Winners is a great store with discounted brand name items. The inventory changes frequently so if you find something you like you should buy it because it might not be there the next time. They sell clothes, housewares, pet supplies, shoes, furniture, snacks and more. Store is wheelchair accessible and so is parking lot. They also have a loyalty card that doesn't really give much back but it does enter you in contests here and there(I actually won a draw once) and it also saves your transactions in case you need to return something.

This is my new favorite place they have so many options . I did most of my little one shopping for back to school there: backpack , outfit hair accessories. I love getting unique pieces there. I love that they open early even on sunday and they accept usd cash which is a big plus for us The staff is so friendly, especially the cashier and the super nice lady in the jewelry section.

Nice enough store but pales in comparison to Macy's and JC Penny or Burlingtonfor affordability. Prices as like everything else in Canada is high. Hardly find treasures in their clearance section. But if you live in Canada it's one of the better department stores

Conveniently located in Pen centre; this is a great store where you can find incredibly good deals on many different items like clothing, sporting goods, toys, luggage etc. You can find brands like Calvin Klein, DKNY, Columbia, Reebok, Adidas etc for much lower prices. Some deals are even cheaper than the outlets. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming and the store is always clean and tidy.

This was the Penn Centre location I found a lot of Chrismas gifts here.

They always have the best deals on things that I want and, as someone who works afternoons/evenings, being able to go in the morning is so helpful.
