Nice clothes but very sneaky sales techniques. Lots of signs stating "30% OFF THE WHOLE STORE". Watch out for the fine print (size 6 font) and exceptions. C'mon people... please be open and honest with your signage.

Great Customer Service here. I had the worst experience at the RW&Co at the NOTL Outlets, and when I came to make my purchases here it was the best experience . Pablo, Laura helped me the first few times and now Heather. Highly recommend this place as opposed to the NOTL outlet store!

After spending thousands of dollars (excluding 9 suits purchased for my wedding) in the last 1.5 years at this location, my first ever return/exchange of an unworn item has been rejected due to an unattached tag. Truthfully the tag does need to be attached for an item to meet their policy, however brand loyalty seems to mean nothing. While removing the tag was completely my fault, I had really hoped that the manager Alise would take this opportunity to show off the company's appreciation of their long-time customers by simply issuing a $59 gift card. Sadly this single experience is enough for me to forego the love of their product and shop elsewhere. I hope this experience will not be shared by anyone.

The behaviour of the staff is so unacceptable and unethical. Sold me a previously worn suit with deodorant stain shirt because someone tried it before. When I returned them she was like yes it’s okay. I went to my car to get my card and then she’s like I’m not accepting the return. Such odd behaviour. You should definitely avoid this branch and go to the one in the Niagara outlet. I’m not mad about her not returning the items it’s just the way she talked with condescension.

The atmosphere is very friendly and helpful. The store carries a large variety of sizes and as a small man that is very helpful. The prices are high, but the quality is also very high so it's completely worth it. When there are sales, the deals are amazing.

Was going to buy a couple shirts for my partner but almost immediately as I walked in security followed me around the entire store and the staff wouldn’t even greet or pay attention to me. It was uncomfortable and I just left.

Got a couple great fitting, super comfortable pair of pants that I can't wait to wear. They call them commuter pants. You have to check them out.

This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. Sharon helped me find a suit for a wedding that was completely sold out and directed me to where I could find the jacket and pants. I drove to Kitchener and Hamilton to get what I need and it was all made possible because of Sharon. I'm puzzled why she was so helpful, especially because the sale went to other stores. Either way, I'm grateful to have found what I needed and to have experienced this amazing customer service. Thank you, Sharon!

The customer service was absolutely horrible. The main manger had a bad attitude with very dry cut responses during my entire visit. I finally decided on what I wanted and right before I tapped my card she took it from me saying I couldn’t use it because the name was different. I explained that the credit card was my brothers and that I can bring him into the store for verification but was shut down immediately in a very disrespectful way. I have a lot of friends who shop at your store and will be letting them know about the experience I had today!
