I've been ordering their food for years. Lately their food has shrunken to much for me. Its a shame because they always had value and the food was good. I understand times are tough but they've raised prices to the extreme. Last night I used a coupon for 33.99 for 12 slice(8 slice cut differently) and 2lbs of wings(not even close to 2lbs). The delivery guy guy says 51.60 and hands me a receipt that only says what we ordered and 51.60 written on the back. I tipped the driver $5 not knowing if he or the pizza house was ripping me off. I'm a neighbor so not far from them at all. They just lost a valued customer. Never will I order from there again.

I ordered a medium with pepperoni. Without a doubt the worst pizza I've ever had. Extremely dry . If you like pizza sauce, go elsewhere. This was more like thin hard cheese bread with pepperoni on it. Very very disappointed. I really don't care what their excuse is, I won't be going back.

We ordered wings a pizza ($50) got home and discovered it was the wrong pizza. So we called and they made a new pizza. We had to wait so in the mean time our wings went cold. We drove back and got the new pizza, only to bring it home and discover it still wasn't made right! We have up the second time. Also, because they had tried to cook it so fast, the middle was soggy and gross. For this we left a 15% tip (originally) no thanks! Never going to the pizza House again!

So we ordered their Thursday Wing deal which was 7.99 + tax per lb of wings. We ordered 3 lbs and were given 3 different packs since I ordered different flavours. We were shocked to see that their lb of wings only has 7 tiny split wings when a lb should have around 10-12 pcs, depending on wing size. The wings were tiny so we couldn’t believe 7 would make a lb! It was too late when we thought of weighing it but we weighed 4 left over wings with a kitchen scale and including the packaging it was in, it weighed 0.28 lbs. do the math, 7 would probably be 0.5 lbs. We felt scammed! Not buying again ever.

One of my favourite pizza places around here! When you order extra cheese they don’t skimp! The layer of cheese is almost thicker than the crust. Sooo good!

OMG! Just had a 'piping hot' order of pizza and wings delivered! The best in town!!! I swear! So unbelievably tasty! My grandson said'I won't eat pizza anywhere else Grandma!'

I use to always take advantage of their Tuesday specials almost every week. Had given Pizza House a 4 and 5 star rating in the past. The last couple times I've made purchases here, the pizza has been paper thin, light on the cheese, and minimal toppings. Not sure what has changed, but unfortunately the pizza is just not the same as it once was. Staff has always been nice, and friendly.

on my way home on November 20th was going to get a pizza they were not open if i would have known that i passed 2 other pizza places on my drive home. was around 7pm

First time today. Pretty darn good and light dough. Good cheese. Only one knock is next time I would ask for a bit more sauce. Very tasty just need a bit more sauce. Great price and friendly. I will definitely be going back even tho I live near the Mandarin. Too bad they didn't add coupons.

Medium pizza and a pound and a half of wings combo.... got 10 tiny wings. Was pretty upset after being in hospital all day with pregnant wife.

I go to the pizza house all the time. I Ordered a steak pizza today and it was great. Way better since the new owners have stepped up a lot. Very nice great deals. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Just ordered 24 dice pizza with 3 toppings. Extra sauce, peperoni, sausage and green peppers. They scimped on the cheapest topping of all. Pizza was dry,dry,dry!

Finally a pizzeria that doesn't dump cups of salt in the crust. It's got a nice tangy taste good. Now for 20 years my wife and I ordered from a place on Pelham street but the sauce was salty the crust was burnt, more than a couple times we called a complained and they made us a new pizza but the salt taste you couldn't hide the free pizza. So we decided to go elsewhere and we enjoyed the pizza house. Can't wait to try more food. 👍

I just ordered a panzarotti with 3 items and onion rings. I see reviews on here that aren't that great but I guess I wanted to try for myself. Absolutely fantastic panzarotti! I love the flakey, crunchy outer layer. Huge portion of onion rings No scrimping on my food. Thank you Pizza House 😋😊

Picked up a slice after work. Tasted like a frozen pizza. Dry as hell. Extremely little sauce and cheese was like rubber.

I enjoy the pizza and wings on a two week basis here but the last pizza I ordered, I weirdly noticed an ant or bug in my pizza baked into the cheese so it's definitely making me hesitant on going back at all now

Absolutely worst pizza. The fact what I asked for on my pizza was wrong is besides the point. It was undercooked and the wings were the same. Paid 51 dollars for a 12 slice and 2 lbs of wings you would think they could cook it.

Their delivery driver smashed our vehicle and left without leaving their information and isn't taking responsibility for their actions.

Twelve slice works, pound of salt and pepper wings and "hot on the side". Came to $40 which i thought was a bit expensive at first, but once I tasted it I was convinced. Absolutely worth. Plus I dropped my pizza and the way out from pick up and they made me a new one. ❤️
