Went to Bugsy’s for a drink and a quick bite to eat. Had some good wings but better service from Nikki! I will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch / early dinner. Staff were very friendly and the service was fast, and good. When a soft drink was low a fresh one appeared without asking. Ordered wings (really good), two kids meals (nuggets and slider meals) and some chicken strips. Simple bar fare Simple deep fried food which was not bad but not great. The wings were really good though. Well priced with draught pints at $6.72 + tax. Not a bad spot, would come back for beers and wings to get argh a game (lots of sports on tv's in here).

This place was recommended by some friends at work. We went on Saturday and had the rib special.the ribs were excellent and so were the fries. We also had chicken wings and they were ok. Small and almost all flats. The service was good. We will give them another try as the pizza looked really good.

Best Wings in St Catharines. Polite staff and friendly casual place. Lots of tvs to watch all your sports.

W went to Bugsy restaurant on a posting that the ribs were listed for $ 23.00 with the 2nd order was $ 6.00 this was taken from there menu that was posted on there web site. We got there and the price had the price had increased by $8.00 with the 2nd order had increased by double. We did not have the ribs so we ordered from the menu It was the the worst meal we have ever gotten the sandwiches did not have much meat on them and the fries were burned. I would suggest you update your website with the currant prices. We did not the eat the fries.

Always loud but, always super friendly with great pub food choices! One of my favourite places to hang out when I'm in town. It's also the only restaurant I will order chicken fingers at because they are just too good.

Went in the afternoon during a quieter time. Kelly was our waitress and served us well. I had a burger and it was the best burger I have had in years. My husband was very happy with his western. Kelly was quick with our order and made sure we had what we wanted and needed. She was very friendly and had a great personality. It was a great visit at Bugzy's and we will be back again for sure.

The food was incredible. Very tasty, served hot and the service was amazing. Thanking for restoring my faith in restaurants. Amazing food and very reasonably priced. Great menu and has something for everyone including kids. Lots of tables and tv's for the sport enthusiast. The washroom were some of the cleanest I seen. Definitely a great place to eat. Will be back! I had the Bugsy Burger.

We really enjoyed our burgers! The waiter was very nice and helpful at recommending some local sights to visit while vacationing in the area.

The food is amazing, and the staff are awesome. We are always treated kindly. There is usually a wait for getting seated, but that's normal for restaurants. Great place to go with friends. Definitely worth an hour drive.

Was looking forward to trying bugsys after hearing so much about it. It was great. Good quality pub food exactly like advertised. Extensive drink list also to suit anyone. We shared and i was able to try numerous items.Chicken parm was bomb, Steak and Cheese bonanza was great and the wings were amazing. The hot is more a medium so maybe go suicide if you like hot!. Looking forward to return and try the pizza.

Amazing price points and super quality of food. The service was spectacularly friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is great. Lots of Tvs and both intimate and group spaces. We came in with a group of 18 on a Sunday afternoon. I don't know how she managed to serve us all so quickly and with unyielding friendliness and a smile the whole time! I was a driver, and needed a coffee. Many in our group had a craft beer on tap or cider or 2. I appreciated that the really good coffee was only $1.95 and served with a smile.(a lot lower than most pubs charge for a coffee! ) I certainly will seek out Bugsy's next time I am in Niagara region. I would go out of my way to eat here!

It was our first time eating here and it won't be our last. The food was delicious. The nachos were our appetizer choice and we were very surprised how big it was. We couldn't even eat our dinner because we were full from the nachos so we had to take the leftovers home. The staff are very nice. I recommend Bugsys if you want to try a new place you won't be disappointed.

The food were so good yummy.. I was asked if have crispy chicken burger? The waitress said yes we have crispy chicken burger 😬😬 .. should have told no don't have crispy chicken but only have Parm chicken so I would understand and order something else. ☹️. I love crispy chicken.

Man I have lived here for 20 years behind this plaza and have been here countless times but recently the past year or so the food is terrible. I cannot believe the reviews.....Its shockingly bad. Fries and Fish are black with terrible old fryer oil. Steak sub or sandwhich was like some kind of like skin crust if you ever order it. Pizza flops worse the your grandfather on your grandmother. It didnt use to be this bad but its terrible now. I hope they fix it back up or hire cooks who care.....:(

Best place ever my entire life. Same staff as 15/20 years ago. Food is amazing. Always packed and for a reason. Good is good. This place is good and always has been. Not hard for new business owners!. Make good food,treat your staff and customers right and you will succeed . Good food and always consistent.

Came in last night for a group dinner , only half of us showed up but the staff were cool with it. I have to say, I don’t think I have ever had better service . Our server was so fast, my drink was never empty, she split all the bills perfectly. The food was also fantastic, best wings I think I’ve had in years. Would love to go back again when I’m in town, again… server was amazing!

Always spot on with consistency! Great value for the buck and awesome pub atmosphere. Tons of tables and tables are never missed or forgotten. Had only 1 off meal in 3 years! If you don't believe me, try getting in there on any game night once the game starts! Good Luck! Thanks Bugsy for making dinner decisions so easy!

Went here for a dinner date after finding it after class one day. And I have to say, i’m surprised that i’ve never been sooner!! Me and my partner got mozzarella sticks and garlic bread for an appetizer and they were fresh and absolutely delicious. Stretchy cheese, soft yet crispy slices of bread. An amazing start. For our main dinner we got an eight slice pepperoni pizza and 10 medium wings. The pizza was a thicker dough, yet had a nice crunch to the bite. The wings were crispy and the chicken was absolutely juicy. The location and atmosphere of the place give it a sense of home almost. With the lively environment. We will be definitely returning here in the future.

Went for my company's yearly Christmas party. Had the back room. It was really good. I've been before to this place with my parents. The wings are fantastic

The food overall is okay but far too expensive for the quality and style of the restaurant. I had the chicken wings in "hot" that tasted more like a mild. The size and taste was comparable to a slight step up from typical pizza joint wings, with some dried out looking celery and carrots on the side. The blue cheese was a standout however; flavourful with some unexpected sweetness. At a price point of $17 for 10 wings there a much better options in the city. The decor inside was of your average pub, and the service was very good. Not worth the prices though.

First time here. Was a bit slow for service but it's understandable when the place is nearly full to the brim. Everything was amazing had potato skins to start and a bacon cheeseburger for main. Perfectly cooked and portioned.

Great family spot even with a bar! Good food! Portion sizes are crazy..Fallon went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We had her both times we were there! Definitely going to be one of my go to spots! Wings wings wings and lots of 🍺 beer😉

Ordered the “Pig out for 2” from Bugsy’s last night. We were amazed at the quality and the amount in this pig out!! So delicious. Bugsys service is top notch, their staff are more than friendly and the food is always served piping hot.

Excellent wholesome family food. If you are in this plaza do not even bother with Tim Hortons unless it is just a coffee you want. The service was friendly and the food was very tasty. We need more places like this. It is good to know that business is brisk here with a lot of ongoing clientele all the time. I would recommend the Chicken Parmesan very tasty and just perfectly cooked pasta with a home made tomate sauce.

Service from our waitresses was perfectly fine no issues there. But the manager with the short blond hair was an absolute joke. To begin with she started with our table by giving us attitude after we asked to split the bill (not a difficult situation) and then when it was done incorrectly we calmly and nicely told them and they gladly switched it but we ended up still having a small issue with the bills and asked to fix it correctly. The manager came over and was extremely rude telling us that the bill must be paid regardless but we never refused to pay for anything, then she threatened us by saying “this is going to be your last time”. I told her I didn’t like her attitude and the way she was speaking to us at all, and she continued to tell me to stop speaking and threw the debit machine on the table towards me and then again at my friend. She came to our table with attitude and continuously gave me dirty looks, refused to listen to us try and explain what was going on. I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant but tonight was the worst customer service i’ve ever received, especially from a manager. That is no way to speak to your paying customers who’ve done nothing wrong.

Fantastic lunch the server was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The covid protocols were in place and followed which is appreciated. And the food delicious never a let down I convinced co workers to come here for a lunch meeting and chit chat and they were beyond impressed a great environment

We are never disappointed. The staff are friendly. The food is always excellent.

Our Family's first get together since pandemic start and have never dined here before this. Sure wish I had because Bugsy's Restaurant dining is a great experience. The specialty items such as Wings and Tacos are delicious. The Bar and all the Beer selections are fantastic. The only part better than the food and drinks, was our Server; Smiling (under mask we could tell ) , patient with staggered arrival of family and orders, mannerly and kind. Thanks very much for such a good visit for our family. I look forward to returning.

Bugsys has the best food lol you can ever think of ! The chicken wings are amazing ! The pizza . They serve seafoods too !!! Not only that , they serve 100 kinds of drinks ! Perfect for any family gatherings , celebrating or parties ! GREAT COOKS and the service is over and beyond ! Lol

I was there today to have a couple of drinks with a friend and I enjoyed the patio great service and had a really enjoyable time a well-deserved five stars
