My
husband
and
I
have
attended
the
Vansickle
location
twice
in
the
past
few
weeks
and
both
times
the
staff
was
rude
and
incompetent.
We
went
in
together
a
couple
weeks
ago
to
purchase
a
few
things
and
the
young
girl
“greeted”
us
with
a
dead
pan
face,
making
zero
effort
to
show
any
initiative.
My
husband
said
“hi,
how
are
you?”
And
she
just
stared
back
at
him
blankly.
The
items
we
were
purchasing
were
on
sale
and
the
girl
did
not
put
them
through
as
a
sale
and
let
us
walk
out
of
there
without
saying
anything.
We
came
back
in
and
the
manager
had
to
help
the
girl
figure
out
how
to
do
it.
We
received
no
apology
and
she
again,
just
stood
there
blankly
and
rudely.
Today,
at
approximately
11:20
am,
my
husband
returned
to
the
store
in
hopes
of
returning
pants
that
he
briefly
tried
on,
but
were
too
big.
Out
of
sheer
laziness,
the
manager
refused
to
do
a
return
on
the
item,
after
already
being
approved
by
the
first
employee
he
spoke
to.
You
would
expect
a
manager
to
say
something
along
the
lines
of
“I
apologize,
but
unfortunately
this
item
cannot
be
returned
today”.
Instead
she
bluntly
said
“no”
and
my
husband
was
treated
as
if
he
was
trying
to
scam
the
store
for
simply
exchanging
a
pair
of
pants.
Additionally,
the
store
decided
to
open
early
at
10:55
am
instead
of
11
am,
and
they
seemed
to
lack
the
intelligence
to
properly
open
their
tills
before
beginning
their
shift.
They
couldn’t
even
ring
anyone
up
to
begin
with
because
nothing
was
in
the
drawers.
Whoever
owns
this
location
needs
to
do
a
complete
re-hiring
because
the
manager
is
incompetent
and
lazy,
their
new
young
staff
member
doesn’t
have
a
single
ounce
of
manners,
and
they
clearly
do
not
know
how
to
adequately
run
a
business.
It’s
a
good
thing
Niagara
has
other
locations,
because
we
won’t
be
returning
to
this
one.
