The food quality is very average and not fresh at all, I bought a shawarma plate and a falafel sandwich (there were only 2 pieces of falafel in the sandwich and was smashed so you couldn’t even taste it. The cleanness of the restaurant was a disaster. Everything was not cleaned properly even the fridges with toppings. (check my pictures for reference)

Great shawarma restaurant in St. Catherine and the flavor of shawarma is delicious .. I always look for a decent restaurant and I have a touch of generosity from the workers and the owner of the restaurant. My experience has been great and I will always revisit this place. I ordered a surprise bag through To Good to Go to be picked up at 7:30 and I arrived at that time, they were closed. They are supposed to be open till 8pm. Will not be going there ever and will be letting everyone I know as well to not give them any business. Douches

Explain to me when you order chicken schwarma plate and then the owner tells you we are out of meat . 1. You're still open for business that day. 2. Replace meat with fallafle but instead of still making it as a plate dish you sub it for a wrap without even asking... I actually felt scammed lol Had he said we don't have the ingredients to make even a plate order ( rice, salad , sauces ) I would of right there said no thank you which brings me back to 1. Why even stay open for business when you can't make any dish that is meat related ridiculous business decisions

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I definitely would. We ordered from this restaurant using door dash and it was awful. Half of the food we ordered didn’t even arrive. The food that we did receive isn’t even edible. The lettuce is slimy/rotten, the chicken is dry and is hard as a rock and the beef is stringy and dry. I truly don’t know how this restaurant has passed inspection with public health. Do yourself a favour and avoid this dumpster fire called a restaurant. This place will never see a single dime of mine again. Actually with that being said, they will never see a dime of mine period. After sending photos to DoorDash we received a full refund.

This place used to be delicious a few years ago but now it's just disgusting. Ordered a shawarma sub and the bread was too hard and not edible. The falafel was too dry and the Baba ganoush was just downright terrible.

Customer service is very bad, they don't know to behave properly. They are very rude to customers.

I highly recommend eating here. MO did a great job. My husband and I were famished and decided to try. We ordered 2 chicken and beef plates, baklava, wings, and 2 gingerale and left feeling satisfied . Great service and our meals were prepared in good time. The owner or person whoever works there is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat their customers, no respect! Many better places for shawarma with better customer hospitality!

I had an amazing experience at this small Middle Eastern restaurant. The customer service was exceptional, and a huge thanks to Waseem, who went out of his way to make my visit memorable. The kababs I ordered were incredibly delicious, and I can't recommend this place enough for a quick and tasty Middle Eastern meal. Whether you choose to dine in or opt for takeout, you won't be disappointed!

Ordered large poutine. The fries were great but gravy was cold and the cheese didn't even slightly melt. Guy serving me looked miserable as if he hated his job. Just an awful experience. Won't go back.

Been ordering from here for awhile now, this place has pretty good chicken on the rocks/ chicken on sticks & they have good portions. Their shwarama is also pretty decent. The place is usually always clean and tidy. Also the people who work here are really nice too!

I regularly have food from there at night time and constantly get belly pain. And even the service and food were not good I didn't have any other choice to go at that time. I have to say the guy who was there at night time is so bad he doesn't care about the customers or the food. I had shawarma always but every day it was getting worse. I stopped going there because of health reasons. So anyone who thinks they got 4 stars for this restaurant is fooled. Don't take my word just try one time than u will understand what am saying.

Scam restaurant with small portions, overpriced meals. The food was in the middle of the rotting process before I got it. Also I ordered on Uber Eats one time and cancelled because it was an app error. They charged me even though I cancelled within 10 seconds because they were "already making the meal". Impossible. The order was cancelled as fast as it was sent out. Terrible company.

Beef shawarma plates were great: fresh taste and seasoning on point! Portions were huge, and not ALL filler rice. Meat was tender. Place doesn't look like much from the outside...but give it a try. Food speaks well.

Poutine was gross, the gravy was pure liquid and SO much of it. Fries seemed like they were refrozen 5 times and just overall not good. And for the price of everything with it being bad quality was disappointing. Got a poutine and shawarma on the rocks and we had to go somewhere straight away and get something else to eat !

Had the mixed shawarma plate today... perfect for those times when I can't decide if I want chicken or beef. Sooooo good. Great food, great prices and great service. Alakle jaed jidden jidden. I will definitely return for more. UPDATE: I'm back. That mixed plate was calling me. Mmmmmmmmm

Don't walk past this spot without going in to try one of their amazing offerings. We sampled the falafel plate (came with a whole warmed pita, salad w pickles and tahini), baklava, and veggie samosas. The 6 falafels were large, fresh and tasty. The rice was fluffy and tasty. I was able to make a wrap with some of the ingredients from my plate and have plenty leftover for a plate as well. The baklava was fresh and not overly sweet. The 5 samosas had the right touch of spice. Definitely worth going back for more.

Hands down the best shawarma. And the falafel is fantastic. Authentic middle eastern food, bar none !!! Small place but staff is friendly with a big heart!

Excellent restaurant We were in Niagara and we were looking for a place to eat quickly. the beef shawerma sandwiches was excellent. very well garnished and very well cooked. We also tried the chicken sajs it was really good too.

Food wasn't as great as I expected, was just OK, and the service was very bland. I ordered one thing and got served another 🤷🏻‍♂️.. Prices are a bit expensive compared to other halal restaurants and cafes. Overall experience wasn't that nice, definitely not coming back there again.

I am at fairview mall and the sign said be back in 5 minutes but waited over half hour and nobody. Dont know how they expect to kerp afloat in this mall if no one to serve. Just wanted to try the food. Your loss Taibah!!

I have to honestly say that this place has poor customer service and the beach warmer mean is extremely dry and overcooked I don't know how the rest of the food is but it's very unappealing and I threw out my beef shawarma after two bites complete waste of $10. My honest opinion is I don't like pizza pizza but you're better off going to them to fill an empty void if you are hungry

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon shopping in downtown St. Catharines.Then we enjoyed a lovely meal at Taibah. The lentil soup and chicken Shawarma are excellent. The portion sizes are good and the price is very reasonable.

Good fattoush salad, a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. Do not recommend the side if pita bread, it was hard and not very fresh. Service was quick.
