    I've been here twice: 2021-08-28 daytime and 2022-02-11 late night. This restaurant closes indoor dining/takeout at a certain time but keeps drive-thru open until midnight. During the summer time, I got the small Frosty (sale $0.99). It tasted as expected. The staff was courteous. During late night, I  used the drive-thru to order a combo of Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt, Garden Salad, Coke (large). The combo costs $10.59 with +$0.60 for upgrading the pop. When ordering via the drive-thru, they had a dedicated person taking the order and we could actually see each other (not used to this but a nice touch. Then you drive up to the first window (with the order-taker) to pay. A receipt would be given at the second pickup window. The whole process was quick (luckily there was only one car ahead of me). However it took me 30 mins to get "home" and then take pictures. I found the Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt burger a mush and visually unappealing.  I ordered this burger a month ago at a different location and ate it in the car (it was also late at night). The burger looked fresher (not mush) but taking good photos in a car at night is not easy. You know me ... I'm always about quality pictures! I loved my previous burger (it was tasty) which is why I ordered it a second time. But this time the bacon wasn't as crunchy. The mushrooms tasted the same as the first time. Lesson? Take pics and eat it asap! Or if I want to try it a third time, make sure it is indoor dining. There is free WiFi.  The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.  There are separate male/female washrooms.     I ordered the spicy chicken wrap, and it may as well have been called the dry wrap. No sauce, stale tortilla. I’ve had better from wendys. 2 stars for lack of consistency

    Fast, friendly and delicious. The food has always been fresh and made correctly. Just like everywhere, there is the odd mistake but unlike most other places, the will fix the problem very quick and leave you smiling!

    This review is for the awesome staff there! Last Friday night at 5:15pm, drive thru was busy and I come in with a tricky order with COUPONS. The gentlemen on cash was poised and pleasant through it all. This mom with 3 kids in the car after a long workday, school day and on their way to hockey was very appreciative of his calm demeanour. And the person handing off the food was also great. Much appreciated!!!

    I don’t hate this place, I love Wendy’s but the drive thru service at this location is horrendous, mostly the wait time. There will be 4-6 cars in front of you and it’s 30+ minutes. I’ve been inside and I see the workers hauling butt to meet the demands. Corporate needs to hire more workers and increase incentives for people to work here. People deserve more than minimum wage because people cannot afford to live anymore, which is why the youngest generation doesn’t want to work these jobs.

    Went in for breakfast as a quick Mothers Day stop. Arrived just in time. We each had a different breakfast sandwich and they were all really good. The staff here work their butts off to keep a nice flow of service. Extra helpful too, from my experience. I actually had a chance to try the coffee and it really isn't too bad.

    My husband and I went in to get some dinner about 8 pm on a Tuesday night. The person in front of us was served promptly. We were discussing what to get while in front of the counter, but were not acknowledged by any of the staff, from the manager on down. Even a “someone will be with you shortly” would have been appreciated. When 2 staff members came to the cashes, did something, and walked away without even looking at us, we walked out.

    visited this wendys on april 1st at 8:14pm 2021. ordered a baconator combo and frosty. baconator came with undercooked bacon hidden between two paddies with cooked on one side bacon on top. both buns, bottom especially was so soaked in grease you could wring it out. the frosty had swirls of dark bits in it, maybe it wasn't clean? overall a waste of $14, the most off putting fast food order i have had in awhile

    I ordered a medium or regular vanilla frosty and I received this. The order taker wasn't even trying his best to pay attention to my order. I'm a team leader at a fast food restaurant and I can't believe how frustrating this is

    Where do I start. Food is fine when they get it right. For me 1 out of four orders is usually messed up. Why do I keeping going back (pause for dramatic effect) - I have a grand daughter. This particular time it was customer service. I told the guy my order at the drive thru. Read what he typed and saw an error. Got to the window to pay him and I asked if the kids meal he rung in included a pop, because I also ordered a small frosty. He said, "YES", and I said, "we will see at the next window". When I got to the pick up window, the server gave me the kids meal with the frosty in substitution of the drink. I said that I asked for the frosty in addition to the drink and how much do I owe. She stared at me stunned. Said, "I'll get the drink". You might say, "Why are you complaining? You got a free frosty". I didn't, I paid for the kids meal and the frosty. So the drink was owed. The stunned look had that, how dare you question my customer service skills. You complained and I gave you what was missing. That is not the point. How about when the order is being taken the person actually be attentive and listen to the order. Then when it is handed out the sever read the order make sure it's correct in the bag. Ask if something doesn't seem right. I'm sure Wendy's would like to see the "first time right" numbers higher. Because for me the customer service is just as important as the food. The receipt said kids meal $$$$ Frosty $$$$ To me this means full kids meal - burger, fries, drink and a frosty Been in customer service 30 years.

    Wanted a little snack on the way home. No one in line at the drive thru, told to wait a minute. Ordered Medium fries, well done. Waited for the order, 3/4 full package, not hot, but warm. This location used to be great. Service with a smile, accurate and care was taken. Won’t be visiting this location again….

    one of the workers put their entire hand on my fries with no gloves on right after touching the cash register. That same worker didn’t even know how to use the debit machine and took over 10 minutes to even get the order approved…they ended up screwing up our order as well. HORRIBLE!

    Needed something fast so got a triple with no cheese. Then I said, "only", then my 4 toppings. Came with 3 pieces of cheese that ruined my dinner. $11 in the trash

    I went last night and ordered 5 triples and 1 salad, they gave me only 1 triple, 4 doubles and my salad. This is not the first time this has happened to me, a previous one they gave me my incomplete order and I told them and they gave me one that I did not ask for. Check your orders before leaving. abusive people

    Had the worst experience yet! It took forever to get our order, and it wasn't even that busy. The person behind the counter seemed to be flustered! People were getting the wrong orders. The drive thru was being attended to but people were left waiting to order at the counter. The tables and seats were dirty as well! Would definitely not go back to this one.

    I went through the drive thru and ordered a dave’s single, nuggets and an extra honey mustard sauce. i received a bacon cheese burger, no honey mustard, and A LOT of sass from the gentleman working the window. sadly, i didn’t realize i didn’t get what i ordered until i got home.

    The best Wendy’s I’ve been to! I ordered for Dine in through the Mobile app before walking into the store. Not only was the order ready in less than 5 minutes but the polite young gentleman delivered it to our table. Customer Service was the best of any fast food place I’ve been to before. The food was great also!

    Friendly staff but this location can be pretty slow inside or at the Drive thru. The food comes out hot and tasty. Free WiFi. Washrooms need work. Clean dining floor. Decent amount of parking.

    Wendy's is my go-to for fast food, so it's disappointing to have to rate these guys so low. The rating comes from how slow the service was the night my friend and I stopped in. Ten minutes to be served, and another twenty minutes to get our food. The drive-through didn't seem busy, but they had a significant lineup forming inside. Additionally, team communication seemed to be weak, as the crewmates didn't know which burger was which when they were placed into the pass, and had to be unwrapped to make sure people were getting the right sandwiches. Do better, guys.

    The worst location we have ever been too. Stood at counter for 3-4 minutes without even being acknowledged. Spicy wrap was full of lettuce, no cheese, barely any sauce. My daughter had a regular wrap and it was cold with barely any sauce, even though we asked for extra. Fries were luke warm, and meal took over 10 minutes to have ready. Hope the garbage enjoyed my dinner becauae it wasn't edible. Save your self the long wait and tasteless food, drive up the road to their competitor.

    Wendy's is probably my favourite fast food place. This location is great always get fresh chicken when I go. Rarely have issues with orders and always friendly staff.

    The employees are super nice and understanding. I went through the drive through and my order was precise. Nothing was omitted and they were very quick in service! Better than other drive throughs in the area.

    Nice place to have a quick bite. Staff very friendly and washrooms were open and clean. Food was good. There is also a drive through. The location is not far off the highway.

    This location of Wendy's is okay. Sometimes the staff are quick sometimes they're a big lagged. Quality seems average for the chain. No real complaints but also not winning any awards in my book. Much prefer their other locations in the city.

    Employee that took my order was Very pleasant sounding, Employee that took my payment gave me a greeting, Employee that handed me my food also gave me greeting and wished me a good day. It's very nice to receive positive customer service during the holiday time. Cherry on top Fries were fresh and food was delicious!

    Waited in line....1 person ahead of us ordering a coffee and chicken fingers....for 21 minutes before we were even acknowledged.. After we placed our order to the very rude staff we had to wait almost another 15 minutes just to get the wrong food not once , but twice. The whole time we are waiting , Uber order after Uber order is being made and bagged.

    Pretty good most times but be willing to give up half your lunch to go back and have the items corrected // refund for the proper charge. Half the time no receipts in the bag etc very frustrating when you’re looking for a quick bite for lunch
