I went there for lunch. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting and watching the staff ignore me, even though I was the only one waiting to order. NO ONE TOOK MY ORDER! Walked out. Completely horrible service. Plus I heard the customers before me, whom had their orders taken, had been waiting for over 5 minutes for their food, and the staff got their order wrong. Additionally drive thru was backed up. Get you act together and learn what it means to run a FAST FOOD restaurant.

This location is pathetically the worse location to eat at. As bias as they are. I asked for a breakfast sandwich. Without ketchup, and i took a bite and spit it out in a bag. Well I guess some customers are better to mess with. But when it comes to ordering they just don't get it. They should shut this location down. Hopefully someday.

1 star or i cant post review sad. -10/10 where do i start? Its the one inside mall not outside. They’re really good. dry nest cold fries brown lettuce soggy tomatoes not enough sauce cheese wasnt melted paid for bacon didnt get it. Staff is clueless. Person in charge seemed drunk

A&w on Glendale is no good. When I want one burger with no sautéed onions they give them all with no onions. This happens 100% of the time that I have to go elsewhere when I have my kids with me. Additionally I had been tolerating this much because the quality was still alright. But that has changed now as well. I just ordered 3 double buddy burgers just after 2pm today and they were all burnt on one side, hard and tasted like cardboard. I will never eat here again. That was my last straw.

I was so upset, the manager kendra was extremely rude and argumentative. Refused to refund my order or make the order I requested. I really wish we could stop making Karen's manager's 😕

The Indian girl who works especially nights don’t take orders properly. She took money for 3 burgers but only gave 2.Almost everything is sold out there. When someone says that the order isn’t right she claims “ you only ordered for 2” Don’t know how to treat people.The Indian guy is pretty good. The girl is always on her cellphone and don’t even reply when we speak at the drive thu.

Good food, although a pinch on the pricier side (for fast food). But they lose big points on their efficiency and their customer service. I sat for eight minutes in their drive thru lane while I waited for my order. May not sound long, but when your car is running and you stop to think about how much idling you're actually doing, you really feel it. I thought this was 'fast food'. And the staff could learn to smile when they interact with their customers. I appreciate that they do this for eight hours a day and that it becomes monotonous, but I was really left with the impression that when she served me, my order was an inconvenience to her. When my order was fulfilled, I took it upon myself to smile at her, and say "Have a great day". She didn't respond, nor did she even crack a fake smile. Wow. How sad is your life, that you can't even smile? I genuinely felt bad for her.

The food was cold, the burgers tasted ok but they had a bad combination of toppings (too much of some things, not enough of others) and the onion rings were burnt.

Enjoy food here - sweet potato fries and teen burger. It's clean and well run. Pandemic precludes usual access to so many places but do use its efficient drive through now and then.

Cashier was friendly, but the onion rings and burger meat I received were incredibly salty. Not sure if this was just my order or others too. Still edible but quite salty in comparison to other locations I've been to.

Cashier very rude...wearing a mask she asked me to round up bill...I told her I can't hear or understand....its hard to hear when the person wearing the mask hot mad and said never mind..... bad customer service.....will not be visiting this establishment again unless they get educated in treating customers better......so sad

Honestly, the BEST customer service I have received in a very long time. Not only was the iced pumpkin spice latte amazing, but so were the drive thru staff. They corrected the initial error and provided 50% off coupons for our next visit. Made sure that I will be returning again and again!!

Not sure if this is for the Food Court or for the one standing alone on Glendale Ave. I'm reviewing for the Food Court. Yes, it was busy, but the young girl was totally clueless, and the older lady was running around all crazy. The young man, was calm just standing there. The young girl didn't get my order correct. Charged me just for a sandwich. I ordered a combo. She said I just ordered a sandwich. Funny that she gave me the drink first. Why would she if I didn't order a combo?! Anyways, she told me I didn't order a combo. I did order a combo. She was lost. The young man came and saved it thankfully. Wasn't going to charge me the extra for the combo, but I insisted on paying. The 2 stars are for him. The food was brutal. Thankfully it wasn't for me.

Great service this time. Night staff girl was kind and so polite in greeting customer i think both of them were excellent. Definitely deserved a raise

The staff are very nice and accommodating to any changes you want to make but 90% of the time the food I order is cold. I can tell it’s been sitting there for a while when they give me a burger with a slice of cheese straight from the fridge, not melted whatsoever on a cold burger.

Very slow service... Order was wrong... Breakfast sandwich on a hamburger bun instead of English muffin. Will not order there again. Food was also cold.
