    Well came back again. Staff all standing around and on their phone. Nobody getting food. This is now the worst kfc around. Sad to see. Will never be back. Changing my review from 5 to 1. Wife just waited half hour for chicken. Wich is fine. But the fries gravey and popcorn were all ice cold. Also the size of the chicken gets smaller every 2 weeks. I know thats corporate kfc and not the store. But how greedy can you be. The piece is almost the size of a popcorn chicken. Think we will go to Popeyes. They dont cut the thigh into 4 parts and the breast into 8 lol. Will be funny when the drums start getting cut in half. Price always goes up and quality down. Hear this store is under new management. Sad . Moved close to here 4 years ago. And this is the best KFC in any town. The staff is always super accommodating. Subbing is never a problem. The only one me and my family go to. Thank your staff they make you the good. You should give them all a raise 😊👍

    Ordered a zinger twist, a chicken breast and a small macaroni salad. Got home and my husband's chicken breast was dry and overcooked, I removed the packaging from my twister to find the wrap stale, mangled and ripped. Called the store and spoke to the manager, she started to argue with me and said the person at the counter must have ripped it. I tried to explain to her that it was NOT the packaging but the actual wrap, she kept cutting me off so I told her to stop cutting me off and let me explain it to her. SHE HUNG UP.... I tried to call back for 10 minutes with no answer, called from my husband's phone and the lady at the counter answered within 2 rings. NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION!!!!

    Walked in 45 minutes before closing time to grab dinner after a long work day. Completely disappointed when we were told there was NO chicken at all because they were closing soon. This was ridiculous, because the store hours stated they were still open. A fast food establishment should be able to provide service and food until end of business hours, otherwise change your store hours to reflect more accurately the hours of service. Will not be back at this location.

    This location used to be the best. New management perhaps? Must be. The workers are ignorant and not very welcoming. When I pointed out that the price of an item on the menu was different than what she was charging me for, she was rude and tried to make an excuse for it. The ladies in the back sit on their phones, and actually talk on the phone to their friends while preparing your order. I WATCHED the one lady with her gloves still on, pick up her phone and begin to talk on it, WHILE proceeding to handle food. No change of gloves, nothing. My food then proceeded to sit on the counter for 10 minutes while they stood around and chatted on the phone. Yes by the time I got home my food was cold. The gentleman beside me even had to speak up and say “is someone going to take my order?” When I asked if new management had taken over, the lady working claimed she didn’t know, and that she did not know who her manager was which I’m assuming she didn’t want to tell me as she knew they were all in the wrong and did not want to get themselves in trouble! What an absolute shame for this location to go to garbage because of a few bad people!

    Worst KFC to order at/from. Always a long wait time (my boyfriend and i waited for 15 minutes to be served while workers were standing in back after we said “hello!?” three times), given the wrong order and staff did not honour promotions/weren’t very mannerly.

    the last few times i've been here has been terrible. tiny pieces of extra oily chicken. quality is down in the last few years/months and the staff are ALWAYS rude now. the old staff was super nice and always went above and beyond, this staff makes you feel ashamed for ordering, barely speak english and are on their phones in the back constantly. the food makes you feel sick the next day. you're better off going to 711 for chicken now.

    Aweful experience this evening ! Aug 13/23 . Around 7:15pm . The employee or aka manager of this evening refuses to give me her name . Refuses to fix or make a soloution . My family frequents this KFC almost bi weekly or so . Anywho we dont normally have a lot of issue very ninor if we do . We explained how often we go here as well meaning we clearly spend a decent amount of our money here . We always order the 14 piece bucket with 4 large sides . This evening we waited about 25 minutes just for our food to cook no biggie. But upon getting home and platting 6 peoples foods . We noticed we where shorted 1 piece of chicken and for whatever reason both large fries where so salty they where inedible. The corn was cold but i didnt even complain about that . This lady was so rude ! She offered me 5 new pieces of chicken howwver i said im sorry we drove all the way from thorold and have to get my mom home to her nurse on time. If anything at this point we would prefer to bring all the food back and get a refund she refused then i said why ? She said my only option was the free chicken. I asked to speak with her manager she proceeds to tell me she doesnt have one ! . Anywuas i will be calling coporte first thing tomorrow not to mention after i said we are not getting anywhere at all and hung up she proceeded to call mw back 3 times and also hung up on me twice

    Rude and don't listen the chicken was so small it was all bones, ask for no wings they put wings in it anyway, ask for gravy get a salad we won't even eat they give whatever they feel like giving.....if you want great customer service don't bother with this location, 4th Ave from now on, also way over priced and not worth the price of 50 bucks for the meal

    I ordered online and picked up in store. Order was just being made when I arrived so you hope it would be hot and fresh. Completely so far fresh and hot. Both our side salads were expired. They forgot an utem for the box meal. My popcorn chicken was so hard my metal fork wouldn't pick it up and the fries tasted like leftover nuked fries and they were cold. When I opened my gravy ot was lukewarm at best. I rarely order from this location because of the bad service and lack of hot and fresh food. Today I decided to give them a 2nd chance and again clearly a mistake to think things had changed over time and even speaking with the area district manager but the ongoing concerns that never get addressed to this day!

    0 stars actually worst place to go to the abuse the upper management treats the staff like garbage and the amount of black mold in that place it needs to be shut down and the current (GM) Moe needs to be fired for abusive behavior in the work place.I've seen staff cry after speaking with upper management. This is what the food is prepped with I dealt with this daily and I was recently fired for having an allergic reaction to cologne/perfume which in every handbook/rulebook states NOT TO WEAR COLOGNE OR PERFUME IN THE WORK PLACE!!! I ended in the hospital cause medical problems/issues mean nothing to these people. Soul Food Inc. needs to replace there staff or shutdown these locations.If you Remove my post I will re-post repeatedly and things will get progressively worse!

    Very GREASY and DARK color chicken 🍗 Could be because they reused so much the same oil when frying! The gravy taste nothing, awfully! It seems that the chicken was made 4h ago and they just heat that on microwave, because I was served in less than 3 minutes a big order.

    Came in at 8:13 on a Wednesday when there hours stayed until 9, we tried to order 2 mighty buckets, we were told we could not because they “did not want to cook anymore chicken with closing soon” I asked how long chicken takes to cook and she stated 20 minutes which would be 8:35, still before closing. We were informed we could only order items that would take less time as she “wanted to close early”. The establishment should be kept open with the only food they serve being available until there posted hours.

    5 stars for the girl working alone tonight. This should never happen, regardless of the circumstances. Upper Management should step in when they know someone is alone, working cash and food. Food was great

    Lately it seems that the quality of the chicken has gone way down. It’s often overcooked and dry. It doesn’t really taste like kfc. Please review your recipe and cooking times because something isn’t right.

    Worst meal ever!! Ordered 6 piece meal with 2 sides. All dark meat and I have seen bigger legs and thighs on Pigeons. Chicken was so overcooked that the skin and meat shrunk to expose the bone on 3 of the four legs. Fries were dry and cold as well , but the coleslaw was good. Never again ,

    Stay away from this location. Went in and ordered 4 piece chicken box.. took 30 minutes inside, no warning. Cold fries, bitter Macaroni salad, chicken coating had no flavour, gravy cold and tasted awful.. they didn't even fill my drink fully and it tasted like cleaning supplies. Not sure what was going on but everyone waiting was complaining and angry. 2 people before me waited 40 minutes! New staff there now, and were very rude when I asked about wait time.

    Very unhappy, ended up put everything in the garbage. I paid $14 for three tiny pieces of chicken that had been reheated with next to no meat. With that I got a small gravy and coal slaw , gravy had no flavor and coal slaw was mostly water , no fries . I was shocked I’ve never had an experience like this before

    I had placed my order online for delivery ( placed my order at 5:10pm ), it said it would be delivered by 5:50pm, it is now 6:46 and still nothing. I'v called multiple time and no answer. Luckily my husband just walked in the door from work so he's heading over now to see what the hell is going on. So when he got there to see what was going on, they didn't have a delivery driver and then they didn't have half the things we had ordered, they didn't feel the need to call the customers and let them know or refund us our money. Absolutely ridiculous!! And most definitely unprofessional! I will not will not be returning to this location again.

    Wouldn't allow me to do 0 stars. Ordered for pick up took it home order was wrong so returned it. Was belittled and rudely spoken to by the manager in front of other customers and told to leave with the order I came back with. So never got my proper order. Made a large complaint to customer service. This location used to be a great place but is no longer staff comments about customers in their language and laughs at them. (I know this because a friend who came with me speaks their language and informed me of what was said)

    Save your $. Ordered from here specifically thinking it was the best one around… boy were we wrong. They told us 20 minutes. We got there after 20 and waited easily another 25+ minutes.. at that point we asked for a refund to which they replied it would be one minute and handed us the food. The fries tasted like they were dry, reheated and not fresh. The chicken was luckily edible and as much as I was nervous about eating it i had no issues with it, the gravy however seemed very tasteless and watery to what I remember KFC gravy being. Would never go again after reading the other bad reviews and after this last experience.

    This place messed up a couple of my orders. I only went in to just get my money back from what I didn't receive and nothing more. They ended up doing that and then some. Their customer service to fix the issue is why I will continue to go back. Thank you.

    It was okay, fries seemed not fresh, they were soggy and cold...not sure why they are not using paper bags anymore and my meals was handed to me in plastic carry out bags??? I was surprised when all other stores no longer use plastic bags.
