This place is great. The brands they carry and products they sell, they have a great selection.My family and I love their sales staff and the price let me tell you,we purchased a mattress,bed,bed stand,coffee table,,dining table and as a gift we bought my parents a sectional with our membership. They gave us delivery price and we asked for set-up which is an additional cost but with all the money we saved didn't matter. We had a problem with the bed table but customer service took care of in the following week. Our experience at this location and quality of service have helped our house feel more like our home. Thank-You Parks we will be back

I have been here a few times; big place with quite a large selection. Prices vary. My biggest issue is the website. Dear gawd it’s one of the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s so bad it deters me from coming in again as it’s so difficult to see, or make sense, of anything. Please fix this, for your own good, and your customers.. you’re missing out on a huge chunk of sales/marketing because of this. If you check out other furniture retailers, you can see how different the experience is online, ie: search options, categories, price & info, layout, etc. Change your hosting platform if you have to.. just please fix it. It’s just so bad and not at all a good representation of your store or products. Or contact me, I’d be happy to help!

Parks Furniture is one of a kind. I got a good deal from a daybed i purchased. They have a long list of vendors to choose from and they are good brands. Customer service is great! Big advantage is the super discount if you are a member! You will not regret dealing with Parks!

Parks Furniture was great! We got our table when they said it would be here. The delivery went smoothly. The guys put it in the dining area where we needed it to be to put it together. The table was in perfect condition when we opened the box. Assembly was easy. Thank you Parks Furniture!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. A shout out to Jazlyn for being so great at her job and for answering all my questions. A special thank you as well to the guys who delivered all the bedroom furniture and put them in their designated spots. You went above and beyond. Even my dog really liked them.

Everything from our purchase went smoothly- from our sales girl helping us pick a new frame because the one I had my heart set on wouldn’t work with our new mattress to the delivery drivers communication and humor to the quick solution to our hick up during assembly at home! I will be back for future needs and recommend friends to go there as well!

Nice store with lovely furniture. The customer service I received today(Sunday Aug 23rd) was so poor. The lady in the store gave us attitude and seemed impatient with me while trying to point out the item I was interested in. Not sure what to think of the store anymore and if I want to go ahead and purchase from them.

Went to store. Open sign was off ...dark...we assumed it was closed. It was open . Female staff didn't get off her chair. Didn't talk to us ,..till we asked her question.. Even if we saw somethimg we liked...we wouldn't buy it... Felt

Prices were incredible and we got exactly what we ordered in the time frame they stated. Delivery men (Patrick and ???) were awesome. Clean, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We just had our coach delivered and its perfect. The gentlemen who delivered it were courteous calling the morning of the delivery to confirm and once here they even helped to move a loveseat for us.

My fiancé and I stopped by Parks Furniture, downtown St. Catharines this afternoon to browse their selection of living room furniture and we had the best experience. Just had a truckload of furniture delivered and installed by Patrick and Dylan. They did a great job , and were extremely helpful in explaining the operation. They were on time and cleaned up all the cardboard.

We went through the St.Catharines store and bought 2 recliner chairs. The lady at the store was awesome; she gave us our space to browse and was readily available for questions. Super knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery was done on the day we agreed to, and the guys were friendly and professional. They even call when they are close so you can be ready. We will definitely be doing business there in the future!

We have been dealing with Parks for years. We have never had an issue. If we had problems with things we bought, they were quick to recitify it. Best prices hands down and great customer service. We have purchased many things from here and have not been disappointed.

I had a great experience with Parks Furnitire. The woman at the store was very helpful and answered all my questions. The delivery men were fantastic! I got a great price on my couch and had no issues through the whole process. I'd highly recommend this store.

Delivery was later than originally told and as all items were not available at the same time, you are charged multiple times for delivery so beware of this. When calling the Hamilton location or contacting them via email, you are hard-pressed to receive a response. So, I recommend dealing with the St Catherines location. The girl there is more experienced. The delivery team is wonderful, punctual and very polite at both deliveries. When you add onto an order it would be best to request a separate invoice as it confuses pricing. One of my items, I was contacted, was noted to be broken so they replaced the original nightstands I ordered with two different ones. The second set was less expensive yet this was not reflected on the new invoice. Very messy pricing system which can lead to the customer being overcharged. I asked for two separate invoices but the girl I dealt with was unable to do this for me. In the end, I finally received all the furniture I ordered and am pleased with the pieces. I would only purchase again if timing of receipt of the furniture is not an issue as they don’t seem to honour the timeline they initially present to the customer and in future, would only deal with the St Catherines location. I would also avoid adding onto an order as it confuses the invoice incredibly.
