    Everytime I come to this location and order a large fry, I get either a medium amount of fries in a large fry box or a medium fry with a large fry ordered on my receipt. The picture I have posted is the large fry I ordered today without 1 fry being taken from it yet. This is absurd. It is not hard to put a large amount of fries in a large fry box. Next time it happens I will go back there myself and put the proper amount of fries.

    The absolute worst McDonald's to date. Drive-thru is supposed to be quick and convenient right? Well not at this location. I waited a whooping 15 minutes if not more for my food. I don't know what happened but this place has gone down in the dumps. Retrain staff or get better management.

    Ordered 3 combos , waited 25 minutes in spot after the drive through line. Finally went in to get a refund because anger is apparently an appetite suppressant. But it was ready when I walked in so I took the garbage home. After they handed me the cups for my drink so I could fill them myself ( so much for drive through service ). I get home and I'm missing one of only 3 burgers. So I called and that went so well I just wanted to smash myself with a hammer. Needless to say this place is not worth the time or energy. And for the price of three meals we could have gone to our local pub for far better food and service, and it has beer. I'll be hard pressed or somehow starving to death to make a return visit !

    I saw an employee defrauding the delivery driver, as she did not give him the food after she asked him to pass that he had received the order, then she began to lie to him and tell him that you did not pass, then they expelled him from the restaurant. I will not return to a place that deals with hatred. The law must limit hateful dealings with food delivery. They help us by securing our needs, dealing with respect, and not telling lies.

    Not exactly sure why this McDonald’s is even considered fast food because at this point I have waited almost a half hour for what I know could be prepared in less than 10 minutes. Parking your customers is cheating your customers and provides little to no urgency with the orders. Will definitely try to pick a different McDonald’s next time. McDonald’s used to pride themselves on customer service but it seems this restaurant missed the memo.

    Worst service and food, came in ordered fillet o fish meal, first off, my order been sitting on their queue for a while even the one behind me in line was served her order while I was still standing waiting for mine, even though it was packed and ready to go! then I had to return the fries twice because each time I ask for a fresh batch I was given from one that is not, like how hard is that. The fish patty was hard and dry, even hard to bite, not fresh at all. Had to return it too, I was told to wait for another 7 minutes for a fresh one, was not offered fresh fries with it, declined the wait and was given a refund for the sandwich only. Worst experience at a McDonald's ever! Never coming back here again.

    This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the city. Can always expect to wait 20-30 minutes after I’ve paid for my order. They always pull you over no Matter what the order is and the person bringing your order out moves at a glacial pace. It’s at the point now where my kids ask how long is the wait going to be this time? I’d rather deal with robots at this point in hopes that they would be more useful and efficient. Please do better.

    Taking long delay for sandwich from takeout counter, all the while food is flying out the drive thru. No espresso. Overheard one of the workers saying to another “you gotta be stupid”. Seems lacking in effective management.

    This location manages to misread my order probably 80% of the time. At the store, I’d just say “only x and y” but because ordering online uses “no x, no y” etc, I always end up with the wrong condiments. I understand this can be more difficult to read, but the amount of times I’ve ended up with ketchup instead of onions is truly impressive.

    I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the wonderful staff working tonight (Sept 16, 2022) around 2245ish. My car was hit in the drive thru line and the driver took off immediately. Naturally I was annoyed but figured there was nothing I could do. He took off so quickly that I couldn’t catch the plate #. When I got up to the window, these kind employees had the license plate number, make and body style of the car that hit me ready to go. They also took down my info in case they had footage to provide me. This was so unbelievably kind of them to do. Not to mention that the food was hot and delicious! Some fresh fries always seem to make things right in the world again! I wish I had asked the young lady’s name at the window so I could thank her properly and let her manager know about this kind act! While it was a major bummer after a long shift at the hospital, just knowing there’s still good people like this looking out for others really made my night! So thank you again :)

    Bf went through at 3am for a coffee before work and had to wait almost 30 min🤬 The staff ignored him at the window and when they finally acknowledged him they were rude and ignorant. Not a great place for customer service

    Usually a good choice for a late night snack, no lie, I always go super late in the night/morning. The food as it may not be the absolute healthy choice, it still hits the spot when you have that craving of mcdicks🤪😂. All jokes aside, the service is iffy when you order through the drive-through. Some nights, it's proper other nights, it's like you're getting rushed to make your order just to wait in a line. Nevertheless, the service has gotten a lot better since the racial issue I've had with one of the drive-through staff, and I'll continue to go when I have my cravings👌🏿.

    Worst McDonald's experience I've had, and there's been many - haha. Waited over 20mins to get our food while we saw burgers stacked for uber eats etc as well as drive thru being prioritised. Had the pleasure of watching staff throw pickles at each other while laughing over the food they were preparing. Contacted customer service and got a generic response, the owners don't care. Won't be getting my money again.

    Every time i go through out the drive thru overnight something doesn’t end up right. For example, Yesterday meal was barely warm, today i asked for double cheeseburger meal and she gave me 2 cheeseburgers and no napkins. Does chubby girl that works overnight, if i just want to change my meal then she will automatically become rude. Is there no manager at this location?

    This Outlet is the worst ever. We stood at least 10 minutes waiting for the one person to come to the till so we could order. Then of course we had to stand and wait for our order. There was one woman behind the counter that had a voice like a witch and her cackle drove us crazy. We just wanted a peaceful lunch and couldn't have it with her carrying on like like she did. We will never go back to that outlet.

    Not ONCE have I made it through this particular drive through without having to pull off to the side to wait for my order. It doesn't matter how big or small the order is... it literally happens every time! (Pre covid as well so nonexcuse on staffing). Smh get it together!

    had a rough morning and got a horrible coffee made incorrectly at stanley ave mcds. These guys fixed it no issue. Comepletely turning my morning around. Thanks fpr being awesome!!!

    Todays service unfortunately gets one star. We were pretty clear with our order which wasn’t very much : one vanilla cone (ask me: please make it small it’s for a child) one fudge sundae and one plain flurry (ask me add caramel please) …. They proceeded to make the vanilla cone large enough for a giant mins you my child was thrilled but not what we asked for. The flurry I asked for to be plain was mixed with Oreo again not the end of the world but not what I asked for and then the sundae this one actually was unacceptable. Being I am a former manager of a McDonalds franchise this actually was not okay. Unless the standard of sundae has drastically changed this was just upsetting (see photo), please do better !

    Hey coustomers be serious because they think coustomer are nothing for them they was rude even always they make any mistakes nd don’t care about it I got triple triple without sugar when go again on counter every one ignored me even supervisor a Indian lady. Last time ordered large fries it’s look like small one. You looks dumb guys don’t worry you I’ll get what you deserve. I see your reviews really you don’t have work ethics and responsibilities go to your home if you don’t want to serve us properly with positive attitude.

    NO ONE uses gloves to make your food in their kitchen. each time i’ve walked in to their restaurant, all the workers are making my food with their bare hands, no gloves or tongs. they were also making and serving everything for drive thru but had a bunch of customers in the actual restaurant waiting for their things. i was there for over 15 minutes today and had to ASK THEM to serve me my food because i was going to be late for work. it’s disgusting there.

    Went through last Night was argued with and told my card declined, was refused when asking to see the slip from then debit transaction…. Paid again at next window by credit card after being made to feel like I had done something wrong…. Check my bank today and it cleared my bank and credit card… so I paid $80 for 2 Big Mac meals and smoothies… never again

    Truly the worst mcdonald's with the worst workers that blatantly just take an order and give you whatever after 25 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no onion.. waited 27 minutes for the order, and it was not what I ordered at all? After being asked not twice, not three times but four times what my order was, it was still made incorrect. While sitting and waiting I had also noticed the the car infront of myself and the car infront of him also drove away, pulled into a spot and both cars had obviously gotten the incorrect orders. Beyond annoying after working a long shift and having to sit in a drive thru for almost half an hour for 2 cheeseburgers, literally insane.

    Worst McDonald's experience ever today! I work in the industry so I rarely complain but someone needs to address the issues at this store. Whether it's improper training/staffing not too sure. Ordered through Skip, order supposed to be 20 minutes took over an hour. Skip driver was waiting at the location so I can't blame it on the delivery service. Only one iced coffee of my order was delivered. It was under $20 so not a large order which I could understand mistakes happening.

    When ordering McFlurries, make sure to check how full the cup is before driving away. We ordered 4 of them and 3 were just about half full (regular size, not snack size), and the employee seemed annoyed when I asked for them to be topped up properly.

    I just left after waiting 15min for an egg McMuffin. I go there often for coffee, this time they ask me to pull up amd wait. Not even worth my time going in amd waiting in line there. Typical owner drives a super nice suv but his business sucks.

    Went through the drive thru for breakfast. Was directed to the 3 drive thru reserved parking spots to wait for the order. 15 minutes later, still no order. We are the only car in the 3 spots and the drive thru is empty. We go inside as we assume our order was lost. Nope. . . apparently they came out but couldn't see our car in ONE OF THE 3 SPOTS! The order was then wrong and needed to be corrected. Not a great showing.

    Ordered meal with unsweetened tea. When I got to the pay window they had sweet tea. I asked for unsweetened tea and the lady said they only have sweet tea, so that's what she gave us. She was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Will not return to this McDonald's.

    If I could give no stars I would. I cannot believe how many times they get our order wrong, I'd say 1 out if 5 orders they get right. This is the last time I'll be at this location. I used to work drive thru with only custom orders in high-school, it's not rocket science. I guess they get the one star because their staff are nice at the window, just don't know how to get orders right. Edit: went back for the first time 2 months later for a quick lunch, and wish I went to wendys across the street. Ordered 2 ranch snack wraps, no cheese add bacon...figured it's not that difficult, but apparently it is, still got the cheese (glad I'm not lactose intolerant). After waiting a half hour in drive thru, get home to find this. Management or head office...do you even read your reviews or just keep taking money from your customers giving less then adequate service. It's fast food, not rocket science!

    Hey the food is consistent as usual, however this particular McDonald's is in a busy spot, and still manages to be clean and pleasant to visit. We came after going to the movies. There were 7 of us and we used the self serve ordering screens. Three different orders. They were all done correctly and we were able to use three different coupons plus getting two happy meals with toys from the Sonic movie we just watched. Was a great finish to a fun night with family 👪 😀 😊 ❤️ Thanks to the staff here!

    Okay I don’t know if I’m exaggerating but last week I ordered a French vanilla latte from this location (which I have before) and paid for it like normal. When I got to the pickup window, they handed me an iced coffee and my introvert awkward self politely said “oh I ordered a French vanilla latte not an iced coffee”. The employee said “it’s a vanilla coffee” to which I confusingly replied “no I ordered a hot latte”. Then they proceeded to tell me they don’t make those and so I ended up overpaying for a double double. Then when I got to work, what did my coworker have in hand? A French vanilla from McDonald’s 😂 anyways I’m not mad just confused lol

    We visited this location at around 2:30 in the afternoon and dined in...the staff seemed like they were having so much fun working and lots of laughter which was nice to hear...you could tell the staff really respected each other and worked so cooperatively.

    There's car awaiting on the street for the drive through so I went inside to order. Cool, only 2 people ahead of me. Ten minutes later, all the cars that were waiting for the drive through were served and gone, while there's no cashier in sight to take my order. I dont think McDonald would make someone wait 10mins at the drive through without serving them. If McDonald doesnt want walking in customer, it should operate a drive through only store.

    Ordered large coffee double double and a small iced coffee with no sugar. Neither were made correctly. The ice coffee still had the sugar, and my coffee came black instead of 2 cream and sugar. I live in niagara on the lake. i can't just come back and all this. On top of a long wait on a slow morning, I genuinely dont understand how the service was this bad.
