I second John Mathew. It’s very surprising how low a priority their customer service is.

Each time I go in there the staff displays a lack of interest and concern. Called them multiple times about an incoming order that was initially forgotten about by them with a promise to call back which never happened. No apologies ever offered in regards to not calling me back or the missed order. I've spent a lot there and need more equipment but they just done seem to care or work for even minimal customer service

Every time I go in the cashier looks at me so rudely it's unbelievable how not welcoming this place is. I will never go back for either of my stores needs.

Lots of pro equipment to purchase and rent. Clothing and accessories for chefs of all styles. Glad this is in St. Catharines!!

A nice selection of professional kitchen supplies (the only brick and mortar store I've seen that carries Victorinox Fibrox knives). Their knife sharpening service is very sub-par, we got back two knives that still had coarse burrs on them .

Last minute call for emergency equipment need, they were able to help and expedited shipment in 1 hour. Outstanding customer service and went over and above expectations. Advantage restaurant could not help or deliver within a reasonable time frame and I was met with extremely poor service from them. Niagara restaurant was there and delivered in 1 hour! Can’t say enough about their professionalism and top rate customer service.
