Store for expensive jewelry and watches bought my wife a watch all the sales people crowded near me helped pack it it. Follow-up visit next day came back to adjust the band size was told they were to busy come back later in the new year store was dead and everyone was standing around. Poor sales people and service my wife was with me needless to say she us far less happy with her watch now she thought it was a high-end store before this

I love the jewelry and the ornaments. This location is really hit or miss with their customer service.

Usually shop here for my wife on special occasions but was very disappointed with the service I received. No one approached me as I was in there. Purchased a $200 ring for Christmas, the girl I spoke to said it would be no issue to return and get the correct size if I need too but when I went to do this they told me I now have to drive to Kitchener to get the ring because they have inventory and they cannot order it in because it is a discontinued item. I will seriously be considering shopping elsewhere over this. The reason for the 2 star and not a 1 is the quality of the items are superb.

I would give it a zero if I could. Customer Service is non existent. They just keep saying “That’s our policy. Plenty of other jewelry merchants. Wonder he original company from Europe would feel.

Garage products for high end price. Bought a 100.00 ring, a 120.00 necklace and was given a 100.00 bracelet for a gift. The crystals fell out of every single piece and tarnished days to a week after wearing. When I asked for a refund because the jewelry is just cheap and over priced, they said the return policy is only 14 days. You’d think for 100 dollars you would have longer than 2 weeks. When I asked my friends how much they thought I would pay for my bracelet they guessed I bought it at Clairs after seeing the crystals were missing and the ones Swarovski “fixed” were covered in super glue. This is how the company makes money, by completely ripping people off. If you want quality, you wont find it here.

Nice jewelry store most of the items are for foreman and really beautiful designs the prices are high but the quality and the designs are really beautiful if you are looking to buy something for your woman or curl you are at the right place to look for their deals online cuz and Shop usually don't find them a lot but they have good but I T nice place to buy my your engagement ring or a care for your wife or girlfriend

Terrible customer service. Brought in an activity tracker that I bought in the states and asked for help with using it. The lady said that she hasn’t seen them in ages (though I just bought it on the weekend) and said that “the store in St. Catharines can’t help me, I have to go to Toronto for help”. Really???

Friendly staff. Suggested a beautiful ring after they didnt have the one one I originally wanted ln my size.
