First time at this location and I liked a lot how clean and neat the place is. Ordered Chicken Pad Thai (not spicy) and got it very quick. Two stars are off because the sause didn’t taste as an close to authentic Pad Thai, it was more like ketchup with some nuance of Pad Thai and the other reason is that I specifically told the girl that I will eat in and she anyway put the serve in a box a for take out which made quite awkward to enjoy the food. I’ve the recommendations to the head office rep which was present and hopefully these issues will be solved.

Food never disappoints but staff should be told put fork and spoon inside bag when customer wants food to go Numerous occasions I’ve order to go and had to put fork and spoon in my bag myself, like it’s there yourself you can put it in Today I ordered to go and my Bag was stapled already I come to open in with no fork or spoon Food is always good though

Its a good Thai express location but the standard and quality always varies. Usually its only made proper when the owner or his family makes it. Same case with the Mr. Sub across from it.

Quite possibly the worst Tom Yum soup I’ve ever had. What little beef was in my soup was fatty and tasted a week old. Zero Ben sprouts. 2 pieces of tomato. My wife’s was just as bad. Glad I could pay $40 just to throw it all out. Should change the name of the place to “Barely Trying”.

Freshly prepared, flavorful, convinient and quick. Easy to understand and order.

Changing my review to 1 star, I used to order from this location and it used to be good. My last 2 orders were terrible. Missing items, old sauce for the bongbaks, old tasting items. I swear they are using expired items... quality down the drain BIG TIME. Won't be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Friendly staff and excellent food. Densely packed seems small, but it is actually a very good portion size. Promotional items no longer on menu can still be ordered, for example my favourite is chili chili Bangkok, I always order mine extra spicy and this location is able to deliver the appropriate spiciness.

EXTREMELY slow service. 40 minute wait AT THE RESTAURANT for 2 orders of general thairacha chicken. It wasn’t even busy! 2 orders in front of me! Incompetent employees. Food was decent or this would be one star. Rice was kinda soggy though.

Food was tasty, but they overcharged me and then played dumb. I saw one of the employees sneeze directly into her bare hand and go right back to cooking. She did not wash her hands while we were there and none of them wore gloves while handling food. Three stars, because the food was decent and other employees may be better, but the overall experience did not leave a good taste in my mouth.

I used to visit Pad Thai expresses all the time a few years ago. Decide to pop in on my way home today with my 2 year old to get takeout. After ordering a pad thai and curry, we waited approx. 40 mins to get these two dishes - only two people ahead of me in line. Staff were unfriendly: at one point (at about 35 mins) I had called “sorry excuse me” to the girls working, to find out if my order had been started yet (if it wasn’t, I was just going to cancel at that point), and for awhile, neither wouldn’t even acknowledge I was talking to them. I won’t be back. I’d rather spend the same amount I did (including tip) and take my family to a sit in restaurant, where quality of food and staff service are worth the wait and money.

I've come here many times and they never fail to provide quick, delicious food; for as efficient as the food is served the quality is stellar. I see some comments on here talking as though it ought to be better - but given the time frame from being cooked to being served, that's wildly unrealistic! That's like saying MC Donald's ought to be more like The Works! For fast Thai food, I can't think of a better place to satisfy the craving without waiting 4x as long, or spending 4x as much. Thank you guys for your services I can't get enough!

Who serves general Thai chicken without hot sauce!? I just came into eat while family is at the doctor's I order the general Thai chicken, my favorite. I start eating it and notice there's absolutely no hot sauce and I'm just shocked and I'm already eating it and hate wasting food so I have to ask for some hot sauce and add it myself which is no where near the same. I've had other locations say nothing and add hot sauce and others ask me, this place didn't ask and served it without. So let down yet again, you're welcome for my money though 😑

Amazing service, clean establishment and incredibly delicious food both here and at the Mr. Sub located within the same building unit. The owner was in house and was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in!

I ordered Pad Thai with scrambled egg and shrimp. It was 17.00. No eggs or almost invisible and ONE SHRIMP all in a boring sauce

I went here on April 6th afternoon When I came in to order , A black girl saw me but she ignored me , and came inside, and went out to do her pickup order on the ipad , after 5min later , she took my order,but also gave me the attitude when she take my order , didn’t give me the napkins as well

Constantly hard ordering from people who speak poor English, and don't listen to what you say.. our orders get messed up constantly. I say no meat and the put meat in it all the time. I get it for take away and I have to check the food every time now. They really let us down all the time now... can't get refund over phone, and I don't want to drive e across the city to get my money back. They royally waste my time
