Truly disappointed with my Margherita pizza. The tomato sauce to dough ratio was way off. It was like chewing dough with a hint of pizza flavour. Much better options out there especially for the price. With two sauce’s and a tip it was $30+ out the door. Won’t be back.

Service was very friendly & efficient! Got 2 vegan pizzas and vegan nachos with ‘beef’. Everything was tasty and reasonable priced, will order from again.

This place was another great discovery in my food adventure in the last few weeks. Highly recommended while in St.Catherines! We ordered: *** Large Pepperoni Pizza. 10/10! The crust was definitely 20/10! Thin crust, crispy and downright incredible! The sauce reminded me of the pizzas we had in Naples a few years ago and it was simply amazing! I’d eat that everyday! *** Nachos. 8/10! While it was great and very reasonably priced, they were just nachos. *** Chicke Wings. 9/10! Cooked to my liking and would definitely go well with a nice pint of cold beer. The service was very quick and the gent that served us was very attentive. Definitely one of the best think crust pizzas I’ve had in a very long time.

Disappointed. Their hours are very incorrect. Tried to order through Uber eats, but suddenly our order got cancelled. Tried to call them and it was a dial tone. Claims they are open 4-8, yet not answering the phone at 5:30pm on Sunday. Management/ownership has changed and this is definitely not the pizza place we used to love and know.

I’ve never taken the time to write a review until now. My husband and I have been loyal vegans for over a decade now and finally found a pizzeria that offers a wide variety of unique options. We have ordered take out 6 times now and have been blown away every time!!! They explained their process of how they keep the vegan Ingredients separate, along with preparation counters for extra caution to avoid cross-contamination. Must try !!!

The quality of this place and service have been down hill from the 4 years ago when I gave it a 5 star review. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back, and i won't be coming there again. Tray of Pierogi pizza is $31 and a tray of Taco pizza is $32. I got a tray of half Pierogi and half Taco and they charged me $45. How does that make any sense?

Listen, I am a meat-lover kind of person but the vegan buffalo chicken pizza from Bella Noella is one of my favourite pizzas.

New owners since approx 2021- we don’t like this pizza anymore. Asked for extra sauce and well done, the pizza is floppy and all the toppings fall off…less sauce then usual even tho we asked for extra pizza sauce. Yuk, complete unsatisfying pizza I am grossed out. Won’t be ordering here anymore.

Burned pizza, crust was like cardboard. I didn't ask for or want GF, if that's what it was. I asked for vegan. Vegan cheese was pretty gross, likely too much of it. Sauce tasted bad. I emailed them directly to ask how they could sell something so inedible and disgusting. No reply or attempt to remedy the issue. So, I thought I should post a review. Never ordering from them again. Highly disappointed.

First and last time ordering. Was greatly disappointed. Pizza was suppose to be hot and fresh with toppings on it, instead got a tough, hard and stale tasting, 5 pieces of toppings on it pizza. Could only choke down one slice without losing my teeth.

Ever since I left St. Catharines I have missed Bella Noella's the most. The Perogi Pizza or the XXX Pizza is the best. I actually prefer the vegan versions. I always recommend this place for a quick slice or big pie!!

3 stars because I’m so excited to try the vegan pizzas. -2 because I wasn’t able to due to them being closed when Google says they should be open. Arrived a solid 30 mins before 9 pm and they were not open. Disappointing, but will try again.

I'm not sure what happened but the crust was tough and lifeless like they forgot to actually throw it in the oven. As far as the taste goes, well someone ran off with the flavour. There has to be a reason beyond our poor pizzas that might indicate why at rush hour on a Sunday there was nobody there. In the mean time we'll buy a pizza oven or may just use the BBQ and make our own as it's hard to justify the cost and disappointment. One thing that restaurants have to keep in mind is that people can make enough lousy meals on their own dime. But to pay someone to do that at considerable expense, plus the time to place and pick-up the order, just won't cut it. I hope they solve their issues and get back to where they once were as far as quality and value goes.

Slices here aren't good anymore... there are better options like Big Brothers. Their full pizzas are great, though... huge for the price.

Order took nearly 30 mins longer than they said, pizzas didn’t go in until we showed up. Prices are decent, but the pizza has zero flavour. 2 stars for the amount of toppings

Charming couple runs the shop and the highly recommended the vegan pierogi pizza! It was AMAZING! Can I clone this couple and bring them to Buffalo? They also had decent wine and beer! Seeing that cannot clone the couple, I’m forced to come here again. Oh no… lol!

Firstly, we love that this is an inclusive pizza place I can get pizza from with a dairy allergy but my husband can also eat at without having to have the dairy free option. Secondly, we so love their customer service! Driving all the way out to welland tonight for delivery. Lastly, the food is delicious! Wings are large and they don’t skimp out on the cheese. We will continue to support here!!

Great vegan pizza!!! A little pricey but most vegan food is anyways. Only complaint is the girl working at the counter was not friendly at all Edit: ordered the vegan buffalo chicken pizza and it was completely different from what I remember originally :( It still tastes good but it's changed

The best vegan pizza I've tried to date! Will make the two hour trip back to St. Catherines just for this place. Super friendly staff who really seems passionate about their food and service :)

Great customer service, has vegan pizza! Pictured is the vegan Hawaiian pizza! I’m not vegan however I’m lactose intolerant so I need a cheese substitute and this pizza did the job. It tasted like regular pizza however cheese and the “substitute meat” had a different texture; it didn’t through the flavour of the pizza off. Definitely will visit again! Priced affordably, 5$ for a slice and slices are a great size. Only downfall is access to parking. There is no store parking. You have to pay minimum $2.50 for parking in the lot beside the store.

Traveling through the Niagara region was amazing, eating at Noellas was definitely the best place in St, Catharines to have a family meal. Very friendly service with great tasty food.

This guys pepperoni pizza is my favorite they always on time with my orders and prices are very fair also really nice crew working there thank you ill be there tonite for my chicken pizza

Went down to visit a friend in Niagara, we ordered the fun guy and sweet chili Chicken pizza and loved both. Not your traditional pizza but seriously delicious. (Went around a month back)

I don’t always eat pizza but when I do I eat Bella Noella’s. The food is tasty , the staff is friendly and the vibe is good. The have a variety of specialty pizzas. I haven’t tried them all yet but the margarita and the taco are my favourite so far.

Horrible service. Submitted an order for two pizzas over the phone and was told it would be ready in an hour. Arrived 70 minutes later and they had not been made yet. Was told to wait 20 more minutes. Came back in 30 and was told it would be another 10 minutes. No apologies or explanations.

My boyfriend and I were spending the weekend in Niagara Falls and we were unsure of what our vegan options were going to be like. Well, let me tell you - the vegan options at Bella Noella's are DELICIOUS! We ordered just the basic margarita vegan pizza and out of the many vegan pies we have had, this has got to be one of the best ones! So fresh, so hot (we didn't even mind we burned the roofs of our mouths) and their in house vegan cheese is just insanely creamy and wonderful. Our pizza was so incredible, we ended up ordering a second vegan pizza to bring back to where we were staying. We will most definitely be back!

This is not the same restaurant. My pizza was 1/2 cooked not able to Eat it. This place used to be so Busy and had amazing food. Not anymore. I guess when I walked in at 6:30 on a Saturday night in august, I should of been aware. Sorry but I won’t be back, I spent good money and couldn’t eat it. Too bad that it’s not the original owners.

The best vegetarian pizza I've ever had - piping hot with gooey cheese, dollops of pesto, the aubergines & zucchinis were perfectly baked with aromatic seasoning. Will definitely be visiting again . Highly recommend!
