I have tried this place twice in the past two years and my experience has been consistently bad. I tried their shishtwok and Shawarma and noticed following problems: - 4 days old salad - Smelly chicken in shishtwok - Too many pickles in otherwise bland Shawarma Similar was my experience an year ago. If you are really craving for a reasonable Shawarma in Niagara region then a better option would be Pita on the run in Niagara falls

came last minute at 9:59 even though they closed at 10, and the employees were so nice to me and still fed me and my family. place was clean and they were very welcoming.

I just picked up my order for a party and they were very helpful. They put the sauce on the side so none of the food got soggy. They helped me load the trays of food in the car and made sure I had enough sauce for everyone. The food was great and I will order from them again

Don't order from these guys, you will get screwed on your order purposely it seems though uber. They cheap out on the meat and ingredients and you end up with mostly pita. Maybe it's a way to save money or just poor service. Second time this has happened and only on delivery. Missing toppings as well... not recommended!!! Worst Osmos I been to and it seems the other isn't great either. Likely bad management.

They ruined my friday evening. I ordered via UberEats meaning I want it delivered. It comes 40 mins later which is fine. The shawarma itself was made so poorly I had to call them and let them know that whoever made it needs to stop and not make anymore orders they did such a bad job. I ordered a super chicken shawarma and they gave me toppings for a kids baby shawarma wrapped in 2 pita breads. Why so stingy? I asked for extra sauce and they took it as no sauce at all. Super dry and barely any toppings It’s wrapped very loosely and falling apart. The guy on the phone told me to bring it in foe them to see. Sir do you think people who order ubereats want to go to places? How about you examine what you’re sending out the door. Other locations do a much better job. Def no going back to them. See the photo and tell me if that looks anything like a super shawarma with all toppings extra sauce. This was 2 bites in.

Update: sitting in the store with 4 other people. It’s been 31 minutes now and all I ordered was a chicken on the rocks. They told me it’s busy - they only seem to move quickly on skip/Uber eats and don’t care about dine in or walk-in orders. Severely mismanaged. Gone far downhill over past few years. ==== Hit or miss. Sometimes if you go before noon the rice was far too overcooked and tastes funny. I assume its yesterdays rice. The chicken is sometimes beautiful and crispy around the edges, and sometimes its just bland and warmed up and not cooked traditionally at all. Staff aren't wearing masks during Covid either, and they're not enforcing social distancing or occupancy limits. I've turned around before entering a few times because there will be 10-15+ people inside waiting.

Usually no complaints, but today a walk in order took over 40 minutes. I live 2 minute drive away and found with the lamb shawarma pouting, the fries were overcooked and cold, cheese was not melted and the lamb shawarma was burnt little pieces. The other order of chicken shawarma Oz Box hardly had any chicken on it and the fries were cold and hard.

I have been in a few times lately and the food is amazing meet the supervisor Besto just a fantastic guy very kind polite and most importantly remembered my order after 1 visit …. It’s the little things that go along way !!

Just like a lot of other reviews here, this place is one of the poorest when it comes to customer service. Food is hit or miss; the fries were cold today. In about 4-5 visits in the last 2 years, I have not met an employee who seems happy to be working here. There is one guy in particular who is always rude, even while taking the order on the phone. I like Osmow's and always try to avoid this particular location. Unfortunately, this is closest to my home.

If we pay extra for garlic sauce then it should be extra. Not like this. Very dry and tasteless

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. The philly cheese steak wrap was a burst of flavors, perfectly seasoned and filled with fresh ingredients. The crew was so dedicated and despite the weekend they were trying to provide best service.The hype is real! It's valid! And it's awesome!!

Osmow's Fourth Ave St.Catharines catered our company staff party for a larger group. Chicken Shawarma, Falafel, Rox, Stix, Fattoush Salad, Hummus & Pita+ sauces. We had a few "specific" requests, vegan diners + allergies/preferences. This Osmow's team accommodated all our needs and even went the extra mile to ensure our fries were extra crispy - by waiting until we arrived before crisping them up in the fryer and packaging. Our entire group of 20 loved everything. 5/5. Fantastic experience. Would definitley recommend

Saj in a Box disaster, unfortunately we tried this place again and again they keep totally Royally messing up the order. The fries were cold hard and not edible. There was barely any chicken shawarma on the fries & barely any garlic sauce. I ordered & paid for this & Feta cheese. There was neither. I'm so disappointed with the food tonight. November 9th 2022, around 6:30 pm was the take-out order placed at the store. We live very close and my companions food was the same, cold hard fries and barely any toppings for a large shawarma fries & a Saj in a box $40.00 cnd

This location of Osmows has excellent customer service and understands the clients needs. Chiray has taken my order numerous amounts of time and has delivered exceptionally. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with this location and I would highly recommend it for any looking to have some delicious shawarma.

This place is absolutely terrible, they charge me 15$ for chicken and RICE, when there is ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN, it is so sloppy, they cheap out on rice and chicken. If I am paying 15$ for chicken and rice, I expect CHICKEN and Rice, not this poor excuse of food. the food is cold and dry. I do not recommend spending your money here, it is a waste and you can find cheaper and better somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Amazing chicken on the rocks, the rice is so addictive. Will drive 25 mins. Just to get it and totally worth it. All the employees so far have been amazing, they really help you with ordering

So, walked in today with a party of 9 and bombarded the staff with a huge order. Guy at the cash was friendly and fun, patient with the majority of my group who had never eaten at Ozmow’was prepared in my opinion very quickly for what we ordered and the staff was great. We had a great experience with the staff and the food was great! I would bet most of the negative reviews I took the time to read before posting this are bogus attempts to score free meals. Most of the photos are very obviously faked to look worse than reality.

Not the best osmows, however the staff was extreemly polite! I'll give it another try solely on the fact they were so friendly with customers.

Amazing! Amazing portion size, the flavour is perfect, when you order the hot sauce, as someone who LOVES spice I only got medium and was struggling with the amount of heat, but so good and SO worth it. Will deffidently be a returning customer! Thank you for your amazing Customer Service and amazing food! 👏 😁 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The menu & place looks nice but there's really nothing special about the food. It takes a while to get and the meat is dry.

Terrible experience. Slow workers. Waited 23 minutes for beef on stix. Fries were cold. No communication between staff. Absolutely terrible. Do not eat here if you have actual things to do during your day.

I can't speak for everything on their menu as I only ever order the chicken on stix when I go here, but it is absolutely delicious. The chicken straight of the spiff, tasty sauces, and fries that seem hot and freshly made every time I go make for a delicious experience. Always excellent portions for the price, my container always seems to be overflowing with food and I can't finish it all in one sitting. For what it costs at a general fast food place like McDonald's now days you could go here and pay the same amount of money for a larger portion with better tasting, fresher food. My only complaint is that there is occasionally inconsistencies with the amount of sauce put on depending on who is preparing the food, but all in all a fantastic restaurant I highly recommend

Bought chicken on the rocks rice was undercooked and the chicken pieces are huge. Not consistent and as good as other Osmows locations.

Not organized for any orders, 4 people "working" 1 just standing around yet no one acknowledge 2 new customers until they started to walk out. Didn't even know they had orders for skip the dishes or Uber Eats because "the beep is irritating so we turned it off"

food tasted good. My chicken had really hard cartilage or bone in it. hurt my teeth a little, especially when you dont expect to have bone or cartilage in there. my 50/50 was more like 70/30 rice to fries. rice was really hard, fries were meh. I've had much better experiences at other Osmos locations.

Hit or Miss, Some days it's great. Packed with food and flavour, then most other days like Yesterday its disappointing. Being a City Hall employee it's a spot we all are planning to dismiss and find something else. Yesterday I opened my Half & Half and felt yoy guys were rationing or something. Sorry guys but won't be back.

First time here today and the experience was alright. Got a dirty look when I walked in (restaurant was empty). Ordered the lamb wrap, lady working couldn't really hear me and didn't really even seemed interested in helping me. 18 dollars later I go to say thank you and bye and she ignores me and continues to talk the guy she's working with. So I say louder have a nice day and she finally gets it a says have a nice day as well. Was kinda weird almost like they didn't want me in the store? Anyways got home.. wrap was good but messy.. I ordered medium hot sauce and I swear this was the hottest wrap I've ever had in my life I cannot imagine what the extra hot is like unless she wasn't listening to me... who knows. Just moved here so might look for other places to go.

Ordered a Chicken on the rocks and it was really nice. The employee working here really friendly got my order ready quickly and tasted fresh. Enjoyed my Osmow’s will come again when in the area!!
