Worst doctor. He charges his patients crazy amounts of money for their records! He is rude, talks down to his patients, and dismisses their concerns. He needs to have his license taken away from him. Please do not go here.

The elder Secretary that answers for both Dr. Gomez and the Chiropractor is very incomprehensible... She assumes the worse and defines personal characters. Her comments are very disturbing towards the patient. There is personal lawsuits that can be filed against those responsible for her employment. When I need to speak with Dr. Gomez, the secretary always elaborates loudly about Her not taking any abuse, not being a Nurse or personal messenger for the Dr. WOW she stresses me, I suffer from progressive MS. I've let several people hear her speak to me. Dr. Gomez is a good neurologist.

The woman at front desk is rude and very un professional the place is dirty as hell and looks more like a flower shop of fake plants. Health board should shut this place down. Is this a real doctor or someone trying to make money 3 year wait for this kind of place wow wow wow

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what I call unprofessionalism at its finest. I dont need to explain. Check out the other low star reviews and you will know why. Its all true unfortunately. My family will no longer be dealing with this place.

Excellent service. Dr. Gomez is a little severe but that is part of being a good doctor. Dr. Mike is amazing. We have tried other and more expensive chiropractors and nothing is comparable

Rose the secretary for Dr. Gomez is very rude, doesn't listen and seems to be incompetent with her job. She initally forgot to book an important phone appointment for my father and when I did not receive the call, I kindly called back to find out what happend, she was even ruder and didnt even listen to what I had to say but rudly expressed she will find out why the doctor didn't call and will get him to call me back and hung the phone up on me. I made a special arrangement to be with my father for this phone appointment and for her to forget to even book the inital appointment (and she also laughed at her mistake), then is rude, not helpful/supportive about everything is very upsetting... She should not have a job in patient care! I don't trust the fact that I will get a call back from the Doctor. Thanks for your unprofessional support Rose! 👎👎

Dr Gomez did a great job with my father who suffers from back pain. He was very nice and professional. He gave him the best medical advices and also referred him to other professionals for further treatment. The secretaries are very nice and helpful. A great team!

Dr.Michael L Venneri is highly professional and helpful . I had severe neck pain few month ago, I walked in and they took me immediately. Don't do co op hear kids pick up things that belong in a bio bin with bear hands no cloves and leaks every wear and they will try to dine it they say the health foundation has bean there but how do that approve smells like piss and buckets all over in rooms they probably wont show you so how would you know. no star

Left me hanging for two weeks, saying they would call me the next day to schedule an appointment. After eight increasingly exasperated unreturned calls on my part, they finally told me they wouldn't be available due to a personal emergency. Really wish they could have told me that two weeks earlier, on what was supposed to be a time-sensitive treatment. Thanks for nothing.

I absolutely love Dr G. And his staff. His bed side manner, even over the phone is amazing. He helps me understand what the issue was. Even with my worring. He showed respect and kindness. Explaining things in a way i can understand. The secretary is just as sweet.

Dr. Venneri is a top notch practioner. I have received accupuncture and chiropractic treatments from him and been very happy with the results. He combines Eastern and Western medicine for a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. I would highly recommend him and his team!

don't call to ask anything about your appointment.. you will be spoken down to like a child and threatened with cancellations. The secretary needs to retire she used to be fine and dandy till I called...5 years exp here Ill be gone soon, sorry I called.

Really bad doctor doesn't even know what test he's ordered the secretarial threatened to charge you with harassment if you ask why. They have no idea what is going on and they lie to you on the phone and scream at you and tell you that you're a piece of s*** so they are the worst place ever and I'll be finding a new neurologist and starting all over because they are horrible

They have great specialists and they treat the patient with great care and dedication, they take the time to explain their problem to the patient and the treatment to follow, they are very dedicated to helping the patient, I have found a lot of collaboration for my health problem in them

I am currently weaning off medication that this "doctor put me on, that was back in2020. He has never called to see if meds were correct strength. Recently however he called to try and make an appointment by phone. His receptionist is the rudest person ever. I am now relying on my GP to help me wean of said pres. Having a tough time with withdrawal symptoms. He should be put under another review. Got to be one of the worst. There are some great doctors around but he leaves a lot to be desired

This review applies only to Dr. Gomez: I got a referral to him and, to his credit, he did contact me, but he didn't leave any contact information whatsoever (e.g., phone #). When I finally got his number from my family doctor (who made the referral), I called countless times over a few months and left several messages, none of which he returned. This is unprofessional at best.

Do not recommend dr Gomez ! And secretary was very rude when I called to change doctors ! Was hung up on after a rude comment she made !

I did not have a pleasant experience with Dr. Gomez over the phone, however the rest of the staff were extremely polite.

Secretary is awful. Hangs up in people's faces when requesting simple documents.

I'd like to deliver a message to the secretary: it's not ok to interrupt someone when they are asking a question and it is most certainly not ok to hang up on someone, who is being respectful, mid sentence. My first interaction with you was positive and I wondered why you received so many negative reviews. It was during my second interaction that it all became very clear.

I have been using Dr.Mike for about 3 yrs off and on. He is very friendly and good at his job in making my shoulder better. Highly recommend him
