9 times out of 10 this place will get your order wrong. Put up with it the first 10 or so times but can’t justify going back there again unfortunately. Especially when ur paying for extras that you don’t end up getting lol Making things spicy when asking for no spice, no sauce on burrito, forgetting simple things like guac. Frustrating to say the least.

I used to love this place. I ordered a steak burrito and got it without steak, so I called the store to see what they could do, they offered 50% off my next order and said they’d write it in the book. Today I go to order a burrito and ask about the 50% and no one wrote it in the book. They would not honour the discount. Won’t be back. Very unfortunate they wouldn’t honour it

I ordered spicy chicken burrito bowl and the chicken was very rubbery and horrible to taste. I took it to the person who served me and they tasted it and said it's very good in taste. I really don't understand how they could taste the chicken just by swallowing. They were not ready to change the order ( I wasn't expecting any refund just an order change would help ). I had to throw away my food . I will never ever recommended this place to anyone

Last month ordered and they forgot a whole item in the bag, did not realize until home. This time they forgot the chicken on a burrito bowl, 5 staff and one customer and could not get the order right. Been in many other great locations, but this location needs to step up their game. May not come back.

Hey, just a heads up before i come to the store when it opens. Teach your employees not to scam your customers by charging them twice. I bought 2 bowls of burrito paid separately but was charged for the 1st one twice cuz the person on register says it got declined on the first time. Its 5 AM that i see my notifications of transactions. Hope i get better help when i come for refund. See you soon. THANKS

If you are looking for a good flavour, good service and nice place then you must to try BURRITO BOYZ is very delicious, I was before in a couple Mexican restaurants and I can say that’s on the Top!! I ordered a Chiken Burrito and I was so happy with my Order, I found chicken from my first bite until the last part, the beans was delicious, the mango sauce was very nice, my child ordered a shrimp Taco and he eat completely, the steak quesadilla ordered for my wife was very good, beef on it goog flavour, the people give us excellent service recommended for all families and every taste!!!

It's been years since I've gone to Burrito Boyz and I'm glad the prices are still really good. The burritos you get are still huge and you get a lot of toppings that are incredibly filling! Add the fact that it was only $1.50~ for guac, which in this economy is crazy cheap, I'm coming back ASAP!

It's the only burrito place that I know of that uses shrimp that isn't fried which makes me feel better about eating it. Plus they remember the last order you made so it saves time.

Today Door dash messed up and brought me someone else’s order. The owner personally drove the right meal to my work and hand delivered it to me with a smile. I was so so thankful and the fact that he went this extra mile really made my day. Thankyouu for the great food and all that you do, and for saving my lunch break. And thankyou for always making great food. Highly highly recommend.

Burrito Boyz is so good!! Brian was very accommodating with our holiday lunch. Great food and prices. Really can’t go wrong. They have so many options to suit all dietary needs.

Well, I can't fault the place for anything but the prices going up. There is one thing I'll miss though as I say my farewell. That's the 2-for-1 Base Only Burrito Bowl on Ubereats. That deal kept me fed and now it's gone. It's been an honor. Servers always the kindest.

Despite of complaining so many times that there’s barely any cheese in quesadillas, we yet received another order with hardly any cheese in it. We use to buy from here all the time but now I realized I’ll have to go to a different location to get a better food quality and service.

Food is excellent everything fresh. Well priced. Unfortunately, sour cream is very bellow par, runny , not much flavour. Salsa sauce was obviously frozen. The water from the sauce had separated. I threw out the salsa

Best experience ever! We did not get their names like noobs but on the tag it says Manager BB and they were fantastic, the other person their was also friendly and so much fun. They had a 90s playlist going and my partner and I were the only ones in the store and we were all just singing and dancing together. We were just so included and felt like we made new friends. This review is all over the place, food is always a 10/10, service impeccable. Truly love this place! PS give them more money, they deserve it, idk how much they make but the deserve more.

Food is good but I question the food handling. Everytime i come here, the employees use the same gloves for everything. Today, one was using gloves while on his cel phone then went back to making the order. The other employee was scratching his arm with gloves on. The other moved the trash can with gloves, removed one to clean a spot on the floor and then put back the same glove back on. She had gloves on while pressing buttons on the register then went to the back to prep food. Those gloves are disposable! You do not reuse them. I understand that you're trying to save from using a lot but its unsanitary. I would rather have my food made by clean hands without gloves than by hands with gloves being used the whole day. Touching different things, body parts, gadgets, other people's order and machines. Cross contamination is dangerous. You wash your hands BEFORE and AFTER your make food, whether or not you use gloves. And gloves should not b reused.. do not wash you hands with gloves on just so you can use the same pair!

The staff are very nice and establishment is clean. I just don't like the burritos or tacos. First of all, the first time I ordered a burrito, it fell apart at the table and i had to ask for a bowl. They were nice and gave me one, but told me i was supposed to eat the burrito out of the paper bag they gave it to me in. Weird! The tacos seem like the ingredients are just tossed in. Food doesn't really taste fresh or flavourful to me. Emphasis again, staff are nice and service is prompt.

Excellent food. Fresh ingredients. The staff is very attentive to making sure your food is done the way you like it. A small burrito is around 10 bucks and I can barely finish it. I would highly recommend this spot to anybody looking for a quick bite without breaking the bank

When the owner tells you the steak is great, you know the steak is great. My new go-to spot when I work in St Catharines. Always super fresh and service is 10/10. Very generous on portion sizes too.

Update: manager fixed it a couple nights after and was super nice about it! Been coming for a bit and it’s been 50/50 as of late. Tonight was a bad night. Ordered a chicken quesadilla, it was barely filled and was not cooked right, cheese on the inside wasn’t even melted. Not worth the time or money

Great burritos! Simple delicious, If I could eat this everyday I would live happily for my lifetime! However the service could be better, It would be nice if they were more friendly and aware, but they are nice.

It's hard to judge a place with the plague-related restrictions, but my quesadilla was excellent. Service could have been faster.

A friend of mine told me about this place and she said it's super good and it's worth the price. So I gave it a shot and the burrito was massive and the ingredients tasted so good it was amazing. The staff were super friendly and entertaining, nobody was miserable unlike a lot of places. Definitely recommend getting food from here over any competitors.

I can't rave about these girls and guys enough. Every single part of the experience when I get food here is amazing. Great vegan / vegetarian options and they actually understand what that and plant-based means. Top tier value for the price in ever way. Would recommend 1000% to anyone!

Yummy. Delicious and very good value for the price you pay, which is reasonable to begin with. They forgot the cheese on the nachos today but I wouldn't take a star away as they were great about it on the phone and always prompt when I have been in there. Good job folks.

Always get a burrito from these guys and enjoy it. Love that you can forgo cheese on your burrito for guacamole and avoid an upcharge. The only problem I've ever had was that I ordered the calamari bites and they were overcooked making them very dark and chewy.

Came to this location last night since my boyfriend is a huge fan of this location and I am literally obsessed. Staffs were friendly, food was fresh and so tasty.

The best burrito spot in town! Burrito Boyz constantly offers the best selection and the freshest ingredients. I recommend going for the naked burrito (a burrito bowl) topped with a piece of haddock, OR combine steak and sweet potato for a delicious twist.

I got a burrito bowl and paid for chicken on it , but didn't receive any. Was too late to head back and didn't want to make it awkward to tell them they forgot the chicken. Expensive upsell not to receive 🧐. But we're all human, so I still will eat there. Ingredients are very fresh and the staff is very nice 🙂

By far, the worst burrito I have ever had, the lettuce is soggy, the burrito is blan despite asking for xxx hot sauce (the spiciest level); and there's no flavour. If you like bland food then this is for you.

This was my first time going to Burrito Boyz downtown St. Catharines. I actually love burritos, and make breakfast ones all the time for myself! So I figured I'd really like this place. Upon walking in, the place was very dimly lit, despite the large windows it was still very dark. There is minimal staff there, but it wasn't busy which was good. This was around 4pm. I went with two pals, and we grabbed supper. I had a SMALL burrito, my friend had a small burrito (chicken) and my other friend had nachos with cheese topping. for 2 SMALL burritos, and a container of nachos, it came to over $30. Which to my is completely ridiculous. It's expensive, and the food you get is good, however it's awfully pricey for a burrito that's not even in a meal combo or anything. I paid for the three of us, since it was my treat and even my friend commented how pricey it was. We got our order and we sat at the table and ate our supper. The quality of the food was good, they let you pick and choose what you want in your burrito, and what you'd like on your nachos. Nacho cheese is extra. I wasn't impressed with the prices here, or the staff. They all have this laid back, alternative thing to them and the cashier really didn't provide me with much information about their products being it was my first time there. I asked a few questions, and it was all "Yeah, or no" answers. I felt awkward and like the staff didnt want to be there at all. Overall, I will not return here. I could buy my own tortillas, fresh veggies, a can of beans, and make my own guacamole for the price of 3 items from this menu. I ordered the small which is still fairly large, but it was outragously priced in my opinion. I'll include pictures below.

My burrito took longer than expected. I was in the store a total of 14 minutes waiting for it to be made. I understand there were three orders ahaed of me but I was under the impression this was a Chipotle or Bar Burrito type place. All my toppings were mashed down at the bottom the flavours were mild to say the least. I will give the place credit a large burrito held together until I finished it and it didn't fall apart.

Hands down the best burrito place in town! There large shrimp burrito is to die for. The serving of chips and salsa is generous and the fryz extreme is soo good! They always have quick service whether your eating in or getting delivery. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a delicious burrito.
