Not sure why you want me to review a parking garage but ok its concrete and great place for Grape and Wine parade.

Went to a concert at the Meridian Centre and it was only $5 to park here (cash only). Super quick walk to the arena, but we had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get out after the event ended. Probably would have been faster to park somewhere further away and just spend the time walking. Garage itself is fine, although the signage is slightly unclear, and there are some pretty sharp turns. I'm glad I drive a small car.

Went in. Said $5.25 for parking. Didn’t accept my card on the way out than they made me buy a $12 dollar ticket. Than the ticket didn’t work. Don’t recommend

Free on Weekends and Holidays. Free after 6PM on weekdays. Event Parking is $5. Parking lot is in decent walking distance to many downtown places. It is close to the Meridian Centre. No Charging Spots for e-Vehicles.

This is a great covered parking lot right downtown St. Catharines. There are 4 covered levels and one rooftop level. There are entrances from Ontario St and William St. The nice thing is there are only charges Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm. This means people visit restaurants downtown during a weekend get free parking, which is great for me because I only visit St. Catharines on the weekends There are monthly rates for those who work downtown. There are only a few disability parking spots per level. They should have put more on level 1 and fewer in the upper levels. Not enough disabled parking spaces. Always end up pushing my sons wheelchair from the upper levels. Not optimum.

Great place to park and it's close to the Meridian Centre and lots of restaurants.

Location is pretty good but navigation of the building is confusing. Also, the staircase was filthy and smelled really bad. Price was a deal though.

It's a parking garage. Very tight corners with protruding curbs, larger vehicles just barely fit. Pretty awkward with 4 door f150 /w short box

Nice facility for the public to park their vehicles in the downtown gets a load from the downtown shops and also from the Meridian Center and the parking gets really packed up on the weekends and during the summer events at the Meridian Center but good deficit of tea and nice parking space in downtown Saint Catharines

Convenient parking never had an issue. And there are also elevators so if you happen to have to park on an upper floor you do not have to walk all the way down to the bottom floor as someone suggested.
