Received amazing customer yesterday when visiting the store. Morgan was beyong helpful when she found out my discounted coupon I had need to price check items to see the various discounts associated as they differed. I felt like I had a personal shopper as she followed me around scanning anything of interest to reveal the discounted price. Without hestitaion or a hint of annoyance. In fact she even suggest items that would have a larger discount with certain brands etc. This was beyond helpful and went way out of her way to help. As I was cashing out. The girl at the register, was again amazingly friendly and considerate. After waiting no more than a minute to cash out she aplogized prefusely for the wait. She was also dealing with a few customer inquiries and still being very attentive, and friendly to me, as she was the only one on cash and multi-tasking. They had run out of bags and again apologized and tried to fold my clothes as small as posissble so it was easier to carry. It really made a difference, and totally forgot about the inconvenience. These young ladies were both top notch in customer service and really made my shopping experience welcoming and enjoyable!

Sports check has a lot of nice stuff but it is super expensive. There isn't really anything affordable in the store. Shoes skates hockey sticks clothes exercise equipment are all way over priced. But it is nice stuff. The store is organized and there is always around to help .I think they are on commission because they close all the time.

2 really positive experiences in a row, I felt the need to review. My wife and I came in the store 10 minutes before they closed (we had no idea). The employee helped her try on 4 pairs of shoes without rushing us or even telling us they had been closed for 15 minutes (by the time she chose a pair). Went back a week later for shoes (for me this time) and they honored a recently expired sale price. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Worst customer service. All the employees are racist. They judge people from their skin colour. They gang up on one customer who was there for pick up order. So rude !!!!.

Bought my son a new bike for Christmas and would like to thank all sports equip. Staff. They didn't have the particular bike in stock. Got it shipped to my house in 5 days. Then I took it down to be built and it again was ready in a short 24 hrs. Amazing customer service by all and thanks for caring for your customers guys!!!! Deff recommend to everybody

Bad place to shop or work at.... The two main managers are just two grown man that act like teenagers behind close doors. Talking bad about their own employees, calling them names and such. Also both managers tend to have favoritism towars women. They tend to hire women and flirt with them. What goes behind doors in this store is krazy. Dont work here if you are a mature adult. No wonder there is only highschool kids. They need better management at this location.

Shout out to Jake at this location. Son started football Sunday so had to get him new glove and cleats Saturday. That night we realized we had the wrong ones (baseball instead of football) . Big problem they opened 10 Sunday and practice was across the city at 11. A quick call to Jake and within minutes we had the right cleats and he was very apologetic and offered future services. Awesome services

T.j. at the service centre was great! Friendly and amazing service!Found myself in a situation, I needed my bike fixed. Gave me some Advice and fixed my bike In 15 minutes. Will definitely be goin back when i need anything done on my bike....oh and getting my golf clubs regripped

I am a figure skater who has been training on Pic Skates to maintain my skills while arenas are closed. I was in dire need of new wheels as my current ones were worn down...no place in the Niagara region has anything and skating websites are all totally backordered. I went to Sport Check in the Pen and was helpec immediately by Ethan and Alex who bent over backwards to find me wheels in their shop. They took the time to clean, center and reinstall my new wheels. They also adjusted my rocker and did this in under 30 minutes! Wonderful job gents!!! I had one of the best skate practices in my life because of the work you guys performed. I highly recommend Sport Check and please be sure to ask for Ethan or Alex!!!!

My mom & I have spent the past 3 days shopping at Sport Chek since they had a great sale if you are a virgin phone member. We shopped at the Fairview Mall location & the staff there is amazing! They went above & beyond to help us out & were willing to help us find sizes, colors & whatever else we needed! Every staff member we dealt with was so friendly, patient & accommodating!! It was a very pleasant shopping experience & we will definitely be back!! Most of the staff that helped us were probably between the ages of 21-24 & their attitudes & work ethic were unbelievably perfect!!
