I had an amazing experience at Ballets with Rita! She was patient, attentive and extremely kind. I felt very comfortable at my fitting and she even picked out the dress I ended up purchasing! Rita is VERY observant and based on my reaction to each dress, she was able to accurately determine exactly what it is I like/dislike. In my case, she was able to see this before I did which is how SHE ended up finding my dream dress for me! I was oblivious to what she was doing at the time, but I noticed this talent of hers when I watched her work with my future mother-in-law at her mother-of-the-groom fitting. Another great experience! After ordering my dress, I had second thoughts about the size and I called Rita many times trying to decide if I should change the order. She was very patient and supportive of my indecisiveness and never made me feel like a nuisance (even though I probably was)! Highly recommend Balletts and Rita!! :)

I has the most amazing experience at my appointment with Samantha. From the moment we spoke on the phone she was so helpful, down to earth and attentive. We had a great time trying on a selection of dresses she had pulled for me prior to my arrival and as I tried them on they just kept getting better.I even bought my wedding dress that day thanks to a great dress selection!! No comparison to the other bridal shop I went to. Seriously, go to ballets !!!

She suggested a few different styles and I picked something completely out of what I initially wanted. She was super friendly and caring. The experience was private and I had the store to myself. I would just like to give a huge shoutout to Rita for being wonderful. She made me feel soo comfortable and from the moment I stepped out of the dressing room she was helping me zip up and pin the dress in all the right places so I could see the dress how it is meant to be worn. I really can't thank her enough. I ended up buying my dress somewhere else but would still recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful dresses, lot of variety and such wonderful people... I just ended up going with a completely different style.

Rita is by far the best sales rep for when purchasing wedding dress. It was the best experience I had had when shopping for the dress. She made me feel comfortable and was honest with every style dress I tried on. I appreciate that she did not pressure me into anything and the opinions she provided. I ended up coming back and purchasing my wedding dress the next day! Highly recommend!

Although we didn’t buy from here I still wanted to leave a review. Samantha was amazing at helping us narrow down the fit and style. She was the nicest and kept bringing dresses and took the time to go through the style and fabrics. It was my daughter’s first time trying on dresses and we had no idea what we really wanted. Ballett's has a good selection of bridal gowns and at affordable prices! Julia was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating and helped me find my perfect dress. It was a lovely experience!

Thankyou to ballets bridal for treating my wedding dress hunt as if they were looking for their own. Due to a warehouse mix up I was left feeling so down about the situation. Within 3 days not only was it resolved but they pulled off the impossible! Kind and attentive service is priceless, the dresses being affordable and beautiful is a bonus!

Had an amazing time here today and it was such a personalized experience. From the start, I had a great feeling when the consultant called me a day before my appointment to talk about the venue, learn about my style, and get to know me on the phone. The consultants were not pushy, and were very honest which I appreciated. Everyone in my bridal party was extremely impressed with the consultants, dress variety, and the prices. Do not be discouraged by the location, or the outward appearance of the building. You are sure to be impressed by everything else. Looking forward to my next appointment!

So thankful that we find a perfect dress in about 3 weeks during the pandemic. Rita and her coworker sorry I forget the name were super helpful. Everyone who sees the dress loves it, it looks great and the price is reasonable. They have a great collection to choose from, highly recommended for the brides to be.

Rita was excellent. She was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of dresses was huge and she really really knew which dresses might work for us based on our preferences. Definitely go here as a bride or searching for bridesmaid dresses.

The COVID-19 procedures and process of take home dress program were very organized and well communicated. All promises were followed through. The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. They genuinely seemed to be excited to ensure all expectations and dreams were met. They clearly answered all questions and offered suggestions or compliments on dress fitting/style. It was a fun and enjoyable experience finding both bridesmaids and wedding dresses at the store. This was mostly because of the personable and likeable personality of the staff.

If I could give this store and employees more than 5 stars, I would. I am over the moon happy with the entire experience. He dress selection was huge. Prices were very good and the ladies that helped me went above and beyond. The new take home program they offer is incredible. Made choosing that much easier and relaxed. I'm so deeply in love with my dress and HIGHLY recommend Balletts to anyone looking for their dream dress!

I recently visited Ballett’s Bridal in St. Catharines and found my dream dress! Rita was so wonderful to work with and she had all the dresses pulled and ready to try on that I had pre-selected from the store’s website. This was such a useful and handy feature! She made the appointment very enjoyable and was super helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Rita and this store! All the dresses are absolutely beautiful. Will be highly recommending you guys to anyone I know getting married!! Although I did finally choose a dress from another shop the dress I had loved here was a very close second. All of the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Sam had a very natural knack for making me feel at ease and at the same time excited to try on dresses that I had favourited and also styles I maybe wouldn't have thought to try on on my own. Rita was also so encouraging with the decision process and scheduling the time to come in to the shop. You guys truly deserve more than 5 stars, thanks so much for a wonderful experience... you guys came highly recommended to me and now I know why.

My daughter needed to buy a prom dress. She described her likes in advance while speaking with Rita. Rita had taken some time to pull aside or point out some dresses with my daughter. She was very patient with all the dresses she tried on and ever so helpful with feedback and understanding. We did not feel any pressure. My daughter went over her scheduled time and the staff did not make my daughter feel like she was being rushed. The dress selections are beautiful and varied. The store is very clean and bright. There is a back entrance and you enter into a very clean bright store that has undergone some recent Renovations. It is like a little Hidden Gem. I was able to see other customers trying on mother of the bride dresses and prom dresses and the other customers seemed so happy and all staff were very happy to give their opinions and help out the customer with decision-making. The atmosphere felt very warm and friendly and my daughter is over the moon with her dress selection. Another thing of note is that Rita was able to contact the seamstress who does their alterations to see if the work needed was even a possibility. That happened right on the spot. That was a big-time safer and greatly appreciated. As a side note the seamstress is also amazing and very affordable. I recommend the store to anybody and everybody looking to find a formal dress or a wedding dress.

I had my wedding in June and purchased my dress from here and I absolutely loved the experience! Rita and her team made me feel super comfortable and they were really good at choosing dresses according to my likes/dislikes!
