Food is fresh and very tasty. The price is getting high. Servers are awesome. They can speak Mandarin and Cantonese too. Clean interior. Nice warm interior design. Free WiFi. Plenty of free parking. The lunch menu has really lowered in selection.

We randomly decided to dine here on a Sunday for lunch, on the way home from Niagara Falls and it didn't disappoint. My husband and I keep joking that it we didn't live 1.5 hrs away, we would be coming here maybe twice a month, if not more. Really impressed by the quality of the food. It is your typical AYCE iPad ordering style and the servers have to come and send off your orders. We were surprised to see some sashimi on a lunch menu. Mind you it was just salmon, red snapper, crab stick and tamago (egg) but still, sashimi is usually for the dinner price. The cut of the sashimi, especially the salmon were pretty big. The maki and te maki were also huge and the rice to filling ratio was really good too. Best thing about this place .....the food looks exactly like the pictures on the iPad. The food was really good quality and fresh. The hot items were hot and the veggies that we ordered were cooked well. still had the crunch and great seasoning to all the things we ordered....And we ordered a lot. The staff were attentive and friendly enough and worked well as a team. The place also had a nice atmosphere and clean and spacious. Although, the floors seemed to be a little sticky but didn't bother me much. I was sitting most of the time stuffing myself. Lol. This is such a good place and also.lots of free parking and not hard to find. We will for sure be back again and might even do the 1.5 hrs drive just because it's one of the best AYCE we've eaten at.

Great local sushi place for a reasonable price! The best value you can get is from combo plates. Greed Dragon - is a MUST! Smoked salmon is a bit different from what I used to. Crab wonton is also a heaven. Definitely worth trying if you still haven't.

We’ve been coming to this spot for a few years for AYCE sushi. Aside from really great sushi, there are so many things you can try! My suggestions and favourites are the tom yum soup, the many curry options, or the satay skewers. There’s something for everyone here. This recent take out order mirrored our many wonderful dine in experiences. Every single bite was delicious and we can’t wait to come back! I also find the takeout prices are quite reasonable.

Went here with my friends (about 10 people) The foods were good and staffs were nice. They didn’t give us enough plates and cutleries and had to ask to give us one more tablet for ordering foods (was only 1 for 10 people at first) Overall, nice place to visit for good cost.

First time here and I loved it. Did the lunch as it is cheaper. Lots of variety on the menu, food was super fresh and hot. Loved the rolls, shrimp tempura, the beef broccoli was the best! Wait staff friendly and kitchen staff quick! Will be back.

Favourite sushi spot in St. Catharines. Food is always good and they have a great selection of veg and non-veg rolls. Love the yam tempura rolls (other places in the city put mayo in these rolls and I hate it). Great atmosphere inside and lots of room. Take out in the past couple of months has been excellent can't wait to go back for dine-in soon.

Came here a couple of times, it's a really clean restaurant, the washroom is super clean. Food is yummy, I wish the dessert has more options, there are only 4 flavors of icecream on the lunch menu, not sure about dinner menu. Easy to find parking.

Bento box is definitely worth a try especially the beef teriyaki and I love their cheese wontons!

Nice selection and good quality food. Better then your average all you can eat. I suggest adding torch sushi to the menu and including basic drinks like pop and tea as part of all you can eat instead of charging extra.

Sashimi was not fresh, the taste of the food like normal sushi place that I usually eat in the mall, nothing special to be honest except they had so many food options compare to Wind, East, and Seasons. Service was extremely slow due to understaffed I guess. Waited almost 10 mins for someone to came and asked us for a table. That's not normal for a sushi place and they really need to improve about customer service. No servers really cares about our table, they just kept put the food on the table despite the dishes that we already finished still in there. We had to remind them so many times about that. 5/10: customer service 5/10: food

My family and I were visiting Niagara Falls and we decided to book a hotel in St. Catherine's. When we were looking for a place to eat at for dinner, we saw this restaurant online. We looked at the menu online and decided to go and eat there for the night. Our waitress for the night, Joey, was very helpful and guided us on the ordering system and helped us get started on our food by giving some great suggestions. She also accomodated my peanut and nut allergy and allowed us to have a great experience. Next time we come back to visit Niagara Falls again, we will definitely eat at this restaurant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a great lunch or dinner.

I always love trips to Big Tuna, but the service around dinner-time tends to be a lot slower. lunch is the best time to go, and the food is great! wish I took a photo of the sushi.

Went here for a memorial dinner for my mothers passing expecting a great meal to honour her and was left extremely disappointed. Not only did the server just shove food down in front of my partner without my partners knowledge… not even saying excuse me… After having a couple glasses of water from a tall pitcher they brought out, we realized the water jug was absolutely filthy. It looked like it was sitting on top of a dirty fridge or dishwasher for a few months and never cleaned. I’m talking about soap scum on the inside of the container and a brown rim on the inside of the handle and bottom of it. When we complained about it the server was very ignorant and acted like it was no big deal, shrugging his shoulders and rolling his eyes. We did not eat anymore food after that. If the dishes are this dirty, I can’t imagine the surfaces they are cooking/preparing our food on. When it came down to the bill, all they did was compensate a can of Coca Cola. We were not pleased and demanded more of a discount (saved the aggravation and just excepted it at this point even though we feel like they could have done more). Safe to say after being repeat customers and the experience we received today we will not be returning. We are 100% certain this restaurant has made us sick. Public health should definitely consider taking a visit to this establishment. Absolutely astonished that the servers thought this was acceptable. Do better or close down, you guys are gonna make people just as sick as we were if not worse.

The first time we ate here, we had a great experience: the food was good for the price point/type of venue, and the service was also good. We found the pricing to be reasonable. However, our second visit (which occurred last week, approximately a year after our first visit) was very disappointing. Service was very poor. We waited 1.5 hours for our appetizers to be served, and we kept having to follow up about dishes that were missing from our order. Service was sporadic, and when we shared our concerns with our server, we were simply told “thanks for sharing that.” No apology was given, no effort was made to understand our concerns, and the concerns were never addressed. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy (not with in-restaurant diners, anyway) when we first arrived, which made the slow and sporadic service seem even more concerning. While the vegetarian dishes were still as good as they were during our first visit, some of our guests had issues with a couple meat-based dishes, indicating that the quality of the dishes was very poor. We will not likely be eating here again, but we are leaving this review in the hopes that it may prompt management to improve their customer service.

I have never ordered takeout and it been ready on time. If you are going to provide a pick up time, evaluate how busy you are and assign the appropriate pick up time. Today I waited 30 minutes upon arrival. When I politely asked to speak to a manager, I was told “it’s busy” and the attendant pointed at my food that was finally ready. I have always turned a blind eye to the lateness and lack of customer service as this location is simply convenient. Now I’ll go out of my way to pick up elsewhere.

I agree with the other reviews here. The food takes a while to get to your table. I didn't even want to order anymore food because I didn't want to wait. The rocky shrimp sauce tasted like custard. I was expecting it to taste like Winds sauce.

WOW!! Great service and great quality every time. The portions are great and the sushi is very fresh every time. Even when placing and order for pick up they have it ready every time.

I really wanna give this place a 5* rating but it's just not there yet. This restaurant's service is really hit or miss but mostly a miss..it's either you get outstanding food and poor service or you'll get decent service and sub par food. Very seldom will you get great food AND great service.

My go to for pick up orders. The crab cake pizza is delicious when served hot. Meat dishes aren't the greatest. Not a fan of the sliced chicken and beef. Seems to be slimey. Not a fan. I go with the sweet and sour chicken or General tso. Cheese wontons are pretty decent. Just all round decent sushi as well

We dined in their buffet. They charged us $10 fee for not finishing our sushi which had a very bad smell like it's very old explained to the manager didn't do anything and he still charged us extra fee. Never going here ever. Horrible attitude and experience. I'd rather go to Mandarin much much better quality and cleaner.

Loved this place, been there several times. Absolutely insulted, went with 3 friends. We ordered over 30$ in alcohol and our bill came to 170$. When it came time to pay they wanted to charge us an extra 10$ because we didn't finish everything. Literally had 2 wontons, 2 pieces of calamari, 2 dishes that were brought to our table by accident and about 8 bite size pieces of steak. Manager insisted that we be charged the extra 10 dollars for wasting their food. Will NEVER be back to this restaurant again. Just out of principle. I understand why that policy is in place, for people who over order but don't agree with charging people who leave little amounts of food. All that manager did was loose 4 customers and take money out of her waitresses pocket because their tip went to pay for those little bits of food left. If your going, make sure you eat EVERYTHING

Decent sushi priced accordingly. It won't blow your mind but worth grabbing for a cheap takeout. Please introduce a zero tip option for customers grabbing to-go, I don't want to have to go through multiple steps to get there.

Sushi rolls were tiny and didn't taste fresh at all. The non sushi dishes were dry and bland as well. Overall disappointing experience with the food and I wouldn't recommend going here. Nothing tasted gross, it just wasn't good. I will say the staff was all great so not their fault! There are lots of other better options for sushi in the area. I definitely feel like our money was wasted.

Haven't been there in person in a while, nice to go back. Food was very good and great sized portions. Service was good and everything was fast. Had to save room for desserts as they are all so good. Prices have gone up like everywhere, now $40 each for dinner.

We had dinner at Big Tuna for a friend's birthday. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks and at least an hour for food. The restaurant was packed and it was evident that were not enough staff available to provide a positive experience. Around two hours in, once the restaurant had emptied out a bit, a server asked if we had received all our food and we explained the situation. We received much better service following that conversation, however, the experience was definitely not worth the cost and we will not be returning.

Ordered online. Pick up was to be ready in 30 mins. Arrived on time to pick up our order and we waited over 35 mins. Got home with cold, unappealing food. No apologies, no discount. Better place to order from .

Worst food I have ever eaten. This place not only got me sick, but also forced us to eat and “finish” the food that did not look edible to begin with. We ordered the Thai Green Curry (image attached) which evidently had alot of artificial food colour and had NO CURRY . It literally looked like a wet toilet paper!! We asked for the manager but nobody came. The server Jeff said we could complain all we want but if we left food and “wasted” it, we’d be charged $9. The crab tempura had a couple of shrimp shells in it too. This was more like a nightmare and they wouldn’t let us leave until this pathetic food was finished. This food deserved to be flushed down the drain. NEVER GOING BACK! If you’re reading this review, spare yourself the horror and go to Wind or East Izakaya instead
