We
had
originally
gone
into
Stars
for
our
2020
wedding.
Had
myself
measured
and
found
the
perfect
suit.
Had
it
put
on
hold.
Unfortunately
due
to
Covid,
we
had
to
postpone
our
wedding
to
2021.
So
we
went
through
all
the
proper
steps
to
make
sure
we’d
be
back
into
their
store
when
we
were
ready
for
suits.
So,
we
called
and
made
an
appointment
to
go
back
in
to
get
the
ball
rolling.
Arrived
in
the
(Pen
Center)
store
and
they
pulled
out
our
suit,
only
it
was
not
the
suit
we
had
originally
chosen.
Not
even
close.
My
fiancé
immediately
told
them
it
was
not
the
same
suit,
to
which
they
argued
and
said
it
was.
So
she
pulled
up
a
picture
of
our
suit
on
her
phone.
They
searched
the
whole
store,
only
to
find
that
they
don’t
carry
that
suit
anymore,
and
the
associate
who
we
originally
dealt
with
no
longer
works
there.
How
convenient.
We
are
quite
shocked
at
the
lack
of
organization
that
was
demonstrated.
Having
to
deal
with
the
Choas
of
planning
a
wedding
through
a
pandemic,
and
to
have
this
seemingly
simple
task,
go
so
wrong.
We
were
not
even
contacted
once
about
the
status
of
our
order
sitting
in
their
store,
even
though
they
have
all
our
information.
Supremely
disappointed
with
this
service
and
will
be
glad
to
take
our
business
to
an
establishment
not
run
by
clowns.
