This place rarely ever has hot and readys ready, The older lady cook has a bad attitude for a little Cesar’s employee , who should provide good customer service. Be prepared to wait 15-25 minutes for a hot and ready. I think this location needs to look into their management and bring in someone who can handle organization under pressure. Pizza was alright it was little Cesar’s at the end of the day.

Waited over an hour and a half for a hot and ready with stuffed crazy bread... this is what I got.. called the store and no one answered. While waiting an hour and a half I watched 2 people leave without their refunds or food, as they were refused refund after waiting over an hour themselves. The skip drivers (4 OF THEM) cancelled their orders.. not even edible. Save your money and go elsewhere...

Place is generally quite busy and therefore you can tell the employees are doing their best to take care of all the guests, never really had an issue with the food aside from sometimes not being very warm, otherwise fine, the few ladies I deal with there (usually go there 1-3 times every 2 weeks) are very pleasant, always friendly and outgoing and always go out of their way to toss in a dip and even on certain occasions throw in a crazy bread free end of the night before closing up, been a longtime guest and will continue to eat here!

A very rude person was working as a cashier on Good Friday night. This lady should not be working with customers at all, as it's so clear that she does not enjoy it. She was speaking loudly and even talking badly to another staff member at the back who I heard complaining about her tone. While we were all waiting for our order to be ready, she also started recommending another pizza restaurant in town to a customer, saying it was way cheaper than Lille Caesars. Management should send an undercover boss to check on this employee.

Ordered pizzas- came home- pizzas were NOT cut. Called and heard excuses about new employee. This may have been true, but that’s not my problem. Had to drive all the way back.. no discount offered for my inconvenience. She cut my same pizzas and didn’t even offer fresh ones.

This place needs better owner. This branch is cutting down all the reputation that Little Caesars Pizza has. I love to eat Little Caesars pizza, but definitely not at this place. Always late, unfriendly, under-staffed. Would go back to Dominos

this is the worst service i have seen in my entire life. the front counter lady was rude and had no customer service skills. the manager forced a teen boy to stay past his shift (without letting him clock back in) so that she could go out for a smoke break. I witnessed the manager trash talking her employees whilst on her smoke break. I heard employees swearing in the back and saw the front counter lady carrying pizzas while carrying her personal drink in her mouth. the sanitary, management and customer service of this establishment are absolutely horrible. would rate 0/5 if i could. I feel bad for the teens who work here who have their workers rights VIOLATED.

Stuffed crazy bread is a joke now. Just a folded over piece of crazy bread with cheese falling out the side

They couldn't even be bothered to cut my pizza properly. I lifted the pizza and it all lifted up in one piece.

Walked in, two people behind the counter. Won't even look up. Completely out of their depth. Zero courtesy, zero appeal, zero everything. Then the young one pulls out his or her phone(couldn't tell) all before they've even looked up and said can I help you. LoL this is one seriously pathetic pizza slinging operation. I will compliment the pizza maker gentleman because he made a fresh got tasty product. That's it. Hire me, fire the two I'm talking about, give me one and a half of their wage and I'll turn this place around in a week. Plus numbers will go up, I guarantee it. I will work for month for free until you see the results. Have a nice day

This location serves the worst little Caesars pizzas. Pizzas thin in one area and thick in another and not cooked properly, not cut, or terribly cut. Even the crazy bread was completely flat and terribly cut. I cannot believe this was served to us.

Used to work here Ingredients were most of the time Expired, we were never told to wash our hands, and a Certain worker is kinda a b1tch always trying to act like the boss,and when they work its always slow and Toxic, new owners came in and 2 of us were just removed From the schedule, same shii that happed to my house is gonna happen here people buy it, start removing Original employees and start hiring they own family, don't eat here it's trash

There is a worker at this location by the name Diane, and she is the most sweetest worker I've ever met at a food industry. She was kind, bubbly, welcoming, accommodating, and overall a massive pleasure to have serve us. If every worker at the Little Caesars location was like her, I'd be eating there everyday! I'll definitely be visiting again because of her excellent customer service. She'll also receive my recommendation.

I placed an order online for: 2 pepperoni pizzas crazy bread boneless bites 2 creamy garlic dipping sauces When we went to pick it up, they were missing everything but the pizzas. They couldn't replace them, refused to refund them, and wrote down - on paper - that we had store credit. Given that we only ever order online, this is insane. Do not recommend

Horrible experience and I go there once a week usually because it's conveniently up the street from my house.. waited on hold for 20 minutes then the lady hung up on me. Called back several times no answer.. actually drove there because I was curious as to why she hung up on me and when I went there she was outside smoking cigarettes or marijuana. She claimed it was busy there but only one customer in the store. Absolutely never going back again. Enjoy that cigarette lady !!!!!!!

The only little Caesars that doesn't skimp on cheese! The crust was so nice and crispy too. Genuinely very happy with this experience.

Extremely understaffed!!!!!! The ladies do what they can, but only 2 people attending +50 costumers on a bussy sunday night!!!! It's just crazy!

I went into this location today April 8th at 630pm. The service was terrible. The staff in the back had no clue what they were doing. I waited over half hour for my order and people who placed their order after me was receiving their food before me. I think maybe if there was communication between the workers they would be able to work as a team. Not impressed by this experience. 😕

Although the food tastes good, the service was terrible. When we first ordered our food there were no hot-n-ready’s prepared. We were told to wait 8 minutes, and that was okay with me… until it took 25 minutes for us to get our food. The cashier was very quiet and seemed uninterested in helping us. Overall it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this little caesars

I love going to Little Caesars, its convenient quick and inexpensive pizza. Unfortunately my last experience at Vine street location was not a pleasant one. I waited about 3-5mins when I first entered. I was greeted by a obviously tired employee who seemed to be working by herself. She gave me a excuse she was working with bad dough because there fridge or freezer was acting up. All I could do was leave. It's seems to me like they need to hire more staff and get there fridge or freezer fixed. I had to go to another location which was all the way across town.

Usually order here, the service has gotten really slow. Waited 20 minutes extra, guy at the counter disappeared in the back, bunch of people waiting and not a single word to try rectify of help anyone. Turns out my pizza was ready this whole time. Simple solution would have been to just ask customers what they need.

Usually the pizza is really good but the last couple of times it has not been great. Crust is so dry and crispy and it tasted like I was eating wet bread with sauce on it. Perfect if you been drinking until 2 am as it wouldn't matter. I will be sure to go at earlier times for better made pizza and fresher.

The manager at this place is a barbarian yelling at the staff for her own incompetence and they're kids give them a break. Also eating while she's working the register the place is a disaster shes too old and needs a new career. That being said, if you want little ceasers avoid this location at all costs.

If I could rate lower than one I would. Especially for service. Food was horrible even the crazy bread so that was a bummer, and the young lady at the counter was extremely rude, mocked me the entire time because I had to ask for dip multiple times, after I pay and she doesn’t grab a dip I mention it for literally the 5th time and she yells at me because I didn’t pay for a dip, I’m confused why she didn’t add the dip when I asked multiple times, and then started mocking me, (the way a teenager does), when I’m speaking to her normally, it was extremely embarrassing for her. Then she tosses the debit machine at me it’s sideways on the counter, because I had to pay for the dip she for some reason couldn’t add after the first 4 times I asked separately, and in front of my 7 year old who was like “wow, what’s that persons problem”. I never email about employees but have also never had someone be so rude for absolutely no reason, so hopefully my email reaches her employer. I won’t be returning.
