    I bought the Happy Meal for my girl and asked for the Fruitopia drink and got water colour instead... every other thing was good. They need to check the drinks they serve to people before serving it. Drive through

    Service was great. Even with mask on I feel welcomed by the employees. But this... I ordered a large fries, not large fries’ container with medium amount of fries inside!!!

    I'm not one to write reviews but everytime I've ordered a Oreo flurry from here they fill the cup like half way. I've caught it once in the drive thru and was able to asked them to actually fill it but most times I dont notice until I get home. This might be the saddest one yet...

    To be honest, quick serve, usually only gets three stars from me. I gave four stars here because my experience was unexpectedly good. The store is very recently renovated and looks modern. The madness of the kitchen is nicely hidden. In talking to the shift supervisor, maybe the manager, he explained the recent updates to the facility.

    I think people go to this place to see how bad their order is going to be screwed up what they got lots of good stuff going for them, their diners open till 11:00, very very friendly place,a lot of their food tastes really good they have Wi-Fi the services fairly quick. Good deals for senior people I see lots of people using their app. so that's going pretty good I go there all the time

    Got a tea . Done better than the old McDonalds . Nice new place like it . Have to get use of the new change . Next time going to try the food. See if it tastes better . 😆 lol The only thing is that there is too much sugar in some products. What about the people with Diabetes. Who cant have sugar . Might be nice if you could look in to some products for Diabetic people 🤔. Just a thought .

    Update: they have never solved this problem said they would send me a book of free burgers and I never got it that was 10 month ago They are rude and dont care about the customer at all even when you say you have allergies i asked for it plan nothing but burger meat cheese and bun this is what i get

    Best service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I brought my drink into the bathroom, it fell and made a mess. They filled my drink up and were very nice even though I messed up. I hope the GM acknowledges the staff that was working at 2:15pm today.

    We sat in-line at the window for 5 minutes before a lady finally came to the window and she was extremely rude and started to yell at us telling us we were wrong, we had to wait at the window another 10 minutes for our food after she shut the window while we were trying to explain we simply ordered online and had a mobile order. when we asked for her name she said “I don’t know” and once again slaked the window on us. do not go around 12:30 she had dark hair and glasses.

    This location is in serious need of some minor renovations and exterior paint to bring it back to life. I never understood the parking spots directly in front of the drive through exit either, now mobile pickup spots. With all of the drive through and mobile pickup traffic this location receives, it feels like an accident waiting to happen, or I'd bet people parking in those spots regularly hold up the drive through parking and exiting. At least one or two spots should be blocked from use somehow. Just a suggestion...

    Customer service was rude. She kept hurrying us up even though we had a big order. (Girl with skunk hair) Then they got our orders wrong. That's what happens when you leave a bunch of irresponsible teenagers to run the restaurant 🤷🏽‍♀️ definitely won't be coming back.

    By far the worst location! Everytime iv gone through this drive thru my order is bad or done wrong These workers need better training or more staff .. fries are always wayyyy over salted or stale .. I just ordered a snack size oreo mcflurry and I only had a sprinkle of oreos on top and not any anywhere else! I'm sorry but I'm a paying customer and would at least like to get what I'm ordering! If I wanted a vanilla cup I would have gotten that! I'm so overly annoyed with this location that I always try to boycott it Iv tried to call and I keep getting hung up on ! I will never go back

    Culinary perfection! I wish McDonalds would partner up with a hotel chain at an all inclusive destination. I could eat this amazing food every day, for every meal, for the rest of my life.

    I went here with my friend in november, the guy at front counter (was black had patchy hair) was extremly rude and seemed like he didnt wanna be there. the food was good tho, yall just need nicer staff.

    Took 14 minutes for the employee to get my order right on the machine so I could pay for it Food and coffee was cold because they were so slow, and they somehow still messed up my order despite repeating it about 9 times ($4+tax Egg McMuffin + Medium Regular Coffee deal). I was the only customer, and it took a total of 16 minutes to order and receive my meal. You can't expect much at McDonalds, but this was horrendous.

    I ordered through skip the dishes they gave the driver only the drinks no food was in disbelief but was too tired to re order somewhere else. Don't even bother with this place waste of time.

    Make sure to check your order before leaving. This is the worst McDonald in the Niagara region. They will switch items in your order without letting you know. They will take away popular toys and put whatever toys they have left from the previous promotions in your kid's meal. It doesn't matter if you find out, they will not apologize. I guess it makes sense, it is McDonald's, they never worried about no customers. Go to Wendy's instead, who at least cares about your order.

    I usually like to order a coffee in the mornings with an espresso shot the expresso shot is sometimes forgotten otherwise it's a good location and the staff are quite friendly I just really really like my espresso in the morning!

    I must say this has to be one of the cleanest McDs. The manager was on top of cleaning and wiping down everything. The staff was friendly and upbeat unlike others. Worth 5 stars all day

    I mean it's a mcdonalds drive-thru, late at night (0030), what can one expect. Placed an order over the app, checked-in well in advance, order still took much longer than other locations at a similar time. Person at the window definitely looked like she didn't want to be there. Both the burgers were warm but stale. The fries were fresh though which is a plus. Conveniently located close to the cinema, great for a late night grab after the movies. However, missable if you have a preferred location closer to home.

    3.5 stars. This is located in the Pendale Plaza. There is plenty of parking along with curb side pickup spots for those on the go. There is no self serve fountain drink dispensers despite the size of the restaurant. Service is a little disorganized but gets things done ( check your orders) Don’t expect fine dining but gets the cravings satisfied. Location also has a drive through for expedited enjoyment

    Austin is a TERRIBLE manager. SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. We ordered food at 3:55 (breakfast menu doesn’t start until 4) and when I called to have my sauce changed he told me they’re cancelling the order because they can’t make dinner food only breakfast. That is laziness at its finest and I will never be ordering food or coming there again and I hope no one else does!

    I have gone through the drive-thru at this location 5 times in the last few months and every single time I have had to pull up to wait for my order for one meal. I have had to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes every single time. Finally this last time, I asked the young man at the window if anything is ever ready to order when you go through the drive-thru? I told him that the last four cars that I saw go ahead of me also all had to pull forward and wait for their food. He said they just never have fries ready. I feel like that is kind of their whole thing. This is no longer a drive-thru it is a drive up, park your car for 10 minutes, waste some gas while you wait for your food and then leave 15 minutes later if you're lucky. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside, there was a girl standing at the counter talking to a delivery driver. There were four bags on the counter in front of her. I asked her if one of them was my order and she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know what did you order? I told her what I ordered and she handed me the bag and turned and continue talking to the delivery driver. Sweet service people!! Such a waste of time for mediocre food.

    Usually when I come in here all the employees are nice and my food is ready quick and it's good. A supervisor named nicole was absolutely cold and rude to me. I work in customer service and behavior like her's is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in her position.

    Had it with this location. Busy as hell on a Sat at 1130am. Put my order in and had to REALLY go to the bathroom only to be locked out as I needed someone with a key to let me in. As I'm doing the "gotta pee dance" I'm trying to get someone's attention at the counter with no luck. Ended up going next door to Mastermind and using theirs while my wife waited for the food. Absolutely embarrassing. I understand later at night because of drunks but come on... Saturday at noon???

    Paid for extra meat x2 on a Big Mac. It was the only thing I ordered. Extra pickles and extra onions were missing also. 😢. It has to be a culture thing that the oompaloompas we have here running these things don't grasp the concept of extra. Its not just this ff place either. All of them run by the oompaloompas are like this. Bk Popeyes and half the kfcs they own dont even use the right fries they get some stuff from cosco. You came all this way from the dirty streets just to f up my Big Mac. Hope your village is proud.

    I waited in drive thru for a solid 20 minutes. Only to get to window. Be handed wrong order. Hand it back and somehow they have no record of my ordered I then waited for them to prepare my order. Frustrated I left without looking. Realized I'd been overcharged for items I did not order and as well was missing items from actual order!!!

    Can't really say much about a McDonald's. It's McDonalds. They are all usually the same but this one is mostly popular being off the 406 and beat the Pen. Meals are usually hot and ready to go but other then that it's just your traditional "I need food fast"

    So no receipt in the bag. Asked for a tomato I got about a 1/3 of one and the lettuce there is next to none. Not sure if you dumped salt on both the burgers for jokes but it sure tasted like it. Is it really that difficult to make a burger? Then to not put the receipt in the bag? This is just really sad.

    Bought hamburg. It had so much extra stuff on it that was dripping all over the place. I could not pick it up. It ended up in the garbage. My hands were totally covered in something . It was like trying to eating a hot hamburg with your hands while in your car. It was totally disgusting
