I didn’t used to eat burritos but decided to try Quesada out one day. This place makes the best burrito bowls (and probably also regular burritos but I prefer bowls). I’ve tried other places since then but it’s just not the same. I own a business down the street from this location so it’s super convenient, and their app allows ordering and paying so that saves time. Recently I’ve tried some other Quesada locations but it just hasn’t been the same (a location in Mississauga filled the bowl halfway and didn’t care when I requested it to be filled more). This location is the best and I continue to grab food from here at least once a week!

The online status is useless. You pick up your food and they will only make it once you get there and make you wait another 20 mins on top of the 20 minutes when you place your order. Horrible staff and service for average tasting food. Go elsewhere.

Ordered burrito bowls take out recently and they were delicious! Fresh ingredients and very customizable too. Reasonably priced and great portion sizes.

I would give this place 5 stars if they added a little authenticity to their menu, (horchata, carne asada, pollo asado etc.) With the groupon this place is the best taco shop in St. Catharines.

Usually, my experiences at this location are good. Unfortunately, on the day of this review, they messed up my order in a very big way to the point where I was forced to throw away my food. As I have to go far out of may to come to this location that I have known to be really good, I am left disappointed and frustrated. I will not be dining here again for a while.

Just tried a burrito here for the first time tonight and will definitely go back. The customer service and food were superb! Would def recommend 👌

This is me and my fiancé’s go-to for takeout Mexican. They have really good quality ingredients and give great portions. The two girls that usually serve us are insanely kind and welcoming and honestly make the experience 1000x better - please give them a raise!!

Ordered from Uber eats and the food was terrible. No jalapeños in the quesadilla like I ordered , no salsa or garlic habareno like I also ordered. So there was only cheese and green peppers and red peppers. For the ‘roasted veggies ‘ option it’s only green and red peppers, personally my idea of roasted veggies is more than 2 things. Should’ve just called it roasted peppers …. Also got chips and queso, and the queso had no taste what so ever. I paid $18 for a meal that was tasteless and had missing items.

I have waited there 40 mins for a skip order having only 1 quesadilla. They were brown girls and were ignored by them for 20 mins. Very bad experience. Even customer had complaint about their service.

Literally me and my sister we both planned to go out side just for try something new. Then she said let’s try burritos and I took her to quesada because I already tried it and I like it. We both took two large burritos 🌯 she loves it. Also we took some drinks, it was a great experience. Thank you so much for the service and quality

Really disappointed in the size of their large burrito, so much smaller than at other quesadas in the area, most of the tortilla is folded over itself, not even big enough for a meal.

Very good service and very delicious. Very neat and clean. They also give 20% discount to delivery drivers, really appreciate that.

idk why peopel are knocking this place its good im a bigger fella and had the regular size burrito and theyre huge..very tasty good spices and sauces got form ehre a couple times form skipthedishes i recommend going there as its cheaper those delivery places price gouge..but good stuff

Awesome Staff and hygienic place. Late night hot and fresh food available rather than any other soggy food. Try paprika mayo it wont disappoint you with chips.

Good service, good burrito.. But the over priced and downright awful Churros killed it for me. Somehow, an order of 10 incredibly horrible churros brought the price of a pair of burritos and pops to an incredulous $50+ dollars?!

The sign on the door says open until midnight on Monday. Google says midnight too. I get to the store at 10:40 and the open sign is on. Walk in "we're closed". I probably will not be returning here. If I do I'll update my review.

My husband and I discovered this Quesada a while ago and instantly became regulars. We love all the food and the service is phenomenal. Harman is easily the best staff in any store/restaurant we have ever been to!! Because of her, we drive from another city to go specifically to this burrito place! ☺️

I found out about this place, maybe 2 or 3 years ago now, and have been to a few of the joints in southern Ontario. Can't beat it for the price when compared to other fast food places like Wendy's, McDonald's or the BK lounge. The food is fresh, has actual nutritional value and you don't feel sick after eating. You just feel full. Satiated. If I have to eat out and there is a Quesada nearby, it's a no brainer. Enjoy!

Over the last four years there has been an explosion of burrito franchises. These guys do a lot of things right, yet the premium feeling is not there. The tortillas are not commercial grade, and the barbacoa is nothing to write home about, yet the overall result is satisfactory. If I were to define the experience is like comparing a subway sandwich with a with a Mr. Sub.

I think it's better than Chipotle! Things I appreciate: they offer a brown rice base a variety of toppings, like red pickled onions delicious sauces, including verde, chipotle mayo, and cilantro sour cream

Today I went in around 2 to grab a quick burrito bowl , I had an insane morning of running errands and was starving , the lady working was the nicest customer service worker I have ever met in my life ! She was very friendly and talkative and made a really great burrito bowl , I didn’t catch the name of her but her pleasantness really made my day !!

I had the pleasure of visiting the burrito shop recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Simran . Even though it was closing time, she went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Her dedication and excellent customer service truly made my visit memorable.
