    I made an online purchase with best buy on October 1. Blink camera system & echo show 5. Estimated delivery was October 3, I've still not received anything & it cost nearly $300. I made a claim through fed ex which was denied, I still have not received the product I ordered and it's been well over 2 weeks.. this is the second time in months I've had issues with best buy.. save the trouble and get your merchandise elsewhere!

    I cant remember the name of the trainee gentleman that helped me find a new monitor and display port/hdmi cable but it was about 2 weeks ago. I lost my receipt so I am not able to do the proper review but he was a lovely and courteous fellow in training and I would absolutely go back thanks to his help. Thank you trainee man! I hope this review finds you and you a recognized by your management team!

    I went into the store to upgrade my phone and plan. The employee got my information and I told her exactly what I wanted to upgrade to and she selected the wrong plan. I went to sign the form and informed her it wasn't what I wanted and she told me to just sign it and she'll change it after. The sign form timed out but somehow still went through and was still changed to the wrong plan. I was unable to upgrade my phone because of this mistake and I'm now being charged an extra $10 for the month (and 0.05c per calling minute) because you can only change it once per 30 days. Definitely don't recommend upgrading your phone here.

    I went into the store to buy a laptop. The staff were on their phones and having conversation with each other. I had to intrupt there conversations on many occasions. I eventually bought what I needed. Been to several other best buy locations and was very surprised on what I saw/experianced. Will not be going back to this location.

    We bought a Sony Bravia here, a few weeks ago. The salesperson was good, and fairly informative. We had a very specific choice of sets to buy, but she was good navigating and answering our questions. We ended up buying a 65 inch set. All in all, it was about a 20 minute transaction, painless and quick. My only negative was the push for extra coverage. I really wish they wouldn’t attach compensation for pushing these insurance plans. If I want it, I’ll ask for it, and once I say no, stop trying to convince me. Other than that, it was a good experience. We will definitely return.

    Great service , salesperson was very helpful!! Sales people are very reluctant to ask if you’re buying today and budget !! Very key questions people are busy and can shop from home ( click ready ) which of course we were . I understand Best Buy is hourly but you are there all day better to be selling no matter what the item is . Wanted a new laptop, that was in stock and ready to go , good price and quality .

    This store needs to learn the difference between customer service and borderline harassment. I had 6 different employees ask me if I needed help with anything when I dared to try to read the tag of a product. Even in the CHECKOUT I was asked by an employee if I needed help when I stoped to look at something they had on display in the lineup area (why bother having them there if I can’t look at it). I was in the store for maybe 15 minutes maximum. I was not dressed like a suspicious person, literally the brightest jacket you can spot, clean jeans and a roots sweater. I was audibly speaking with my boyfriend about the product we wanted to (and did) buy. We were made to feel so uncomfortable that we just decided to buy our stuff and leave to avoid further harassment. I also work retail so I understand how a customer service role is supposed to work, and I know EXACTLY what they were doing and how they were treating me. I have never had such an awful experience at a business in my 25 years of existence. Probably will not return and go to a different location going forward.

    Bought some earphones from Best Buy and tried to use them once I found out they don't work at all. Tried to return, and they wouldn't allow it. Customer service was insulting and unwilling to even exchange for a gift card or anything. Wouldn't have this problem on Amazon. Just sucks all the wasted time and money and being stiff armed by customer service power tripping on customers.

    I arrived in the later part of the store's hours and found out the staff for major appliances had already gone home. I asked for help and was sent Abdul. (From a totally different department). He was incredibly kind and patient. He sat with me for nearly 2 hours! He went through all of my options and helped me pick out the perfect products. When I told him what my target price rage was, he worked hard to get me my dream appliances at a decent price! He even provided me with some pretty major discounts! Thank you Abdul! 😊 Go to best buy and be sure to ask for Abdul!

    There is a variety in this location. You will find almost everything except big furniture you could order online. The location is clean and there is a lot of staff to help. They were so polite, I left my phone number for an Item I wanted. I tell the customer agent, please call me whenever there is a sale. I was surprised he called and left a voice message with details about that item I wanted and the sale price. I would definitely recommend this location.

    What a horrible experience dealing with bestbuy. If you call them you will be greated with a message suggesting one of their agents will be happy to speak with you - but that isn't true. I called over and over - tried every extension 1/2 hour of frustration and there is no agent to talk to you - after finally speaking to someone from their geeksquad warranty department. I was told bestbuy doesn't talk to you over the phone, they will only talk to you in person at a store, but the closest store is 30 minutes away! I have purchased plenty from this outfit over the years but not any more! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME! You get far better service from Amazon, prices are cheaper and your orders come next day!

    I came to this Best Buy and had the pleasure of meeting Bridget, she was super accommodative and had amazing suggestions. She thoroughly went through every product I was interested in and helped me find a pair of headphones. Although in the end I didn’t really find them fitting for me I really appreciated the amazing customer service. Thank you again Bridget!

    I used to frequent this store for years and have easily spent thousands of dollars. My last encounter was an abysmal experience in customer disservice. I went there with the intention of upgrading my phone. The female staff member working the cellphone booth was rude and ignorant. I spoke with the store manager after my encounter and she could have not cared any less. There had to be at least 50 employees there and they outnumbered the customers. Pathetic. I will never set foot in that location again.

    I ordered a Bose home theater system online and received an indefinite delivery date AFTER all the boxing day deals were over. When I asked for the boxing day deal on another system, which was twice the price, the management wouldn't even consider it. They still didn't have the system I decided on in stock! Ordered elsewhere. Disappointing! Ian and Mark, you should look for a better job where you get commission because your service was better than this company deserves.

    Excellent experience with the staff working in the cellphone department. Both Andrea and Ethan were fantastic in supporting us with finding a new plan that fits our needs. Both staff members were personable and we did not feel pressured. They explained the packages being offered and answered other questions that we had.

    I was sold an Apple Pencil 2nd generation for my iPad 10th generation that had to be ordered. Except they are not compatible. I returned to the store 20 minutes after ordering it (in store) to explain their mistake and they would not make the exchange or refund. I have to wait until the item arrives at my home and make a third trip to the store. The young man who sold it to me and also told me the 2nd generation pencil was created for the iPad10 saw me return, heard what the problem was and pretended he did not recognize me. Never apologized.

    Worst place bought something from their website and it's not even sold by Best Buy it's a third party company! Chatted with live agent who ended our chat window after basically saying nothing they can do and to wait 3 days . If after 3 days I get no email I am to message them back again. What the actually heck Best Buy. So they do not stand behind what is on their website

    Needed to replace my laptop yesterday and Krystle (Store Leader) greeted me at the door. Took me right over to the laptops, didn't try to "up sell" me and she went above and beyond helping me with transferring data from old to new laptop. It was refreshing to see and be with a helpful sales leader! Krystle. you have a kind soul!

    ** Update 11/10/2022** - We had such a good experience with Andrew that I wanted to phone the store and speak to him about another appliance purchase. Well guess what...you can't phone in and talk to anyone in the store any longer. You can leave a message and they will try and get it over to them. I live 45 mins from the store and wanted to phone and make sure Andrew was in before driving all that way...doesn't look like Best Buy wants you to be able to communicate with Store Staff any longer. Sorry Andrew, I guess I will go to Lowe's. We were looking for a new gas range and Andrew at the new St Catharines store was awesome!! He got us a great price, arranged free delivery and was very detailed in explaining warranty for us. If you're looking for appliances, ask for Andrew.

    When I order from the store (St Catharines) website and the page says store pick up I’m thinking that’s what I’m getting. After some discussion with Sago I find out that it’s not in Best Buy inventory it’s an outside vendor product. Having ordered from Best Buy before it came to the store for pickup. Now it’s coming by Canada post and god knows when that will arrive. I need this product by Saturday, the mail doesn’t move on the weekends. This product is to be sent overseas need it before Sunday.

    Don't bother shopping here. Just order what you need from Amazon. Best Buy is being so shady lately, and heavily dance on the line of scamming people with the warranty offers. Customer service is now second to just simply selling more.

    Recently moved to the area from overseas so need a few items for the new house. I have been doing my own research on a couple tvs few other items i need for the place. Went in the see it in real life and ready to buy. Found a guy standing behind the front desk as i was ready to buy i asked him for availability/stock for a tv. Item was not in stock the guy says go talk to a sales associate they can help you find another brand or similar product. I said no tks i would like to buy this one and do my own research for my purchase. The guy looked at me like i have three head shaked his head and laughed to his co worker beside him. Very disappointed. Did not want make a big deal in the store or call the manager but after looking at some reviews here i understand.

    We’ve been going to this location since it opened a few years ago. We really have nothing bad to say about this location, as the staff are always friendly, helpful, and polite. We’ve purchased a lot of items over the years and whenever there’s been an issue, they are more than happy to rectify things. I highly recommend this store.

    Had great experiences at this Best Buy. The staff are pretty accomodating and great availability of product. Special shout out to Trevor and Scott, who helped me from the purchase of Surface Pro 9 and installation of tempered glass (Amazon Purchase) . Would definitely recommend shopping here.

    I asked for a telescope. When I bought it, it said there were 3 left, but I was waiting for it since December 15, 2022, when I ordered it, it was a gift from my daughter. I had to see how my daughter was sad because all the children would have her gift and she wouldn't, after waiting so long now they write me that if I want a refund this company is a mockery lack of responsibility don't ask for anything online because it will never come

    Poor customer service . Does not back up products they sell . Bought my son a switch just over a month ago . Stopped working they refused to exchange , refund or help in any way. Do yourself a favour buy big items at Costco . Or somewhere that backs merchandise

I was looking g for a laptop and found nothing but underwhelming and overpriced machines when there, but the other stuff I was not looking for was on sale and looked very cool and unique. Fun store for unique things, but maybe not for exactly what you need

    I had great help from Nathan when purchasing my laptop. He gave me great information on what I needed to run my specific game. Crystal was a great help while purchasing the laptop itself at the check out. I got home to see that my “open box” laptop charger wouldn’t fit the laptop it came with so I had to return back to the store for assistance. Sam & Stefan were absolutely amazing to deal with. They didn’t just make the entire situation easy, they made it so pleasant. They were both soo friendly & personable. Once I got the right charger, I went home & tried the laptop out & there were a few other issues with the laptop itself. I had to return to the store again to do a return/exchange. Sam & Stefan were at the desk & helped me once again. When I walked up to the desk, they both recognized me & greeted me as if they knew me personally. I really appreciate having such amazing customer service. They really went above & beyond & deserve recognition. Best Buy has an amazing team & I’m thankful for them! This experience couldn’t have gone any smoother despite the situation. As frustrating as it was having to go back a couple of times, I actually enjoyed their company. Thanks so much everyone! :)

    A great selection of electronic devices. Whether you are looking for a new pair of headphones, TV and even household appliances they have a fabulous selection and good knowledgeable staff. I find my only real critic is that the store feels to cluttered. When it's busy inside with customers navigating the store can be frustrating.

    I just had a very unpleasant exchange with a woman named Nicole in Best Buy St. Catharines.I was trying to buy a Pixel 8 phone on Tuesday,January 2nd with a nice and helpful employee named Sarah.She promised to bring one in from another store at the agreed upon price of $749 99 which came with $150 gift card.Nicole left a phone message that the phone was in and I should come to the store ,which I did on the Friday,January 5th.When I arrived Nicole denied telling me the phone was in,insisting her message had said a phone had been 'located'. Big difference. When I mentioned the price she said she could not guarantee the price Sarah and I had agreed upon. " I don't set Best Buy prices..they change all the time." On and on..same with Bell , the carrier. She was rude and very overbearing.When I asked to speak to the manger she took great pleasure in saying "I am the manager!"..which surprised me.The employee next to us , a nice guy, maybe Nick? heard it all and suggested they find out about the status of the phone.Nicole left to go to another department and returned in about ten minutes.As it turned out..my phone was in and she now had it.The price had not changed and the $150 gift card was still included.So the arguemnt which got kinda heated was totally unecessary.All Nicole had to do ,instead of power tripping and grand standing, was say "just a second,I'll see if the phone came in". She then Thankfully turned me over to a pleasant and efficient woman named Andrea and we concluded the deal. I have to go back to the store to return the protective covering and buy a case for the phone but I'll wait for as long as it takes for Nicole to go to lunch before I deal with her again.I'm sure mine is not the first complaint about this confrontational 'manager'.
