I have to say it is not the same restaurant as 2 years before. I’m very disappointed after I visited this time. The lemon mussels are frozen. In addition, the food is not as well as before. Lastly, the attitude of waiters is really need to be improved. I don’t know why a server could work as you owe his money.

Do not patronize. The prices posted on the take out menu and the price they charge are not the same. When I pointed out that I was being overcharged they told me to pay the higher price or I would not get my order. They said the menu had not yet been updated with new prices. When I made them aware of consumer protection laws I was told to leave. Menu price $11.99 Price charged $13.99 Yes.. It's only $2, but it's the principle. Don't post one price then charge another.

I didn't expect this place to be so good. Service was very fast and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing. Sushi was made out of fresh ingredients. Tempura, sashimi and beef were fresh and delicious. I loved the dessert, too. Most of all you can eat sushi places don't offer many options or great taste, but the desserts were delicious, too I would definitely come back here if I was in the area.

Food quality has really gone down in the last year. Sadly they have raised their prices as well. It’s now 98$ for two to eat. You might as well go to East Sushi and get a good quality food with better service. Boiled broccoli should not be a menu item at an all you can eat sushi place. We won’t be back.

I've ordered from sushi paradise many times and I always have a great experience. The food is very good and the prices are extremely fair. My usual order is the beef and broccoli which comes with a large serving of rice. It's always very quick and delicious. This time I ordered spring rolls, which were also delicious, but the sauce was barely filled and I only had enough for two spring rolls. I would add more sauce next time. Other than that it’s great!

Terrible experience. feels like the chicken was made few days ago and look at the object on the spring roll, It is hair??

After leaving this restaurant, my wife suggested we leave a review as she was excited to try it out after reading such positive reviews on here.. In regards to the food, it was terrible. The chicken tasted like we were biting into a thick kitchen sponge. Not sure how this consistency even exists in chicken but the chicken udon, yellow curry chicken and peanut chicken don’t even qualify for a rating. The sauces used on all of their dishes was terribly thick and salty. It was as if it came out of a mass tub that was tossed into a wok to heat it up. Other dishes came out dripping in oil and were bland to taste with the exception of excess salt. We sat there thinking that it truly wasn’t possible for every dish to be this bad, so we continued to order and we were consistently disappointed and said we absolutely wouldn’t return. The reviews left here must be from people who do not eat Sushi and Thai regularly, otherwise the only stars being left would be for their customer service as they were all very pleasant and dishes came out within a minute of sending it in.. Wouldn’t return and do not recommend. Restaurant was clean and staff were nice hence my 2 star rating. If you are hungry, go hit up Wind or East. Consistently delicious if a buffet sushi restaurant is what you are seeking. $70 for lunch here is wild!!

We went as a group of 4 for a small celebration dinner. We all enjoyed the meal very much! Service was fast, food came out quickly, was all good portion sizes, tasted good, and we got everything we ordered. Seems a bit on the expensive side, but I haven't dined in here for a while, $185, before top, for 4 adults with one $10 bottle of sake, and no other alcohol.... Thank you for a positive experience.

WOW such GOOD, FRESH SUSHI!!! I’m from out of town and if I lived here I’d be there all the time. One of the BEST sushi restaurants I’ve ever had and I’ve been to MANY!!!! I wish I could of eaten inside because the atmosphere is so beautiful. You feel like you have been transported to Japan. Beautiful detailed decor. I’ll be back the next time I visit NOTL. Thank you!

I love their options available for the "all you can eat" menu. I love to start with a miso soup or wonton soup. If you like appetizers try their "coconut shrimp" and "crab meat with cream cheese deep fried wonton". Dessert: Their home made creme brule is VERY GOOD. I definitely recommend it. Also, if you've never tried MELONA, that's your chance! The melon flavour is my favorite, but they change the flavors available frequently. Check what's available. 😊

Sushi Paradise was our go-to for years. We are moving and they surprised me on my last pick up with a thoughtful note and gift to thank us and wish us luck. Aside from the thoughtful gesture and outstanding service, the food never disappointed. We loved it.

Always love coming here! It's never too busy and all the food comes fairly quickly. I like that a lot of the items can be ordered one piece at a time, so you have the opportunity to try something new without getting a whole plate. Staff are very kind and food is delicious. Will definitely be coming back

Excellent sushi place! The food was fresh and the hot food was nice and hot. Food comes very fast after ordering and the menu has a ton of options. They had a lot of rolls I haven’t found at other sushi places too. Will definitely be coming back here again soon!

Best sushi in Niagara region. Everything is perfect, the food is fresh, the service is good, the environment is comfortable. At first I saw some comments said they took a long time to get your order. However, when we come on Friday night, food delivered was very fast and very easy to send order. Don’t have to wait for the server to confirm. Very surprising, we have a really good night at sushi paradise.

Was hoping for good takeout sushi based on the reviews but was honestly really disappointed. Rice in the sashimi was very dry and chewy, and felt like it was made hours earlier. When the dish is only 2 ingredients, you kind of expect them to be decently fresh. The sauce on the house roll was so smokey I had to trade with my husband because it was so strong. It was inedible to me. His Pad Thai was strangely sweet but at least it was a good quantity. After eating it, I even had a terribly sticky feeling in my throat for several hours. Out of 3 dishes, none were enjoyable for us. I would have given them 1/5 but I recognize others might like the smokey roll so that's a matter of preference rather than quality.

Service was terrible. Called restaurant and was assured their were many gluten free options available as my wife is celiac. When we started ordering, more than 80% of the all you can eat menu was unsafe for her to eat. The waitress had no interest in answering questions regarding ingredients of the dishes we were concerned about. After receiving our first portion we realized there was no concern for cross contamination or dietary concerns from the kitchen or wait staff. Our sushi had a noodle in it which is unsafe for my wife. The waitress tried to convince us it was crab, except we never ordered crab. We felt so uneasy and unsafe that we asked for the bill and left. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They will say anything to get the money out of you.

Outside of this place doesn't do it justice! The food, staff, and the place are just beautiful. I have always been taken care of. The service is fast, just one time I ordered fried tofu but couldn't get it -didn't ask either- they probably didn't have it. And it's better than the Wind group :) I'vebeen there five times and always gotten AYCE because the other way is a bit pricey. Thank you guys for the great service and keep it up!

This place is one of the better AYCE place I've been this year. Has sushi, sashimi, aburi, dim sum and lots more! Service was great, servers are so polite, friendly and nice. Everything was so delicious. I was too busy eating to take all the pictures but here are some of them. The mussels were so good but I ate it before I remembered to take a picture. LOL

Great place to eat. The only reason I 4 starred the service is that sometimes the wrong items show up or go missing when you order on the tablet, but it's not an issue. The amazing food makes up for it.

We didn’t do the all you can eat and instead got their combos, the salmon lover and a bento box. Both of the combos came with a large portion of food. Everything was fresh and delicious. The prices are very reasonable too. The service was great, and the ambiance is excellent too. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

Came here on our way home to Toronto from Niagara Falls. Really big selection of food, ipad ordering system, really nice washrooms. Takeout delivery really busy. They have Melona bars for dessert 😍

Service is fast sometimes other times it's really slow. Food is very flavorful. This is the only place I have seen with General Tso shrimp and it is to put it bluntly ... amazing. Best thing I've ever ate at a sushi restaurant.

My wife and I recently met some friends here for dinner, and the experience left a lot to be desired. We were directed to a table, then ignored. Other A, staff brings drinks and introduces you to the ordering system. None of that happened. We figured it out after a while, and started ordering drinks and appetizers. Then we noticed that about 30% of each order was simply ignored. We came hungry, and were keen to try lots of the great items on the menu, but much of it never arrived. We'd order more food, then get some of the new things, and still none of the previous orders missing items. We asked about that, and got dumbfounded looks and little in the way of apologies or concern to make it right. I will say that the salmon sashimi that we received (we ordered lots more, but never received it) was great. By the end of the meal, we were still hungry but our time had expired. For the price, ($40 per person) this was not worth the money. I won't be back.

The sushi was really delicious. Did not enjoy the deep fried items as much, they were very greasy. But the food for the most part was just delicious. It came out fast and fresh. Ate before 12, was very quiet and enjoyable. Priced fairly as well.

Lots of dishes! Noticeably more options than other all you can eat sushi places in the city. The classic sushi, rolls, and sashimi are all excellent, no quality is lost due to having many other dishes. Lots of dessert options as well! Quite pricey however and service could be better, servers should refill water and provide napkins when needed. Definitely recommend checking it out if you want to see some more menu options, however if you only plan on getting the sushi there are better overall experiences.

To be fair, the food wasn’t too bad so I have to give them that. The service however, was disappointing. The staff was just terrible. No acknowledgement, no courteousness whatsoever. The person that took our payment just basically handed over the machine and that’s it. It just seems like they want your money and off you go. There are better places around the area that’ll serve and treat you better - try those instead.

It’s been a while since I went to a good restaurant and let me tell you; this place was more than what I hoped for. I walked in was automatic amazed of the authenticity of the decor. It hits differently when you eat sushi in a place that makes your feel like you are in Japan. The service was amazing and waiters were quick with serving you your food. We went for the all you can eat option and the portion sizes did not disappoint. The sushi themselves were massive and so full of flavour. I recommend this place 100%. Will come again !

Sushi Paradise is always an awesome ACYE place after work (especially cause I work at the Pen) or just on random off-days as a treat. Awesome selection, I love the General Tao's chicken. Only reason it gets a 4 is cause the food can be of variable quality and freshness, and the wait times for some dishes can also be variable at points. Otherwise it's an awesome destination to go with your friends, very first timer friendly!

Great food unless you don’t tip. Me and my husband got called “stupid” by a waitress just for not tipping, she kept yelling at us saying it was mandatory and that she would charge us 15% next time we come. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered food from them on a few occasions. Their appetizers, dessert and sushi are good but the pad thai and the oyakodon were not very good. Oyakodon in particular was super dry and flavorless, hard to eat without choking on it (it had completely dry, unseasoned, tough, dehydrated looking chicken on top of rice with zero broth or sauce or seasoning of any kind? who would want to eat that?!)
