The
first
time
we
ate
here,
we
had
a
great
experience:
the
food
was
good
for
the
price
point/type
of
venue,
and
the
service
was
also
good.
We
found
the
pricing
to
be
reasonable.
However,
our
second
visit
(which
occurred
last
week,
approximately
a
year
after
our
first
visit)
was
very
disappointing.
Service
was
very
poor.
We
waited
1.5
hours
for
our
appetizers
to
be
served,
and
we
kept
having
to
follow
up
about
dishes
that
were
missing
from
our
order.
Service
was
sporadic,
and
when
we
shared
our
concerns
with
our
server,
we
were
simply
told
“thanks
for
sharing
that.”
No
apology
was
given,
no
effort
was
made
to
understand
our
concerns,
and
the
concerns
were
never
addressed.
The
restaurant
wasn’t
particularly
busy
(not
with
in-restaurant
diners,
anyway)
when
we
first
arrived,
which
made
the
slow
and
sporadic
service
seem
even
more
concerning.
While
the
vegetarian
dishes
were
still
as
good
as
they
were
during
our
first
visit,
some
of
our
guests
had
issues
with
a
couple
meat-based
dishes,
indicating
that
the
quality
of
the
dishes
was
very
poor.
We
will
not
likely
be
eating
here
again,
but
we
are
leaving
this
review
in
the
hopes
that
it
may
prompt
management
to
improve
their
customer
service.
