Many of the employees at this location have awful customer service skills. I went in with my sister today and not one person greeted us or asked us if we needed help. When my sister asked one of the employees (who was bald) about a couple pairs of shoes she was interested in he seemed annoyed as if she was imposing on him for politely asking questions. Her and I were the only customers in the entire store. Too busy engaged in conversation to do their jobs I guess? I wonder if his treatment of us had anything to do with our color? I would recommend buying online instead of going to this location whenever possible. :)

If I could give them As 0 star I would I asked for a size 10 and a 1/2 Reeboks they mentioned that they don't have them the lady that works there said she checked got my wife to call I they had 2 pairs size 10 1/2 sent in a white friend and had him Buy me the shoes no wonder no colored people work at this location will be send this to corporate and rebook and returning the shoes since they don't deserve my money

Ask for my size in 5 different shoes at foot locker today and they didn't even have one in my size UNTILL I realized the Manger that was working (white lady with pink mask ) just didn’t want my bussines.. She told her staff just to say they we don't have size 10. 5 to any shoe I ask for . so I left the store and had to get a white friend to go buy the shoes for me .size 10.5 rebook classic And they told him they had 2 size 10.5 in shock. I don't like to jump to conclusions but I feel like I was treated very badly do to my skin color. I will not be buying any more shoes for this foot locker in the pen center any more

Worst inventory control system in history. Need to learn to pull stock from your website. Why have a size filter if you aren't going to update it. What a waste of time. Just filtered size 9 shoes and every single one except one was sold out or not available.

Customer service here is just horrible. No one even greets the customers or even acknowledges you. I was looking to buy a couple pairs of shoes and was put off by the associates behaviour. They just chat with each other and look at you. Truly disappointed.

Great store. Seen we couldn't find what we were looking for and came and helped right away.

Staff is always in a group talking . No service. They are rude to teens and give them dirty looks and attitude if they need something. They lie about store policies . Absolutely hate going in here because it's next to impossible to not yell at them to do there jobs and watch how they treat the young and impressionablel customers .

It is unbelievable how useless Footlocker is. First the inventory is empty. The people working don't have a clue what they have in stock. I was told to search for the shoe I want online. Sifting through hundreds of shoes and they are all out of stock. Thanks for making the simple act of buying a pair of shoes so difficult.

I witnessed an employee accuse and call security and ask to search bags of some African American teenagers for stealing. Some of those students are honor roll students. I know these children personally and stepped in. These student were were targeted because they were African American. They were more than willing to empty pockets and prove they didn't have it. There were other high-school aged kids in the store but they weren't asked even though they were just as capable but they were white . My white son and his African American best friend went back the next day, and my son touched all the same things his friend did , but only his friend was followed around. Foot locket is rascim still alive at your store?

A lot of items I liked were sold out unfortunately in my size. But I assumed it would be much cheaper because of boxing day coming up. Seen some great clothing items but even with the discount I still found it expensive.

Went to footlocker in the pen center and had some girl “help” me named kree and was extremely rude and didn’t even seem interested in making a sale.I asked for a different shoe size and she could care less about helping me and really expressed a sour attitude towards me. Not sure how it’s ok to have people with such a rude demeanour working in retail.

THIS IS THE ONLY FL IN CANADA THAT DOESN’T PRICE MATCH WITH ITS SISTER STORES KIDS FL AND CHAMPS. I believe management is doing this because this is a low profit location. I don’t think the higher ups know about this but if they don’t let you price match call head office!! Don’t pay the extra penny for no reason! A lot of ppl don’t know this!! I also despise this location there is no customer service and they are all bored. I would be too honestly they need to tear it down and move on I bet it costs more to open the store then they make after each day. Definitely a loss profit location

been going to this location for awhile I feel like the younger generation they have working their has no sense of customer service, they don’t even acknowledge you let alone ask if you need any help which has lead to me just buying online and not making a sale in store. Mandy and Dino have always been great I look forward to going in while they are working!

dropped by last week we my parents to see if I could find af1s. Sadly there wasn't any in stock, so I just bought some new vans. The staff was very helpful and polite. Every employee asked if we needed help. They weren't just standing around 🙂 The reason why I'm rating it 4 stars is because of the low stock. I would recommend checking what's instore from online before coming for me, it was accurate. Besides that, I had a wonderful experience and I would really recommend coming here.👍

When I purchased shoes it took me hunting down sales rep. No problem taking my money….left shoes by radiator the one is insanely warped. Brought back for exchange. The associate texted the manager who said that it’s defective. All of our other shoes by same radiator are perfectly fine. Long story short. They want me to go to a store that sells this shoe and lie to them and tell them I bought them there so maybe they can help me out. If you can’t fix common problems at your store and send people to manufacturers why even carry their products. You represent no one. And I will not shop there again. Very poor customer service. Know your products: the shoes didn’t say they couldn’t be placed by a radiator by your front door, no disclaimer.

The staff at this store were super helpful and friendly. My issue with this store is the lack of women's shoes. There is only one small rack of women's shoes in the entire store with a very limited selection. For some perspective, there are at least 3 racks of kids shoes, and about 10 racks of men's shoes. It was really disappointing considering footlocker is one of the few places you can buy Nike.

Came to but AF1s for my son and the service was excellent. The young man helped out with everything. Eneded up buying two pairs for both my children.

Understaffed big time the last few times that I have been there. It takes a long time to get someone to help you and every time that I have gone to the store they never have my sizes. Its better to just shop online.

Just walked in the store April 4th 7:45pm and walked out at 7:50 employee on his phone texting and avoiding customers. Asked a question and looked at me like I was interrupting him. Absolutely rude and uncalled for, my employees do not have phones during work time only on break.
