Great
nostalgic
attraction
in
Port
Dalhousie
featuring
a
vintage
carousel
that's
been
in
place
for
over
one
hundred
years
in
that
location.
Best
of
all,
it
still
costs
just
5
cents
per
ride.
The
carousel
itself
is
in
great
shape,
and
features
many
animals
around
the
outside
but
mostly
prancing
horses
on
the
inside
rows.
It
can
get
a
bit
busy
on
some
evenings
and
weekends
but
the
line
moves
quickly.
I
find
the
ride
to
be
a
bit
faster
speed-wise
than
most
carousels,
so
young
children
need
to
hold
on.
Only
one
person
is
allowed
on
a
single
animal
at
a
time,
so
parents
cannot
ride
on
the
same
one
with
their
kids.
The
only
disappointing
thing
about
the
carousel
is
that
it's
located
in
such
an
ugly,
dark
building.
You
can
barely
see
outside,
and
it
doesn't
accentuate
the
ride
at
all.
I
get
the
need
for
security
and
protection
from
the
elements,
but
this
structure
is
really
disappointing.
