Be careful when you check in. I was charged room deposit 3 times total and the person checking me in said it was only once on the original invoice. I got 2 of the deposits back but not one of them. It was all very confusing at first and I went back after checking my Visa's incoming transactions. I also had to ask for receipts. I was told to come back to speak to a manager. I did and was basically told to dispute with my credit card company. The photos and reviews of this hotel seemed pretty fair but when we got there, the room was super dingy and moldy. You could even see the outside as the room's door wasn't fully sealed. I took videos and pictures before going in given my crazy check-in process. The bedding was overall ok clean. No bugs either. There were no towels in the room so we had to ask for some. We only got a few and when we asked for more the next day, they were not able to give us any. It seems like there are people living in the hotel. All those people were very nice people.

Decent place. Great rates considering the prices of the competition. I stayed in September and didn’t realize how expensive this area could be. Called around to a bunch of places, and they were asking $400-$500/ night for a Saturday. I was able to scoop a room up for $289 here. Another issue we had was a lot of places not accepting Dogs. This place charged us $15, and no issue. No nonsense and clean rooms.

Had a group booking here for our lacrosse tournament, and we all enjoyed it. The pool was nice and clean, and we were able to use their BBQ on-site to make team lunches in between our games. Chucks were next door, and it was awesome to celebrate our win with a few beers.

Very basic motel, very Old and not so clean or even nice. You pay for what you get. Dog friendly was our ONLY reason to stay here on the main floor with a Dashund Dog. Stayed from Thursday to Sunday morning and never got clean towels or seen house keeping at all..

Stay Away! They are running a deposit scam! Door to the front desk is locked when you check out & your bill is taped to the door that says deposit will be refunded in 3-5 days on your Master Card… I paid deposit with cash/debit?? I found a lady who didn’t want to help me until I revealed I was a RCMP investigator! Suddenly things changed I & was given my deposit back! There was also a younger gentleman that was in the same boat as me. He also paid cash. I will definitely be following up with the St Catherines financial crimes division to find out how many of their customers have had the same experience & never got their deposit. Also once you heave leave the property they can say your room was a mess or anything they want to keep your deposit. The fact that they lock their front door & have no one there to check you out is alarming & throws up big red flags! Note that this was all documented & will be forwarded.

I got some fried at pen centre store. They were terrible. First there were over cooked and then most of the fries were small dry pieces.

well I stayed 1 night also customer service for accommodation was excellent but the top of the beds head boards were filled of drywall dust which caused us to cough and sneeze all night ,I understood it was recently renovated , also after few hours of walking around the room ,our feet bottoms were so black like the room needed a serious mopping. I took it to customer service attention and all she said was "well it takes a few cleanups good bye" If is not completely ready then why rent it out?

Come to Canada's Best Value Inn every year for our fishing competition and hands down they are amazing. Always accommodate our boats and parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is 24 hours and watches over our boats at night. I go nowhere else.

I lOVE IT. The entrance to the hotel was spotless, and the check-in was very fast and efficient. The room had an amazing. The room itself was nice, exactly what I expected for the price. We requested a room with a sofa bed and it was really good. swimming pool was awesome with the BBQ. Even we asked for drinks and they got there for us That was so sweet and nice from them. Also the location it's a perfect location that's right off a trade of the highway and it's not even 20 minutes from Niagara Falls

Very clean and tidy motel. Very convenient location right off the QEW. Top notch and courteous staff. My brothers and I (and our dog Roxanne) enjoyed our many stays at this motel and had much fun. This is our number one choice for our stays in St Catharines! 😎🍻

After a very long drive I needed a place to rest my head and back. Was trying not to spend an arm and a leg and Best Value Inn was very well priced. Bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep.

I and my family stayed here on 3 occasions and each time the room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The service staff were extremely polite and responsive to our needs. Convenient and quiet location that is close to numerous amenities. I would definitely recommend.

I have been here a fiew times and it's not horrible. One time I got a large poutine and a fiew of the fries were not hot but felt like they have been sitting out for longer than the rest. Maybe they weren't fully cooked but the food was still good. The employ that served me gave me a new poutine and was understanding. Would definitely return👍

Beatiful century hotel. We loved our stay. Fantastic view of the waterfront from a jaccuzzi suite. The room was cozy, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. The staff was genuinely friendly and check-in check-out was quick and easy.

Amazing customer service! I called and booked the hot tub suite! It was amazing, clean, relaxing, and I didn’t have a credit card so he accepted a cash deposit! I was more than happy with my stay! My sheets were crisp and clean! The hot tub in the room was bigger than expected. I will be back in a couple months. :)

I must say the team working here really goes above and beyond. The fella that was helping us during our stay was so wonderful. He really was very accommodating. He made our stay pleasant. I got caught in the snowstorm yesterday, and instead of fighting my way home decided to stay here. Got a great deal online - the wonderful gentleman working the counter was extremely patient in answering all my dumb questions and was so so so helpful. Yesterday was a trial, but my day ended on a high note by stopping here. The room was clean, more spacious than expected and perfect for a lone traveller. My only complaint was the door - the deadbolt lock was clearly damaged from the door being pried open/kicked in which kind of made me a little uneasy however Im sure if I brought this up at the time of check in the matter would have been cleared up. Extremely quiet! Even though it is right beside the QEW I heard next to nothing. If I ever get caught up again in St. Catharines, I will be back.

My family is moving cross country and are presently at this inn. We arrived late last night and were very lucky they had a vacancy. We just meant to stop for a quick rest, but our trailer has a flat tire and, when roadside assistance was estimated for a couple of hours past checkout, my husband ran down to the front desk to ask if anything could be arranged. They were very flexible and accommodating. They did not charge us for another day but allowed us to continue to wait in the room with our young children, who would not have been very understanding about being strapped into their car seats, waiting, and going nowhere for hours.

I just came from another Hotel to this one and was so glad we ended up here. Many more restaurants and shops around compared to the other place. The rooms were great, and the Wi-Fi was very strong.

I was instantly greeted with care from the staff. The place is just amazing for the price, it's got clean rooms and it is a great friendly environment. and I can't get over how much the staff and owner are so kind and caring. Five stars all the way.

Great inn, but the breakfast was very light. Stayed in room 228. Was modern and comfortable. FYI Mini fridge doesn't have freezer but they have an ice machine.

Had a wonderful experience at the Best value. The motel has a swimming pool that is neatly maintained and rooms are really nice and economically good. The staff is really friendly. I shall opt for the Best value for my stay.

Reasonably clean, but we've found some mold in the bathroom in our room. Old and a bit outdated but staff is nice. Can't really expect more. Good enough to spend the night if you are traveling.

My husband and I travel a lot and we have stayed at Canadas best many times the location is great the owner is very accomadating very personable and goes out of his way to take care of you and to make sure you have everything you need. The staff is very good friendly very helpful the rooms are acceptionally clean. Actually the atmosphere here is much more pleasant then Best western comfort inn holiday inn. I would highly recommend Canadas best value inn, I guarantee you'll be pleasantly surprised 5 thumbs up

I have been staying here for an extended stay and cannot say enough positive things about my stay, the lovely room and the amazing & kind staff. My room is truly wonderful, clean, quiet and well maintained by the staff. I highly recommend you stay here for a night or several, you will find it affordable & worth your time. There are so many options for meals and for entertainment & all are worth trying!

Stayed here in April and they are renovating. Walked by the rooms they are renovating and they look superb. Had a chat with the front desk and all rooms have new showers, nice decent furniture and thank god.. fridges and microwaves in every room. I can't stress enough the amount of hotels I have stayed at and they don't have microwaves.

Sold my house and looking for a home in the Niagara region. What went from a few-night stay turned into a 3-week stay. They accommodated me at a very good rate compared to the other hotels around.

Great place to stay. Working in the city and can park my truck outside my room to keep eye on my truck and tools. The room is great, nothing crazy but clean and comfortable.

Came down for a dance competition with my kids and most places were way too expensive. This place was clean, comfortable and budget-friendly.

I have been here for an extended stay and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. The rooms are clean and quiet, great cable, free internet, free parking, and a great pool in the summer! The service is phenomenal! The staff are amazing! Always ready to help, and so friendly! The location is great as just down the street is McDonald's, Burger King and more, and it is literally right off the highway(which you don't hear) so you can get to Niagara Falls within 15 minutes! I highly recommend!!!

Well now that is a flat out lie. IThere were no favours for me. I arrived at 3am and was made to pay $170 for that trash room. There was no one day cleaning missing this sort of grime has been there a very long time. At checkout was when the photos were taken and are very relevant. It wasn't until you tried to keep my damage deposit for dirty towels because I cleaned the floor with them! I CLEANED THE FLOOR! Please don't lie just improve. Waste of money .

I have no reason to lie, & I wasn’t told to check out the person at the front desk actually moved me to a new room that was much cleaner then the one I was originally given. I have pictures , and I showed him so calling me a lair is also unnecessary and unacceptable. People need to be aware of this issue because if you bring them home with you when you go that’s a problem I’m sure nobody wants at home.

Great Location and great rooms. Washrooms were nice and clean and vinyl floors were wet from them mopping. I would rather see them wet and know they have been mopped instead of dirty so I waited in my car till it dried. Was a bit tricky to get in but after the first day I managed to figure out there was a back way to get in and out. Overall great stay. Chucks Roadhouse right next door was also a great help to avoid driving.

Great place to stay within a low budget. The room was clean. Bathroom seems to be brand new. Service was friendly with touchless checkout. You simply put your card in an envelope they provided at the entrance and get your receipt with your room number. They have pool, and most importantly they're dog friendly! In the area you can find restaurants, McDonald's and several gas stations. It's quiet and felt safe at night too.

Stayed here for Canada Summer Games to see my nephew play and was I in for a big surprise. NO CHARGE FOR PARKING. Many of the others stayed in Niagara and surrounding and were paying $10-$40 a day for parking whereas I used it for my lunch and dinner. Location was key to Brock University and I was glad I stayed here. Slept well, no noise complaints and room was clean. Thank you to the whole Best Value Team.

Canada's Best Value was a great choice for my husband and me. We had to come down for surgery at St Catharine’s Hospital and due to some circumstances, my partner needed a ground-floor room. Natasha was so kind to make sure we had a ground-floor room and, throughout our stay, checked in on us to see if we ever needed anything. This is now our go-to place whenever we come back for follow-up appointments.

My Mum,dog and I had to vacate our home for 3 days due to renovations. The service was excellent and friendly we were allowed to check in early,the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and so many places to eat within walking distance. Would highly recommend to stay here

At first when I was booking I was reading reviews and was sceptical but figured I might as well see it for myself and I’m glad I did!!! Out room was clean, and had both a fridge and microwave! Loved the shower design; you don’t usually find glass showers in most hotels/motels.Lots of space too which was nice and the staff were also really friendly, great price for the 3 nights too. The motels also conveniently located near chucks, Tim Hortons, etc :)

After a day of work, you just want to eat something and sit right?. I decided to go to New York fries in the pen, and boy was that a wonderful decision. The guy Ray, absolutely wonderful customer service, super nice and personable but professional which is something that is hard to do. It's refreshing to come by such a wonderful food service worker. Especially the woman that took my order, what a sweetheart. (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) but also great customer service. The food is great, a cheesy load of fresh and really hot fries. 😋 Goodness gracious, delicious! Amazing job!

Small clean room and very quite considering I was looking out over the street. The best comf˘ortable! Really a nice place to stay and enjoy.

Normally my fiance and I love this place but after today I am officially never coming back! My fiance simply ordered a regular poutine with a side of cheese sauce. It's our regular order and it's simple. The man at the register messed up our order by telling the female cook that we ordered a pulled pork poutine and she gave us it. After my fiance kindly informed the cook that the order was wrong and showed the receipt the cook got extremely angry at us for no reason at all. After she fixed the issue she THREW and I mean THREW the poutine at my fiance. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Rooms look ok when you walk in. Bathrooms are crazy tiny which is fine except it leaks really bad. There’s a puddle on the floor leading out the bathroom every shower, even if there is a towel underneath the door. The bathroom floor gets soaked after each shower as well, don’t know exactly what the cause is but it’s annoying as we have to use 2+ towels to clean up the water all over the floor, AND ON TOP OF THAT, they only give you two towels. Two. No matter how many are staying. We have 4 people checked in, we’ve been here two days and have gotten a total of 6 towels and have been told we will not receive any tomorrow as we already asked for too much. They don’t even come get the towels, they make you bring them the towels to the front, go back to your room, then walk all the way back to get two new towels once some are clean. It’s complete nonsense! The price you pay is worth FAR FROM what you actually get. Also front desk seems to get annoyed for any inquiry. I went to get TP for my family and felt very unwanted in his “lobby”. Rooms don’t get cleaned enough whatsoever and i don’t think owners care enough about business. Either that or they have workers who don’t.

Best place to stay in this small town. Really nice staff and service. People remember you paying for a 2-star hotel so enjoy the stay.

2 star hotel with a 5 star staff! Quiet location by the highway, perfect for work week stays while in town. Love the updated showers! The pool is a plus also. Close to timmies and a 24 hour gas station as well as other amenities. I feel very safe and comfortable here, my home away from home. Cheers!

3 stars because the bathroom/new shower is 4 star. Know this is a budget motel - clean, but furnished for the 60's. Just off the QE Highway, yet very quiet.

You can tell the owners and staff of this property take care about this place and it shows. Stayed here for a weekend getaway and they were very helpful with wine tours and dinner recommendations. No breakfast but for the price cant complain.
