The St. Catharine's farmer's market is a great place to visit and discover local vendors. There are shops selling produce, baked goods, food ready-to-eat, an assortment of cheese, and other items. We purchased food from Niagara Samosa Factory as well as Tamales Mexico. We then stopped at Limited Distilling and purchased a bottle of Peach Moonshine. There were other vendors we wanted to purchase from, but they only accepted cash and we did not bring any due to Covid-19. The Covid-19 protocols are well established, from the moment you enter. There is typically a line outside before entering and upon entry you are asked to use one of the sanitation stations. Shoppers are asked to refrain from touching items unless they will be purchasing. The market is also set up with the vendors well spaced out to allow for social distancing and there is a one-way path through the market for shoppers to follow.

Really nice both inside and outside. Lots of different vendors and plenty of choices. I would highly recommend this farmers market

Very good selection from local farmers. Fresh fruits and vegetables, friendly people and fresh cut flowers made our visit enjoyable. Finish off the visit with a bacon and egg sandwich just like we used to make it. Always so good to buy local.

I was told it's good to visit on a Saturday. Pretty average farmers market in terms of products...limited cheese, cured meats varieties... but nice vibe if you want to grab a snack. I may be biased coming from downtown Toronto where st Lawrence was were we shopped so the bar is really, but I did expect a bit more variety or creativity. Save time go to Farmboy or Sobeys .

Just love coming here when I can. Fun, friendly vibe. All the vendors are wonderful. My usual: Fresh veg. Fresh eggs. Empanadas. Croissants. Carrot/banana bread. Oh and those fried egg sandwiches! Do wish they'd bring back the espresso machine for real coffee. That was awesome. The whole experience shows the strong community focus that is so special in St. Catherines. You gotta go there.

I just love this market! Everything from local produce, fresh baked bread, flowers, coffee, jams and spreads, and so much more. Joe and Kathy at Sunshine farms are the best!

Gosh I missed the farmer's market during lockdown! Finally got the chance to get back and it was pleasantly steady, but not overcrowded. Great vendors and, of course, amazing produce!

Quite a small farmers market, with a couple of duplicate vendors. Paid for an hour's parking, but it only took about 20 minutes to check every out. Vendors were all very friendly. Perhaps it's better/has more vendors on Saturday?

Visited this place for flowers and a general look to see what was available. Liked all the stalls so much on view,how people are doing there, gives you a feeling about how other people live and survive in our present world.

Love our local farmers market with some of the freshest local produce, meat from Mennonite County, excellent artisan cheeses, freshly baked bread and bakery items, and cured meats. Gorgeous floral bouquets.

The local farmers market will always beat the grocery store for produce in the summer. It can get very loud when there is a band, though, which can sometimes make it difficult to interact with vendors.

A nice place to buy farmers homes made things , food and the fresh fruits ,vegetables are the best.

I have been shopping here all my life . I don't wish to share my age but some vendors are into 3 generations now that I remember. Love that our community cares for each other this way. I am greatful for thus venue.

I always find everything that I need at this market, from veggetables to good honey, nuts, coffee etc. Great selection and I support local growers.

This is a great market to come to mid week. Pick your fruits, veggies, fresh coffee, coffee beans, prepared foods, meats, zero waste items such as bee wax bags and wraps, wool dryer balls, no preservative salsa, non GMO corn chips, plus a whole lot more.

There is always something of interest in the market. Bakery, produce, meat, snacks etc,. You name it, they got it. And the shopkeepers are so warm and nice!

Smaller than I'm used to but, still had everything i was looking for. Area was very clean, had great Niagara produce and was located in a good spot with lots of Street parking around.

Excellent! I enjoyed my time it was my first time going. There was live music, so much to choose from, everything is so fresh and delicious and you can always bargain a little. Totally recommend to go. There open 6-2 Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Go check it out wont be disappointed.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday fresh local veggies, meat, cheese, bread, deserts. My greatest find was NATURAL LIP BALM & NATURAL MOSQUITO SPRAY!

Have you tried "Dodo Gizzards" ? Trust me, you want to try them and you will fall in love. Visit the market, buy fresh produce and meats then visit one of the food vendors and try the dodo gizzards. It sounds strange, but tastes amazing!!

I wasn't expecting that there is a lot of vendors.I am glad that I visited the farmer's market.A lot of choices from fresh vegetables to food.The samosas and mediterranean food as well as empanada( Fiesta Empanada), baked pastries such as tarts and pies. We have to support our St Catharines farmer's market.A lot of varieties. They are well organized and when it comes to safety they have a line to observe social distancing and everybody is wearing their mask.Well done to all the vendors and the organizers of this market.

Decent selection, you have to check out HAPPY TUMMY EATS AND SWEET if you have a gluten intolerance. Delicious sweets and very friendly.
