Autistic people really, can't take orders, has speech problem. Please try to avoid them especially at night they want you in a car if you want food from the drivethru. Last time I got a spicy chicken sandwich and got a long hair in it. Upon complaining the cashier said not out problem. WHAT A JOKE. GO TO TIMS WAY BETTER SERVICE and its safe

A sandwich full of lies. They took away all the chicken meat… all I got was breaded air and some lettuce. Employee’s nails were not clean at all when handed out the food even though she was friendly.

When you order a single salad but you have to wait for them to cook and fulfill the 10 orders ahead before they could pass me my salad.. brutal!!!!! Update. When I got outside it was the wrong salad and there was a chilli in the bag.

Manager (I think) with tats and shorter hair, has a real bad attitude. Does not greet or seem friendly at all. Talks to some customers like they’re nothing. I think people with this kind of attitude towards customers shouldn’t have a job. Simple

I ordered a frostychino and tried to order light ice because this location puts in more ice than coffee or frosty and the woman (who I’m assuming is the manager) cut me off and told me that they can not make adjustments to frostychinos because “it offsets food costs”. Every other Wendy’s I’ve been to has been able to make the adjustment for me. Didn’t realize removing some of the ice would cost a billion dollar company so much

probably the worst Wendys location. they always mess up something in my order. ordered two double stacks, got one double stack and one double jbc. ordered a classic wrap, and I got a grilled wrap. half the time they don’t even put extra pickles when I ask. very rude managers, but friendly cashiers. feel bad for them.

Scam, they eat from inside the patty and then serve you. DISGUSTING. went there tonight only to get sick. The staff were also so rude, especially this cashier in the drive thru. Wow man G SERVICE LOL

completely inept staff. i ask for two jr baconators, only extra ketchup. not exactly rocket science, yet i have gotten everything from fully-topped baconators (tomatoes and lettuce and whatever else, i dunno) to a single plain burger, no bacon no ketchup. truly shameful because they're in a good location, but management is rude and whoever is assembling the burgers must be illiterate.

Always in a rush at the drive through. I mean I know it's a drive through, but it's like *transaction approved* and BAM... bag out the window before the machine is out of reach. Why is this bad? Cold cheese, missing toppings, wrong item. Providing helpful feedback doesn't seem to help, but I've come out just accept it as the norm.

Service abit inattentive.... Staff seemed really concerned about getting a fellow co-workers break meal ready and brought to table before even acknowledging us. . But typical fast food quality and service and atmosphere.

Good for Wendys. Toppings and portions were good. We usually get the Spicy Chicken as it's a great sandwich. Not overwhelming with calories and high in protein. My only issue is that they over ice the drinks. I paid for lemonade and got ice with lemonade.

She had the cob salad, and I had a double combo. Service was good. The food was good. I drank from the cup and can't stand the paper straws.

Disgusting customer service today June 15 and the manager is a sloppy, no customer service person. The sign inside said strawberry frosty was $2.49 and the tried to charge $2.79 saying oh the prices went up. I said no your sign says $2.49. The manager never attempted to make things right but took the sign out of the public area into the back. Again said very rudely I’d have to pay $2.79. So I said no and I’ll post a review and contact head office!!!!!

Food is fine. Just your typical Wendy's food. Service was ok, but kinda slow. Atmosphere was not great. Tables were dirty and there was a screaming baby for the entirety of my meal.

Just went thru the drive thru and specifically told them no tomatoes cause of an allergy. This is the second time this has happened hear. Opened my Burger and a tomatoes on it. People need to be trained or learn how to listen for christ sakes. Will never be going back there again, I will find somewhere else to eat.

Ordered a chicken strip combo, added chilli to the fries. Also ordered a JBC with no tomato but add lettuce and onion. This Wendy’s sent me cold chicken nuggets (I don’t think they were even cooked), fries with no sign of the chilli I paid for, and a JBC with no lettuce or onion and the bun was soggy and squished and appeared to be spit on when I opened it up. Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered an hour before closing so I’m guessing the staff wanted to leave early and felt this was the correct way to treat a good customer. Won’t be going back.

This gotta be the worst Wendy’s location I’ve been to. Ordered the limited BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger combo and literally the “expectation vs reality” moment for me. The burger looks so dry and flat, little cheese, old & hard dried up bacon. The fries is not medium but kiddy meal size. The lady in the counter looks fried out of her mind. When you talk to her there’s a delayed in her response. Service too slow. Overall this place is a complete joke. What a shame. Piece of advice, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Sat in for breakfast with my best friend and ordered her an iced coffee with her combo. She pushed me to try it because she was in disbelief of the taste. The iced coffee from Wendy’s tastes like bbq chips…it is vile. Neither of us could consume it, which resulted in her having to order one from Tim Hortons instead. Side by side comparison shows how questionable even the colour is.

We went around 7:30pm and there wasn't many people in the restaurant but they were really slow and it took forever to just order our food and then took even more time for them to get the food ready. We asked for dine in but they ended up giving it to us in a to go bag without a tray or anything to eat it on. They need to improve on wait time and how long it takes them to get the food ready and out. They also need to train the cashiers to be quicker at the register and how to properly use the register. Also the burgers are overall good but could use some improvement as they were not the best Wendy's has to offer. The French fries though were very fresh and tasted amazing.

Ordered the chocolate frosty-ccino, the girl hands me a Frosty. I said that supposed to be a frosty-ccino, she said what's that, so I explained to the employee what it was or what the commercial made it sound like. She hands me what looked like an iced coffee. I went to walk away and turned around and said are you sure this is made right, she said yeah and a manager came over and said it is the liquid Frosty base mixed with iced coffee. I never would have ordered it if that's what it was going to be, it was so strong, and tasted nothing like a Frosty like the commercial claims.

Told the lady to make 2 separate orders so we can redeem 2 rewards. Took like 10 minutes and we redeemed 1 reward. Y'all are awful 💀

The place is dirty. They just put a new drink fountain in and its always dirty. They put the lids and ketchup stuff all in the same spot and it looks like it never gets cleaned. The floors behind the counter you can see the dirt and dropped food. The tables in the dining room dont look like they get wiped down after the people leave a mess. Several times they have had a new employee working the front by themselves lost as can be and the manager is more focused on having a conversation with the other manager and working drive through instead of making sure the new person gets the orders correct. And thats if you dont get cut off by one of the skip drivers who constantly cut in line and push there way in. This store on Hartzel has to be one of the worst ones i have been too.

Their Frosty's are always way too soft, compared to ALL other locations I've been to. The other food is always yummy and fresh.

I just went to this location and bought 2 Dave single combos. Medium. One burger with no-tomatoe-onion or pickles. The other with no-onion or pickles. I received both with no tomatoes, one combo is medium and the other is small. The small fry wasn't even filled. My total was $24.94 I am very disappointed.

Very good, order was correct the first time around! Staff was friendly, but wait time was a bit much. Also the washrooms weren't very clean but not unusable. I get take out all the time. Always enjoy it.

Clean and efficient store. Busy venue, but fast and friendly staff. Lost a star because one of the double burgers only had one patty.

The one on Lake St never disappoints. Always hot food.

I think the Wendy's I went to was connected to a Tim Hortons and I went with my friends so I was able to get some Wendy's and Tims it was pretty empty when I was there so it was also a little quiet overall nice experience!👍

What can you really say about a fast food place. So I can say this place has never got my order wrong, food always tasted fresh.

this place has a 50% chance of getting your order right, but it’s close to my house so 3 stars because it only takes me 30 seconds to go back and get the correct order.

Always like Wendy's, even without the old salad bar! Best chicken sandwich anywhere, especially the spicy version. Frosty's were a strange thing when Wendy's first arrived on the scene, not a milkshake, not a Sunday... But darned good!

So hit and miss. I often go early afternoon. Staff is usually polite but sometimes you get a miserable, impatient lady taking orders. My last visit she cut me off while ordering and clearly ignored me since my order was messed up. The food is often barely warm but I've come to expect that and just heat it up myself.

A bacon cheddar baked potato is not a semi warm potato with a spoonful of cheese sauce with two bacon strips ripped into hunks on top - then shoved into a bag sideways so that the cheese leaks out of the container thru the bag and onto the car seat. And I paid for this - disgusting - the staff and manager should be ashamed. I will never frequent Wendy's again!!

Been here multiple times for takeout and the food is still so hot and fresh every time I get home
