Since BMW wants to create fake google accounts to post false 5 star reviews in the review section to make the 1 star reviews disappear, Does the public want to know why AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST and not get serviced here? Here are some pictures attached on how they leave their customers headlights turned on then they clock out from their shift. This is their way to keep you coming here, your battery will drain out over time and you'll find yourself spending more money here. Great place to find a new car for you! Located in a convenient location with great amount of parking. Right beside BMW is the MINI Dealership so if you stop by BMW, why not take a stroll around the new Mini's? Service was great, got the parts I ordered in ample time and had a quick look around the dealership. Recommend for all new car owners.

Honestly, it was not great experiences I had visiting some BMW dealerships in the GTA(I'm near 401 & DVP). I dono if it was the rusted, old & beaten car I drove or my relaxed clothes but most barely acknowledged me and even told me the cars I was looking at couldn't get test drives. I was starting to lean towards something else after months, but I found the car I wanted loaded with almost every option available(really hard to find) just listed, not even pictures available yet or a price. Thought I'd give it 1 more try before ordering an integra Type-S. Emailed Performance BMW without noticing how far it was just to ask the price and when pictures would be available. Probably less than an hour later, Ruiye (RAY) Ding from sales had emailed me fully detailed price quote, official options list, carfax.... AND A VIDEO OF HIM TOURING AROUND THE CAR IN THE RAIN!... on a Saturday morning just for me lol. Honestly, I felt like I gotta checkout the car just for going extra like that and hope my experience would be better. I even nagged him with a bunch email questions about the car I probably could have waited to answer, he promptly responded to each one when I should've thought of a few and sent one email. Drove like 2 and half hours there because traffic was a bit bad, then had to go all the way home... then do it again to pick up the car when it was ready, and I'd do it again. Everyone was amazing from the moment I got there. I was told there's a bunch of cars I can test if I like but not pressured at all, and didn't feel like they didn't want me driving like the other dealers. Test drove an M240i, looked at a few other cars for fun to browse, and I was discussing my purchase shortly after. If anyone I know considers BMW at all, this will be the first place I check. I even have a car dealer friend who said it was a good price in these times with great option list. Also happens to be the biggest car purchase I've made to-date lol but that long drive home solidified my choice(get Stop&Go Cruise Control, whatever car you choose, trust me). At the end of the day, my experience here was more than good enough to change my mind about BMW to get my M240i in Brooklyn Gray(Thundernight is the best, but the Gray gets better the more i see it). Great experience. I even got some free sunflower seeds from Bruce haha. Thanks to Ruiye (RAY) Ding, Bruce Redwood, Michael Demers, Jon Pagendam for helping me have a great experience. And I'd bet your experience would be similar to mine if you happen to get other workers at this dealer when shopping. Pics of car will be added when I get time to take some good ones.

I was very impressed with the quality service at Performance BMW on my recent vehicle purchase! The entire team went above and beyond my expectations, always very prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful from order date to vehicle delivery. I ordered my vehicle in August, and my Sales Consultant Mike updated me frequently on the vehicle production status and was very attentive to every detail during the entire purchase experience from order to delivery. Denise in Financial Services was extremely accommodating arranging the sales contract, various dealer-installed products, and optional equipment, and had everything prepared on delivery day which made the process very efficient. Whenever I visit the dealership, I am approached by several team members offering refreshments or asking if I need any assistance, not a pushy sales pitch just genuine care and concern for my needs. The facility is clean with very good ambiance, and I enjoy having a quality cup of coffee and browsing the latest vehicles whenever I stop by. This is my fifth vehicle purchase through Performance BMW/MINI, and I feel like a VIP every time whether I am buying certified pre-owned or new, or having my vehicle serviced. We could not be happier with the purchase of our X3 (demo). Was it worth the drive from Kingston to St. Catharines to deal with Performance BMW? Absolutely!!! We received excellent service from Ray, Bruce, Jesse and Jon. Even though there was a bit of a hiccup with a missing door latch cover, that was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We received good value for our trade-in and were treated exceptionally well in all aspects of the purchase.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE OR DO ANY SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever met. They’ll charge you for everything, even the existed problem before you bought it. I bought a BMW 640i GT last year, it’s keeping appearing problems. So I have to go to the service every few months. The most terrible thing is there’s a upper trim damaged before I bought it, they promised me they’ll fix it. Then I’ve booked many appointments for the service, they never fixed it but charge me for the labor fee. Last week, they finally fixed this problem and charged me over $700. The sales department supposed to pay for this fee, but when I find them they are blaming me for paying without telling them so they refuse to refund me. And when I asked the service department, they literally told me no refund with no reason! This happened with the knowledge of both managers! Now I have to ask BMW Canada and consumers ' association for a reasonable solution.

The entire team at BMW was fantastic from start to finish.They left no details out. Communication and availability along with their friendly professionalism is unmatched with any dealership I have worked with.

Excellent service from Ray and Jason from beginning to end. They took my trade-in at a good price. Allowed me to test-drive a couple of cars and ran some numbers to see where my point of comfort was. They made car-shopping relatively stress-free, easy and enjoyable. Lots of choices available but don't wait too long to seal the deal. This is a premium spot where they offer great deals and the car you want today may not be there the day after. It can get super busy sometimes but that's just the ransom of their success.

We had such an amazing experience purchasing our new used BMW M340 - don't know where to begin! We drove from Toronto and was so worth the drive to St. Catherines! Let's start with the initial contact - a phone call to Joe Primerano to inquire about the car - what a wonderful man! He was open, honest and so helpful from the start. He made us feel so comfortable, we actually put a deposit on the vehicle before even seeing it. We really appreciate Jesse Young offering a fair price for our trade in vehicle, he met our expectations, as our trade in was in pristine condition. We went in to see the car the next day and the environment was pleasantly surprising, warm and inviting, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The BMW dealers in the GTA have such a corporate vibe. He helped us with all our many inquiries and questions and even took us to the shop to talk to the service tech (Boris) who did the CPO inspection on the car.
