    Seriously guys?! How many years are you going to be without toilet paper?! About Walmart it’s very good. No panic at all. All cashiers without any masks. I bought without any problems milk, sour cream, pizza, beer and potatoes. It was Sunday about 7 pm. Google shows it’s really busy but it wasn’t. I don’t need it but I sow there are no toilet paper, paper towel, bread, cheap canned goods and water. But you can find everything else. Some terrible pictures for you:)

    I'd been here today, for a food storage container. When I was at the self-checkout, I found the price is not match the price tag. Then I asked the employee for help, finally they told me they cannot sell this item to me. They told me this is the non-essential item... But why you guys left it available like that? I told them I came here for this but they don't care at all. Poor customer service. Finally I turned to Real Canadian and got one. This Walmart has a really poor service, seriously.

    Last 2 years has been a slow delcine in service. Self sheck out with no bags only to be bugged to show receipt at door.. Prices keep raising on their brands. Its time to stand up and close em down. Patheticly raises prices on govenment check days. Most equality brand is way cheap to buy to smaller packs then one family pack.. Check out the freezer section. This company has been bought out recently or something. All employees have changed as well along with any inviting attitude.

    This may not be the location's fault but Walmart Canada's but as a senior I will never order delivery online from Walmart again. It was a shipping nightmare. The package or person never showed up at my door but it said on the website that they had attempted delivery. This happened several times getting emails when no one showed up at my door. The Walmart service person would not cancel my order and I had to go through more hell waiting for a package that never showed. It was Fed Ex delivery. They had the instructions and the access code to the building. My time is too short now to wait ten days for a delivery that never shows. I depended on it. I will need to find another retailer with better delivery options because this was unacceptable.

    I had an unfortunate incident at Walmart on the 26th of November, where a person faced financial constraints, and my friend kindly covered their expenses. Regrettably, the employee handling the situation responded with unwarranted rudeness. I can provide details about the employee involved if needed. not only due to the employee's rudeness but also the absence of empathy in handling the situation. Individuals lacking such qualities should reconsider working in customer-facing roles, particularly in retail settings. I find it disconcerting that Walmart seems to employ individuals with insufficient knowledge of effective customer service. The need for improved hiring standards is apparent, as the service provided was notably lacking in competence.

    If I could give zero stars I would! Seniors who rely on products for nutrition should not shop here. On going issues with equate meal replacement drinks. Constantly unavailable. Staff never have answers as to why or when product will be in. If anything IS available, it is always BOOST and never strawberry flavour. Obviously no one wants Boost, so stock your shelves with what is requested by your customers! Please! Simple things necessary at this point in their lives, how about looking after our seniors Walmart. Shame on you!

    Ordering for Pick-up takes way too long every time. Seriously Ridiculous. You already select a pick up time and get a notification saying your order is ready. "Online Only" or "in-stock in-store" When you arrive be ready to wait a half an hour minimum. Store is very well lit and clean. Staff are friendly. Free WiFi. Parking lot is huge. Clean washrooms. Produce meat and bakery items are fresh. Be careful at the entrances. Nothing against Wal-Mart. People on the crosswalk often do not look when crossing. Selfish people are consistently parked in front of the entrances too.

    We went to this location for our booster jab and the pharmacist was excellent. Very friendly and took time to explain the process. He was very gentle applying the vaccine and didn't even know that it was done. I would recommend him for future visits.

    This place has absolutely hit the bottom now. Came here with hopes it might be a quick visit, which is not possible when you only have 2 cashiers open out of the 6 cash registers. Enough with trying to force the customer to use the self checkouts. As for the cashiers they obviously need more training since they don't even know how to put a coupon in the system but like to make it look like they did. I don't suggest shopping here anytime soon.

    KUDOS FOR EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT DECISION - IN A PANDEMIC WORLD THIS IS WHAT ALL WALMARTS SHOULD HAVE - TOUCHLESS PURIFIED WATER DISPENSERS FOR CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES WHO WANT TO AVOID GETTING GERM SICK FROM ORDINARY WATER FOUNTAINS - OAKVILLE / WATERDOWN / HANOVER LOCATIONS ALSO HAVE THESE WATER DISPENSERS IN THE AREA - NOW IF WE CAN GET THE OTHER AREA WALMARTS TO REMOVE THE BAGS/FOUNTAINS AND REPLACE THEM WITH THESE -

    Always decent, fast and polite. However do hate that when I go to self checkout or am simply looking lazy (as I'm pregnant), that people feel the need to hover and ask me questions. I know I look tired, that's why I came to walmart. Also I find it appauling that once every little while,not consistently, a few employees decide to tell us where they command we go when their is no lines at the cash. I apologize, but if you get paid more than $12 an hour to stand around ,unless you are a greeter *who is elderly, older or has medical issues* ,I have no respect for you as an employee. Please back off , you could be contributing in so many better and more productive ways. Anyone else seen them just standing around chatting near cash?? Does your job think it's acceptable for them to pay you to stand and talk? Anyway, great place to shop for by price but have some horribly rude and incompetent overall heavily *lazy*employees.

    I’m so impressed with this location. The customer service is outstanding. I was there yesterday the Friday of thanksgiving weekend. I was looking for a product I asked the young man to point where it would be. He walked me to the product. One item was sold out he went in the back brought out my item. Thank you I wish I had gotten his name.

    Employee did not let me use the bathroom when it's 2 hours before their close time. Several stalls were already cleaned. I asked politely and she rudely said no . I do not understand why customers cannot use the bathroom when they ask and most of it was already cleaned and during working hours .

    Ordering grocery pick up is easy. And they usually get everything you need. But almost every time the cream is bad. Although the date is far away, it becomes lumpy in my coffee. Maybe they are leaving it out too long while picking out my groceries?

    Do not use their online website my parents ordered something to their friend at a nursing home it was delivered at 4am and then mysteriously disappeared and they blamed us and said check with the neighbour's... what neighbour's..... I then ordered a TV for my father for his bday.... it's almost a month late I've called so many times and they just kept saying well someone will call you in 3 days... weeks went on and no call so I gave up canceled the order and just ordered from Amazon... you know a company that actually delivers the products ordered instead of lieing about it ... they also said they tried calling and I laughed and said I can see my call history for the last few weeks and not one was from them... all in all you won't receive what you ordered they'll blame you for them looseing or misplacing it give u crao about refunding it and then just lie to you about it....

    This is my go to place for groceries and shopping but the service is AWFUL. There is no one to help, not sure if it’s a lack of staffing or what.. calling any department you’re waiting for a long time. Very frustrating. The layout of the food department is great and I never have trouble doing so.

    Seems like a good place to shop, they have everything! Even Beer! My complaint is that the hours posted for the one at the Power Centre on Vansickle Rd state they are open at 7:am on Sunday yet another website says that the they are not open until noon! I even called at 8 am and there was no answer!

    I ordered a instapot online. I got an email stating that it had been picked up which it was NOT picked up. I then got an email saying for a review on the product that I didnt recieve!!! I called the store numerous times...no help except one phone call back...I called the online store numerous times...no help ...even the chat line numerous times and no help. They all said that they would look to it and I still no answer!!! It is VERY VERY unprofessional!! I am VERY disappointed!!

    Each time I've been visiting this branch, I've been harassed by the staff to purchase the Walmart card, to avoid them I use the self checkout counter, the new staff annoy me at the self checkout when I just want to shop peacefully and get going. Isn't self checkout supposed to mean that?! I am forced to answer them several times that I'm not interested yet they aren't willing to respect my answer. I get it that they are doing their job but this is more like harassment and annoyance...I cannot always give an extra 10 mins to just say no again and again and again. When things don't go their way they show bad customer service by brushing or mocking me. Please train new staff to back off when the answer is 'not interested' or 'no'. It's become an ordeal to purchase things at this branch.

    I stopped in today to pickup a prescription. Greeted by Pharmacy Mgr. Chirayu Upadhyay, who asked if I had received the flu vaccine & also the latest bivalent Covid vaxxine. I had not, so we did the necessary paperwork, and I was on my way in 20 minutes with both vaccines administered. This type of service & helpfulness is why I only deal with Walmart pharmacy at 4th Ave. There are 3 pharmacists and the pharmacy staff are pleasant and courteous. And, Chirayu is a Certified Diabetes Educator whose knowledge is valued by diabetics.. such as me.

    I just want to give a shout out to the woman who was working in the photo centre this afternoon. This was the fourth place we tried to get passport photos done for my 1 year old. The guy at the store right before we went to Walmart tried for a few minutes and then just gave up and told me, “it’s not gonna happen” because my son was crying/not looking at the camera. The lady at Walmart got him a little bench to sit on and a toy. She was nice to him and got the shot on the first try. Thanks so much for your kindness and willingness to help!

    The Walmart Superstore is almost always a great choice. There has been less of a choice during the Covid epidemic, but that is to be understood. I found the produce to be quite good! Look out for specials and carts with "quick-reduced" vegetables/fruit for a fraction of the cost, stored for sale in bags for $1-$2. Most items were intact and not spoiled. I buy Great Value Products! Very good quality! Actually, surprisingly good!

    First time doing grocery pickup at this location. No substitutions offered, just out of stock items. Pickup time was pushed back an hour, and when I arrived, there was a lineup to get a parking spot in the pickup area. The other locations at pen centre and Niagara Falls are much better.

    The pharmacy at this VanSickle store is easy to access, staff always helpful and attentive. The head of Pharmacy goes over and above to answer questions, informative and friendly. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for great care!

    My favourite store since always but since 4 years, it seems the employees and cashiers are getting ruder day after day. Only a few staffs are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, a lot are not friendly and have no manners. really bad customer service. I have to notify the customer service manager if this continues or else I will have to give business to other stores with better employees

    Waited half hour to speak to a manager "Derrick" who never showed up. About a new patio set we ordered. That's showed up looking like a truck drove over it. But were then told it's sold as is. Thanks for wasting my time wallmart never again. On a positive the rest of the staff excluding the so called manager was excellent. Maybe get rid of Derrick and promote a staff member who cares about customer service. The customer service desk was great and pick up area also. But Derrick is trash.

    First you don't charge for bags. Then you charge 5 cents per bag,now you've discontinued recyclable plastic bags and charge 33 cents to $1 something for bags. When are you going to stop the money grab. I've also noticed that most name brand items are being replaced by lower quality products.

    I ordered groceries via the Walmart pick up and didn’t realize that we now need to bring our own bags for pick ups. I was greeted by Amj at the Louth location at my car in the pouring rain. He was very kind and thoughtful once he realized I had no bags for the order pick up, he went back into the store and brought out some reusable bags for me and put all the groceries in the reusable bags in the pouring rain. It was a fairly large order also so it took some time on his part. I really appreciate his kindness and customer service in this instance! Thank you Amj :)

    I loved this Walmart. If I wasn't quickly passing I'd buy all my groceries and items here. It was clean, great customer service, quick checkout. The only thing that can be improved is installing more price checker machines in the store. The one we found through a sign was missing so the only way to confirm the price was by just going to the cashier and checking at check out time. Not very convenient.

    Loved the renovated store ☺️☺️☺️☺️ everything we got there as food items was so fresh. Their toys section is so organized my daughter was able to pick out the doll she wanted and the accessories for it so easily. And they have so many clothing options it is amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Terrible experience today. An old lady worker parked her motorized grocery cart in front of us while I was clearly struggling with my toddler putting stuff back into shelves. After apologizing, she carried onto say "you know, I can't keep picking up after him" as if he's going to keep making more mess. I did not expect that coming from a walmart employee, they are usually nice and understanding but this lady was not very professional at all.

This is my go to walmart, because this has most Indian stuff in my area. On July 11th, 2023 I went to this walmart twice. When I went in the morning they had misprinted tag on Google Buds Pro (it was supposed to be $259.99 but $2 was misprinted so only 59.99 was visible) this is a mistake from Walmart’s end because for a customer it just looked like 59.99 and I had my hopes up and planned to buy but late assistant manger (Doug) came and said that walmart doesn’t have this policy at all that if you find wrong tag you’ll get a compensation on the product. Said it was an honest mistake and can’t be compensated for that. For this time I agreed and went. Later at night when I came back to buy something else, I saw that not a complete tag was present under same product (Google Buds Pro) and it was priced at $65.98. I called the electronic associate to check and she said that not it’s $65.98 by looking at the tag and I planned to buy it again, but later when she took the product out (because all electronic products are in locker to which only electronic associate has the key to), she said that it’s 259.99. Twice in a day I found the same product wrongly marked. To this concern we again called Doug (assistant manager) and he refused to even listen to us. As soon as he came, both the electronic associate blamed us that somehow we changed the tag even though it was in a locker, said that put a complaint wherever I want and didn’t even listen our statement and walked away. Walmart is supposed to be an example of good customer service, but with this experience I’ll give walmart’s example of bad customer service, bad management and unethical behaviour. They kind of blamed us for fraud buy mentioning that we had to do something with wrong tags rather than accepting their mistake. If anyone from Walmart higher management is reading this, I want to escalate this issue.

    I tried to purchase headphones from this Walmart today, but unfortunately not 1 of the 2 elderly ladies working here knew anything about the products or electronics in general. She actually said "oh, I don't know. I don't know anything about electronics".. called her boss over who is also elderly, she also knew nothing about the products. If these do not work with my PlayStation I will be bringing them back, I have no idea if they do because the people who are supposed to know, know nothing about electronics. It's not fair to customers to put people who have no knowledge about electronics, in electronics.

    I called the store because I had a simple question for the cellular mobility department to determine if I should come in to the store or go to the cellular service provider. Through the automated system I selected "speak to a customer service rep" . The rang for approximately 2 minutes before someone picked up and transferred me to the automotive dept. He told me he could not transfer me and to call back. The phone rang for over 9 mins waiting for a customer service rep. before I hung up and called back. This time I selected electronics. The phone rang for over 5 mins before I gave up. Regardless of how busy the store is this is not an acceptable phone practice or policy. Who could listen to a phone ring for 9 mins. It leads me to believe that the ringer is turned. I can't say I'll stop shopping at Walmart but I will shop at alternatives as much as possible because of this experience.
