Tried chrispy fried egg noodles with shrims and chicken on the side. It was amazing!!! Loved it. Tried a beef rice noodle soup. Got the medium size. HUGE portion. Small size would have been perfect. Taste was just ok. Not a huge fan. Price is medium level Good atmosphere Friendly staff

This is a great Vietnamese option if you are interested in their rice or noodle dishes. Service is fast like many other Vietnamese restaurants - always a plus.

We tried this Pho Dau Bo restaurant today for a quick lunch. The service was fast, helpful and friendly. There was ample parking in the lot for the restaurant, a rare occurrence in downtown St. Catharine’s. we had some of the PHỞ TÁI GẦU (rare beef and brisket in rice noodle soup), as well some fresh rolls and spring rolls. Everything came out quick and was great. Would highly recommend checking out this spot if you are looking to try something new or have a craving for some great Vietnamese food.

We found this location on the way out of Canada. They have varieties of food options, I enjoyed the pho more than anything else. The do serve authentic Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk

The best place for Vietnamese food in St. Catherine. Have been coming here for years and never disappointed. Everything is authentic Vietnamese and tastes delicious. Significant price increased recently but I guess it is ok since portions are fairly large. Can be shared with 2 persons if you both are relatively small eaters. Ample parking available.

I love this restaurant for the amazing Pho and the Deep fried egg rolls are outstanding. It is my sons favourite spot to go to so he can slurp the noodles. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the food is always consistent.

This is my favorite restaurant to have a hot steaming bowl of pho. Especially because they have pork pho which is very rare to find. I have been going to this restaurant for over two years now, the taste is still the same. The only downside is the young waiter. He seems disinterested to serve and if asked a question gets a bit offended.

Nowadays there is only one way to get to Niagara Falls and it’s through St Cathrines with a stop at Pho Dau Bo. The food is always fresh and delicious and I cannot stop raving about the little bowl of soup served alongside their sandwiches. It’s a brilliant idea and I think every restaurant serving banh mi sandwiches should adopt it. I cannot wait to be back.

SCAM ARTISTS Ordered takeout food and the price went up over 7 dollars of the price on website. She said they haven’t updated website since before covid. . Scam artist at their best I felt like I was scammed by a carny . They will add the 35/percent tip if you don’t notice. I noticed Last time I go here. Lady was rude and the food tasted like it came out of a vending machine. One order of spring rolls and a medium soup came to 35 dollars and one cent. Scam Artist

My friends and I went here today after a long hike and enjoyed some of the best phô, rice plates and spring rolls. The service was amazing and we would definitely go again when in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

Great food. Authentic Vietnamese Food. Lots of parking. Spacious inside. Staff are nice. Serving is big. A little bit pricey but it's ok. Our family love to eat here. Spring roll is so crunchy. The pho is tasty. Would like to visit here again.

The food is delicious, they give a lot of noodles although the portions of pork, chicken or seafood are quite poor, you will fill your stomach more with soup and noodles; the atmosphere of the place felt comfortable, not at all luxurious, it is just a traditional Vietnamese food restaurant. Customer service is bad, they are teenagers who don’t mind knowing if you are ready to order food or pay. I would come back only because the food is delicious and at a good price.

Always delicious food here and for a fair price! Highlights include their extensive menu of soups, the deep fried spring rolls, and the sweet bubble tea pairs nicely with all of the salty soups. Always excellent service, great prices, and amazing food! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had a craving for Vietnamese food, while staying in NOTL. Google returned a couple of places, lucky for us, the first place was closed, which led us here. The food was so good. We enjoyed it thoroughly. We shared a Pho, Bún, spring rolls and a Banh Mi... delicious. Spacious restaurant that was also very clean and had friendly service.

I went all the way to St. Catherine for Pho(ok maybe not just for Pho, for hiking and sight seeing and relaxing too lol, but when you crave for PHO you just want some good pho mmmkay?) So my local guide aka friend who spent three years in St. Catherine took me to here, Pho Dau Bo, and she did me no wrong cause it was deliciouuuuuus. Ordered my usual sliced beef and beef meat balls soup, with a side order of suong sa hot luu(kinda like halo halo with less ingredients hhh I just wanted something sweet and cold and this look nice from the menu😉), ordered the fresh shrimp rolls too, their peanuts sauce was😚👌(I was starving, only managed to take one photo like seriously, my camera didn't eat enough😂 Do go visit if you are ever in this location, friendly service, they have the covid precautions in place, have your vaccine proofs and ID ready, Enjoy!

I have visited this restaurant several times with different friends. I like their durian milk shake, so fresh, feels like eating fresh durian. Pho is ok just like other Vietnamese restaurants, no big difference. I just don't like the lady's attitude. Once we paid our bill, she said "next" immediately without saying "have a nice day" or "thank you". We wouldn't stay long time in front of your counter. Lady, give your customer sometime to take the receipt!

Went here for dinner after shopping nearby. I got the medium pho and a pork belly banh mi to go. The portion was more than I expected for the pho and the broth was very light compared to my husband's in flavor, but I liked they weren't cheap with the toppings. I had the banh mi the following days and it was just OK. Could use more of the mayo dressing inside and the pork belly wasn't the star of the sandwich

The soup was kind of cold (husband's order) & the rest of the food are kind of ok. They should clean their tile's grout, it is so black & dirty.

Food was very good and filling. Serving sizes are huge and I just got a medium sized bowl of Pho. The service is very quick, and the ambience is nice. It seems like the people that work here are family or at least family friends, so it could be a family business. I really enjoyed this meal, knowing that it is an authentic dish.

Was very nice! Servers were fast, and it was a very open and clean area! Parking out front was amazing as the downtown area is often limited for parking. The meals were good although a tiny bit bland, overall everything was great! Something to note, we marked some things to go and was served at the same time as the rest of the meal, not a massive concern just something to point out!

I’m a Vietnamese Canadian and I’ve eaten at this chain before. But I’ve never experienced this before. Food came out like it was microwaved or pan seared, not the usual grill cooked food I am used to. Service was poor, basically self serve as you look at the menu, write it down, call them over and pay at the front. Food came out looking light colored, barely cooked and tasted the same (the chicken and pork). I would not recommend this location at all. Avoid at all cost.

The food is good. A little heavy on the msg side, but tasty nonetheless. Homemade chili sauce and chili oil are very nice. Well priced and generous portions, but not exactly the cleanest place. Using the washroom for the first time the other day blew my mind. The toilet and floor were disgusting. I hoped this was an anomaly, but the next time I used the restroom months later it looked the same. Must be the reason they keep it so dark in there. And looking around afterward, the rest of the floors don't look the cleanest either. Could be 5 stars if it were a little cleaner in there. Makes me question the conditions in the kitchen.

Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed! Quick and efficient service with super delicious dishes. Really convenient as I’ve brought many friends who have never really had the chance to experiment with Vietnamese cuisine before and the selection of menu items is broad enough where everyone has found something they enjoy. Pho is very clean tasting and steaming hot every time!

Only had takeout from Pho Dau Bo and it has been very tasty. I ordered the seafood pho and another dish - both were very yummy. When I sit in the resturant, I will take photos and give my full opinion. This resturant is a "to be continued" review.

It is much expensive than before..and it is tastes different.i thought we will have the better choice at the same price.

Eating here once with my friends and had the worst experience ever. We came around lunch time and the restaurant was not busy. There was 4 of us, 2 ordered pho noodles soup, other 2 order rice and fried noodles. 2 dishes came out first. 10 mins later, when 2 friends almost finished their food, they brought out the rest of order. The server looks like they did not want to serve patrons. The food was not even that good. I do not understand why they have such good reviews? Don't waste your time here. For the price, i expect amazing food and great service, so far they've shown none of that. I don't think i'll ever come back.

What a great place! Ordered takeout for 4 adults with skip the dishes. Wonton soup with noodles was amazing (5 wontons)! Tasted great! Very filling! There was a mistake on one of the entrees, and they fixed the problem asap for us with nothing but kindness! Can't wait to order again! Thank you!

Delicious beef and chicken soup with noodles and vegetables, also great spring Rolls. Service was fast and very friendly. This is not my first time going to this restaurant, I really enjoy the soup, but noticed a price increase on my usual dishes. Large restaurant and lots of free parking available also. I definitely recommend trying this location for a tasty meal.

Amazing food and outstanding service! My family and I order from here regularly, especially times we are needing some comfort food. Last night I stopped in to pick up my order, it wasn’t ready yet so I said I’d come back in since my daughter was passed out in the car. The young gentleman offered to bring it out when it was done. Sure enough I could see him heading out so I got out of the car and went to thank him. We started chatting and he walked me over to my car. I explained my daughter was asleep as she had a very busy day. We had a nice little conversation, he offered to put the food into the car for me, then even went as far as opening my car door for me! I was just so impressed with the service last night, and any other night we get take out from Pho Dau Bo Restaurant. 10/10 service and costumer service! To the young gentleman who I am referring to, I hope you see this and you know how much you made my day!
