Ardene at the Pen centre is quite big. Lots of variety and very aesthetically pleasing. Very well organized. Good deals. Nice employees.

I usually do not mind this location but one specific lady here is always having an attitude and she is not polite at all. I went here and was treated unfairly and like I was stupid or something. I felt like an unwanted roach.

I am aligned with a previous review mentioning about a specific older lady with glasses that projects an undesired attitude in this particular location. When were at the cash about to pay our order; she completely omitted to offer the 15% discount text promotion. I actually had to interrupt the transaction before it’s was too late, however, it did not seems to bother her so much by the way she answered back. The customer service can be improved to my opinion so I might NOT return to this Ardene store.

When I went in on 4/8/2023 - no one greeted me or smiled. Not one employee was out working the floors asking if customers needed help (the employees were more interested in side conversation behind the counter) and when I got to the cash - the cashier was super miserable and didn't even say hello or engage in conversation. Pretty poor customer service at this location. What a bummer.

Fancy collection of jwellery, shoes and clothes. I'm huge fan of their flip flops they have a wide varieties of flip flops. The jewellery collections are unique too. If you are looking for stylish unique necklace must go to Ardene. Clean store. Good customer service.

Shopping for clothes for our daughter who is in Africa. We had her on video chat. The sales staff were extremely helpful, grabbing sizes and suggesting items. One of the best retail experiences I've ever had. Thank you Ardene!

Awful customer service. I smile and say hi. The same attendant gives me a dirty unwelcoming look and keeps walking. On top of all that, I was stupid enough to still buy clothes from them, and they didn't remove the tag.

Bigger location than others, more variety, and more stock on sizes. Service is always friendly! Love this location.

I like coming here for small things, like accessories, they are trendy and so much cheaper in price than other places. Edit: It's better that they moved locations in the mall. The last spot was way too tight, now it's very open which makes it easier to take your time and look.

Love, love,love their clothes and the quality. I mainly shop on the website, but I occasionally stop at the store in the Pen to get a touch and feel of items I have in my online shopping carts , and also to browse the deals. The store has a great selection of girls accessories so it is a good stop for mommy and daughter shopping trip.that does not break the bank and makes everyone happy 💜❤️🧡

On the day I went in - Fri Dec 15th. There was a helpful person in the change rooms. Found me find my size when I didn't see it. & then I kept the jeans on I wanted to buy and wear immediately for work and figured I could just pay and leave but there is security tags obvv that they need to take off and they cant do it when you are wearing the jeans lmaoo but the awesome woman at the front cash helped take the security tag off with me in the jeans still so i wouldnt have to go change again!! and helped me cash out quick when I was being one of those "running super late" people. If I ever get their names I'll edit this to add them. Sorry for being that customer🤭 and thank you for being so kind about it.

Terrible service, at Christmas too. No wonder the store was dead.

I ordered online and both the company and the post service said there waa nothing that could be done to fix the error in address. At least my mail person is smart enough to bring it to the right spot.

I've always loved going to Ardenes, back when I was a young teen and still in my early 20's. Went for the first time in years, as prices have risen the quality of their clothing had gotten much better and still a wide variety of styles to choose from. Way to go!

The sales lady at this location was able to remove the clothing tag that was not removed at the Eaton's Center location at the time of purchase. Very thankful.

Clothing price reasonable with VIP discount. Closer to your brithday you get 30% discount.

Love the store itself! My husband and I visited this location today for the 1st time and an employee followed us through out the entire store for about 35 minutes. It was crazy. After we made a purchase she still followed right to the doors until we walked out LOL If you're a woman of colour steer clear. I was embaressed for the employee...girl give your head a shake. I suggest better training should be provided considering the little teeny bopper beside us shoved a swim top down her shirt LOL What a horrible retail expericance.
