Really respectable Philly Cheesesteak expect for one issue the steak is dryer than one would expect. Because of this -1 star. Excellent bun, meat decently seasoned; lettuce, tomato and mayo toppings enhanced the overall product but please note this is not to the level of Philthy Philly's. Gentleman preparing the sandwich was very helpful and gave it a Philadelphia vibe. The regular fries were surprisingly good so I highly recommend the combo. Would return if I happen to be back at this mall.

Super delicious and filling. Priced right and friendly staff. I was on a time crunch and I had to pick up something else in the mall, I stopped by Charlie's placed my order and told the girl that I would be back in a few minutes because I was in a rush. It was no problem, she had my meal ready to rock when I got back with a smile and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely worth making the trip into the mall for. Thanks for the great meal ladies!

Used to be good but they are really chincing out of late. They have a coupon on the back of their receipt they don't honor. Then I got a regular sub today and looked smaller than usual. She only put 2 tiny half tomato's on it. It was a six inch and a Googled after I ate it what size the reg should be and it is supposed to be a 9 inch. Bad bussiness practice.

I’ve had the Philly cheese steak twice here, first time it was terrible and I didn’t review, but decided to try it a second time this weekend while shopping and I regretted it. It’s dry with no flavour at all, the cheese sauce for the fries is just wet has no taste at all and their seasoning is just all salt. $45 for two meals at a food court.

This is by far the worst place to eat, over priced and not tasty at all! I was visiting from BC and thought I would give this place a try, they obviously didn’t like that I’m Jewish and the food they served was horrible! I wish I can give them no stars.

I'd imagine if the portioning, and preparation were done correctly it would be worth the price. Or, Maybe it was done right and the prices are just inflated too much? Overall, taste was good, staff friendly and quick. Portions and quality of ingredients didn't meet the price tag.

Maybe delete this rating after you read this but it is 2021 and adding your location BEFORE reviews might be a prudent choice. Why do I have to tell you how to run your business? I shouldn’t have to look for the most vital info 5 pages down.

there’s a girl here that has the WORST attitude. didn’t look at me while i ordered, just handed me my food and just face was just like 😐 the whole time. didn’t even address me. she has glasses, and you’ll notice her by her mean mug.

As a person who reviews many places I visit this is the worst review I have had to write. Maybe it was the time we went to eat (around 8pm) but the regular sub was $12.99 plus tax, dry and not alot of meat for the price. Staff was helpful but did not make up for the experience. Not sure if there will be another visit there.

The past 3 times i went here there were bones in the meat. And they cant seem to understand the concept of “mild.” Always put way too much hot sauce. No consistency. Wont ever be going back here again.

I odered a steak sub and fries today, I ordered more then I needed, I ended up throwing the majority of the fries away. The owner noticed i did this and made a point to come over to ask if the food.was ok. That was amazing customer service. I will be back.!.

A nice treat when visiting the area. Always fresh.
