My husband and I have attended the Vansickle location twice in the past few weeks and both times the staff was rude and incompetent. We went in together a couple weeks ago to purchase a few things and the young girl “greeted” us with a dead pan face, making zero effort to show any initiative. My husband said “hi, how are you?” And she just stared back at him blankly. The items we were purchasing were on sale and the girl did not put them through as a sale and let us walk out of there without saying anything. We came back in and the manager had to help the girl figure out how to do it. We received no apology and she again, just stood there blankly and rudely. Today, at approximately 11:20 am, my husband returned to the store in hopes of returning pants that he briefly tried on, but were too big. Out of sheer laziness, the manager refused to do a return on the item, after already being approved by the first employee he spoke to. You would expect a manager to say something along the lines of “I apologize, but unfortunately this item cannot be returned today”. Instead she bluntly said “no” and my husband was treated as if he was trying to scam the store for simply exchanging a pair of pants. Additionally, the store decided to open early at 10:55 am instead of 11 am, and they seemed to lack the intelligence to properly open their tills before beginning their shift. They couldn’t even ring anyone up to begin with because nothing was in the drawers. Whoever owns this location needs to do a complete re-hiring because the manager is incompetent and lazy, their new young staff member doesn’t have a single ounce of manners, and they clearly do not know how to adequately run a business. It’s a good thing Niagara has other locations, because we won’t be returning to this one.

The worse company i have ever seen. I wanted to return a work boot because boot hurts me a lot but They didn’t accept because i wore it. If i don’t wear how can i know problem? This very bad service.

Asking staff for help is pure torture. The staff make it feel like you are hassling them and that they really can't be bothered helping you out. Nice clothes, terrible customer service.

Recently stopped into Mark's for some new work boots, and the experience was great! I was greeted as I walked in the store, an associate came by as I was trying on boots, and he made some suggestions that helped me find just the boot I was looking for.

Got amazing service from Kim when I went to buy some work boots for my new job. She had amazing patience and great knowledge. She suggested a show that turned out perfect.

Walked in no one greeted me three staff all remained behind the desk for the 45 minutes that I was in the store getting my own shoes trying on shoes with no help not one person came to say can I help you with anything? I tried on four pairs of jeans no one came to see if I needed a different size is this the new normal for customer service I work in customer service I couldn’t even imagine not greeting my customers or asking them if they needed help. Like you work in customer service serve the customer.

Been to a few of these stores over the years and seem to get gift cards at Christmas and other occasions to this particular brand. I like the selection of work boots and availability to order them in if they are not available. I give 3 stars because it seemed that the store here was lacking merchandise. Maybe it was too close to the holiday rush or because of the supply chain problems brought on by the pandemic. I have found that while clothing, gloves and other men's stuff is expensive, it's decent quality and will last for a while. I definitely will return in the future when the need arises for outdoor gear or another pair of steel toed work boots.

Went here on July 8th around 6:15pm. I was pretty much the only customer in the store at the time. Staff were to busy at the front cash talking amongst themselves to offer any help. After spending 10 minutes searching for the specific item I was looking for, I approached staff.l and asked for some assistance. After being told the item I was looking for wasn't in stock there, I asked if they could check nearby locations. The sales lady literally sighed at my request. Thankfully the staff at Mark's located at The Pen Centre were much more helpful.

I'll give this store 4 star. Great location but the staff needs work on smiling once in while. Cheers

St Catherine's is a good store very friendly and helpful, I bought 4 large white long sleeve shirts for one of my sons who is an undertaker, tough job.

I love this store, staff are almost always pleasant only reason for four stars is I find a lot of items to be a bit to expensive.

Annina is the worse!!! I went in today to purchase a Dakota Thermalectric Jacket for $229.99, she told me “the largest size that it comes in is XL”, I purchased it. I was also looking for a toque with a light in it, she said “they didn’t have” any & attempted to sell me a bulky light that would go around my head. I told her that I was not interested. On my way to cash out I noticed the toque with the light in it “powercap 3555” and I included this in my purchase. I than went online and saw that the jacket is available in sizes up to tripleXL, I went back in and told her that it was available in sizes larger than XL. She than started arguing with me that it was only available online in larger sizes. I asked her if I the store could order it for me & have it delivered to the store, she than said “this is not possible & I would have to do it myself”. I phoned Marks in the Pen Center to see if they had it in doubleXL and spoke to a “Professional” Kimberley she politely asked me to hold while she checked. A short time later she apologized that they did not have this size in stock, I asked her if she could order me one to in which she responded yes however I would need to come into the store. I will going to the Marks at the Pen Center to order my jacket. The manager at the Marks at 420 Vansicle should consider sending Annina for retraining on how to treat a customer!!!

I came for a gift card. Felt like staff member was completely put out having to serve me; poor attitude and sighing while serving me. I mean it is kind of your job to provide customer service. We all have bad days and I will chalk it up to that.

Mark's is a great place to go for durable, great fitting clothes...and they have sizes in Tall, which is fantastic for those of us above 6 feet who don't want clothes to also double as a parachute. This location has a great selection but the seven times I've been in here, I have been completely ignored. Other Mark's actually want to help but here they just want to chat at the front counter. Come here if you like solo shopping.

Great prices for work boots they even helped out with an arch support insert as well.

I just got off the phone with Victoria, now let me tell you best customer service I have received in a while. She went above and beyond, and during a lock down at that, where she could only speak to me over the phone. That speaks levels to her excellent customer service skills. This is the only Mark’s I’ll shop at. Keep up the good work ladies y’all made my day!

Their technology is out of date, not this individual store's fault, but lack of corporate support is evident. Took me 35 minutes to checkout here because they couldn't scan my coupon through.

I like Mark's Work Warehouse, I usually find a clearance section for deals and I get deals with my Triangle card. Also the quality and value of their general products are in line with what I want. My wife also like the womans wear, so we sometimes buy alot here and get many great deals.

Great location, took my grandmother recently and she fell in the parking lot. The store employee saw it and made sure that she was okay. I appreciated her friendliness and concern.

Excellent stocked store, incredibly friendly staff and for a small store it packs the stock of a store twice its size, excellent variety of everything (mens - cannot speak to women's)

Saleswoman was of good help picking out a pair of winter boots even though there was not much selection left. I did not know the boots I picked were on sale until checkout. There was no sales tags on display and I would have appreciated knowing this before making my selection.
