I have been coming to this jewellery store for decades, I've purchased everything from tennis bracelets & watches to rings & chains. On my last visit I put an item on layaway for a few days. When I returned & purchased it I realized once I got home the nearly $1000 chain was not the one I picked when layed it away. It is so disappointing and knowing this I see no point trying to talk to them, they went to the trouble to switch the chain for a cheaper one So I'm now looking for a new jeweller. So disappointed. Some businesses only care for $$$$

My Niece looks stunning in her custom emerald 14 karat gold earrings from the best jewelry store in town. I am OBSESSED with these earrings. We have gotten so many compliments and she has never looked cuter. Would definitely recommend purchasing jewelry from this store. Amazing staff, amazing service, amazing products. Would give it 10 stars if I could!!!

Worst possible service. The owner is extremely rude and they will rip you off. I brought in my $25000.00 dollar Gold Jacob @ Company watch and they gave it back to me with missing screws. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS. Will be filing small claims court

Best of the best! I don't think anyone that knows Kosta would have a single negative to say about him or his business. He knows what he is talking about, and ensures that every customer is satisfied. I have been a customer for over 10 years and won't go anywhere else. I know many other people feel the same. Many places do rip you off like Pandora, etc because of the name brand. Kosta is honest and only carries the best quality products in store. He has been doing this over 30 years. Highly recommend.

Took my expensive watch to Karat Jewelers for a new battery. They inserted a wire to open the band, could not open the band, and could not get the wire out. Kept the watch for over a week, until they could call a watch repairman to fix it. Gave it back to me finally. Without a new battery. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place.

They fixed 2 bracelets for me - did a great job! I would highly recommend this jeweller!

They took the time to find the perfect replacement watch band. Their attention to detail is awesome, making it look like it was the original band. A small transaction for them but they did not treat it as such. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Very friendly and courteous staff. Thank you for your help.

Went in for some appraising and questions regarding a repair. Both people we talked with were very understanding and friendly. They gave me a quote on the spot and did the repair free of charge. In all fairness I didn't do any other shopping there, so I can't speak for selection or prices. But our experience was a positive one.

I took in 2 watches to have the batteries replaced. It was a little expensive at $40.00 and we had a problem with one of them. We took it back and they were able to switch out the battery into another watch. They were courteous and quick. I am a very happy customer and would go back.
