This location was day and night when compared to another location. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. Both subs were done to perfection. Both were Gardein meatball subs. The meatballs were lined end to end. There was sufficient marinara sauce to make the sub moist but not drenched. Ingredients were all fresh, including the multigrain bread. This will now be my location of choice.

Honestly one of the BEST cold turkey subs I've had in a long time! I asked for extra lettuce and this place did not disappoint. this was my first time ordering from Mr. Sub as I've always gotten my subs elsewhere but after my first order today being THIS good, I'll be coming back :) Pros: quickly made and delivered they do not skimp on items to save a buck good quality meat and the amount in my sub was the standard amount (i did not order extra meat) fresh, soft bread fresh crisp lettuce, cuecumber, pickles this place has "light" options for sauces (i got light mayo) This quality sub was well enjoyed thank you Mr. Sub team for this great lunch today :-)

ATU 846 had Mr. Sub cater our negotiations with Niagria Transit today! And everything was just perfect! Pick up was on time when we asked for it and came in a very nice organized boxes. We will be back again! Thanks for keeping our union fuelled up!

This is the best Mr.sub location in st Catharine’s( in my opinion) The bread and toppings are always fresh, and the employees are always super friendly. I live closer to the welland ave location but drive the extra bit to get a good sub! Never gotten a sub I didn’t enjoy!

tonight got 2 sub all my other subs in the pass have been really good up till to night didn't taste that good and wasn't really made they way i asked for it

Lack of health and safety, poor customer service. Maybe not baking flys into the bread would help keep customers happy. Disappointing that after finding the flys baked into the bread they still refused a refund.

Unfortunately this place has lots of bugs and needs a good cleaning

Mr.Sub is an exceptional place to buy high quality and healthy food. I always come here as my alternative on the go. The customer service is top-notch and quick. Their sauces are have unparalleled flavour too. I highly recommend coming here for take-out and dine-in.

I stop here every time I go shopping or visit family in St. Catherines at least 2 times a month, because they have pineapple for my pizza sub and put it together exactly as I ask. I always get takeout. It always is clean inside. Thank you again ladies

Arrive as first customer of the day. The food was very fresh and tasty. The service was excellent. Friendly with a smile. Recommend this location.

Great food for the price but I have to say at night the employee/employees are sluggish and make it a little difficult to hear. One night I decided to go at about 1am and a few minutes passed then a group of drunk college kids showed up. They were very funny but also disrespectful to the staff to the point where they threatened to call the police multiple times. The lady over the counter made all their sandwiches and was calm the whole time. The food sometimes is great and sometimes bad

The location is outdated, but the service and food were excellent! Upon waiting in line when I am at any sub shop I've noticed any grown human can go from acting like a civilized adult to a child whining to their mother about how they want their sandwiches made. It's a good laugh while waiting in line watching some people order subs. Calm down people... for roughly $12 some of these people are expecting high end service with lobster served on a silver platter.

Best sub place in the city. I prefer the one on St. Paul Street West. They are always so good. I remember going to Mr. Sub downtown as a kid. Best subs then and continue to be.

Bit pricey, really good subs though.

The food was good however the served was not up to speed on how to make a sub. For example she put 3 small pieces of tomato on a 12 inch sub and didn't understand instructions well.

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but I have always been extremely pleased with the overall quality and experience each time I visit here. The ladies working here always remember my order even in the midst of busy dinner/ lunch rushes and they are always great to talk to and deal with each and every day. I'd give this location 10 stars if I could. Subway doesn't even come close to comparing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They created a nice atmosphere and made suggestions to my order because of my dietary preferences. The food was great and the store is tidy.

This evening there was a guy in front of my grandma and I the guy orders a sub with no meat. the lady accidentally put meat on it, “ the guy said it was ok to just leave it on the sub.” She didn’t listen picked the meat back off the sub “the meat was full of mayonnaise” and she threw it back in with the rest of the meat!. “what if someone was allergic to something in the mayonnaise?”
