Jonathan here always goes above and beyond for me. Very personable and friendly service. He makes sure they’re always stocked up on food/sauces and will make them for you if they’re not. 10/10 I wish the store would restock the vegan cheese tho. We can’t all consume dairy cheese

I ordered four burritos(1 small, 2 regular and 1 mucho) for my family and I online and was highly disappointed when I got to the establishment and they didn’t have the order correct and had to wait for it to be made right. I then got home and realized that the order was still incorrect, we did not enjoy the flavour but I can understand how some others would. Overall will not be coming here again:(

I usually go here for lunch while I’m at work in the pen centre and my bowl is usually always filled to the brim and makes so full after. But recently there is this one lady that is always rationing the food and leaving the bowl half empty, and when I went there today, she was scraping the rice off the tin and did not bother to get a fresh new batch of rice. This is unacceptable. I need to start going when she isn’t there to get good service.

Nine of us came on our way home from Niagara. We arrived am how before they were supposed to be closed. Lights were low, no humans anywhere to be seen, and no food. Nothing but seven hangry teenagers sad that there were no burritos.

The food was not that delicious, at the same time they gave very little quantity. Not satisfied at all . Price to value very less .

You pay $17.50 for a bowl with guacamole with barely any chicken and old burnt veggies. Why would I come back?

$15 FOR BURRITO bowl not even half full . Well under half way. No onions. Salsa is paste. Husband got two large burritos one streak one shrimp. The shrimp burrito was tiny through he enjoyed, he's streak was not fresh. Liked the peppers but that was it . Thier fire grilled veg means corn is bla k and rock hard. Also asked for utencils for 5 as we ordered lots and had kids eatting, they sent us three spoons that's it. *edited to add the owner response reads to me , " we do not care about our customers * Cleary a regular complain about poor quality in food and service.

After waiting in line forever and finally getting my turn when told they do NOT accept a prepaid MasterCard! Funny that as the location on Fourth does as does every other booth in the Food Court. Embarrassed my nephew profusely in front of the other customers. Will NOT be back.

They dontet customers know about their promotions. I went to the store twice to buy food when they were having buy one get one offer. They didnt let me know and when later I came to know about the offer and went back, they expected us to know the offer beforehand and let them know whether I want the offer or not. They expect us to tell them whether we want the offer or not. After that I literally saw people buying and meaving the store without being let known there was an offer. The food was good buymt what they are doing is just absolutely ridiculous.

Waiting in line at least 15 mins on a Saturday (was 2nd in line). They had 1 employee working (weekend that restrictions were lifted so they should’ve expected it to be busy and staffed up). Finally get to the front and they don’t have 1/2 the items to make a basic veggie bowl. Charging no less than $15 per order! Be prepared!

The service was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The lady that assisted me was so friendly and informative. Great food. Great value.

I always frequent the place for my lunches/dinners and every time I come there Johnathan always delivers the best service. He is always fast making my food, and provides good conversation while doing it. The establishment is lucky to have such an exemplary employee. Keep up the good work John, if i was the owner I’d be giving this man a raise (and yes this is my honest genuine review)

I go to the food court for lunch every day, sometimes twice. I avoid this place like the plague now, but every once in a while, I'll check for improvement. *gets disappointed* The good: - food is fresh (as it should) - they don't close early like some Needs improvement: - portions. Can't stress this enough - small quantity of chicken, I could count like 4 pieces in a whole bowl or quesadila - absolutely not enough cheese for a quesadila, there is so little that the filling falls apart, and you need to eat everything with a fork (c'mon man, we pay $14 for this?) - poverty levels of sauce give even when paying - I shouldn't have to repackage my to go box. Overall the experience is 2/5 but very easily able to bump that up to a 4/5.

His exceptional customer service left such a positive impression on my husband and I that we couldn't stop talking about it as we ate an amazing burrito bowl ! What truly stood out was Lokender's remarkable ability to make us feel welcome and valued. He not only remembered us from our previous visit, but he also greeted us with a warm and friendly smile that immediately warmed our spirits.
