses in the area to distract me while I was waiting on my doctor's appointment. Tim Hortons a few restaurants and stores kept me occupied as waited for my Doctor.

Grantham Plaza has some good stores parking is excellent location is decent grocery store coffee shop few small restaurants hardware store can get lots done one stop

The plaza is great. Had take home from China Garden. Usually not bad. Ordered shrimp egg foo yung. Absolutely terrible. It was so burnt, there wasnt much that was edible. I'll try it one more time.

Busy plaza, lots of businesses, plenty of parking Sobeys, TD Bank, Royal Bank, Home Hardware, Restaurants, Timmies and more!!

So after today we will be saving our Money . Every Monday my steeped tea is incorrect . When the older woman works ...Too much sugar . Cream instead of milk or put in the wrong sized cup Today the older woman happily handed us a freezing cold steeped tea. I guess she forgot to turn on the burner. This was there last chance. If the older woman working drive thru is on good luck at getting a correct order.Was going to call them but my husband has said enough is enough . Avoid Gratham Plaza on Mondays. Very unhappy customer.

Great parking and wonderfully painted lines . If I was a plaza and looking to date, Grantham plaza would be my first choice !

This plaza has great options, but it's layout kinda sucks to get into or out of when driving.

Many great shops to visits. From Wimpys Diner, to the cannabis shop and everything in between. There's something for everyone's needs.

Parking is awful because of tim hortons. Poorly designed lot and full of drivers who don't care about the traffic issues they cause while waiting for drive thru. A few good stores ... Most however are food based.

Love the Bar burrito, we had a great meal and worker was very helpful. Everything was fresh and ready, even though we went at the time it was just opened. Always recommend

Has a little bit of everything in it. Groceries, clothing store (jack Nash, I think) Chinese food, banks, pharmacy, home hardware, etc. All the necessities.

Hate the parking. It's all on a slant. When I try to get my handicap scooter out, it leans with the slant of driveway leaving all of the weight of it on my shoulders.

There's lots of different stores in this plaza, with plenty of parking. But the entrance near the Tim Hortons almost impossible to get in and around.

Gratham plaza has a lot of useful stores & great food at the restaurants there. There's only 1 thing but it's major. And it's the parking lot it's absolutely nuts. So drive carefully, drive slow & pay attention. Cuz I took a cab there once & this guy was speedy. Ripped the whole front of the cab front end off. Then was screaming & calling names. Saying it was the cabs fault. The cab did absolutely nothing wrong. He was sitting there looking both ways to see if he could go when this happened. So yeah, don't want to see anyone else in that situation. Cuz this guy was angry & there are so many like him...don't want to see anyone else go through that. But the plaza itself is very handy

Love Jim's variety. he always so polite and friendly the only issue is that the yoga and dance studio take up all the park and I don't think it's fair to his business

Went here because the walk-in clinic was wheelchair accessible. Sure wish more health care places were!

A vast variety of stores, but the parking is too tight.

I find the parking lot layout scary to be honest.

It's loaded with the best of all worlds food wise..also has several medical clinics and a Pharmasave. I visit them weekly. Friendliest people. Never has there been a problem. My only complaint is regarding the parking lot. It's super busy in the mornings. Best to go later during the day.

The Grantham Plaza has most of what you need for daily living. There is a Sobeys for food and beer, a walk in doctors office, wine shop, Jim's convenient store, Home Hardware, Meridian Credit Union, Tim Hortons, a jewelry store, Tim Hortons and some other business's. All in all it is a decent plaza!

One of the largest strip malls in 31st. Catharines

Numerous great vendors in this plaza. Chinese food from China Garden, your plumbing needs from Home Hardware to your banking needs from Meridian plus many more. Tim Hortons is out front and centre and cannot be missed driving by. With a dollar store in the middle this plaza is always busy.

This plaza I would definitely recommend to most people. Given that it is a plaza for everyday needs, and not some swanky place that one would find in an upscale shopping center. However, there is a great Chinese restaurant called China Garden, a very fine Indian restaurant called Kolkata Club, a hardware store, a brand new spic and span Dollarama, an RBC bank, an audiologist, herbal/smoke shops, a Sobeys and a Tim Hortons in front. What else does one need in life?

I get alot of my shopping and banking done at this plaza. So many good stores like Sobeys, Tim Hortons, RBC and even a cellphone place. I highly recommend going here for necessities and it os very close walking distance.

Great variety of stores. Usually long bank lineups at TD an RBC. Also long drive through lineups at Tim Hortons. Parking lot is tight. All entrance/exits to street are confusing. Seen many accidents there

I always enjoy the atmosphere at The Grantham House. The staff is lovely and the food is incredible

We only go to Sobeys there. Great pastry selection, but everything else is limited.

Has lost a bit of history with their small shops but they are getting alot of different food options, from fried chicken to Chinese there is a wine shop so u can pair with your dinner

This Tim Hortons on Scott Street tends to be a slow experience. The drive thru line can be lengthy and slow.
