    Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons around. Slow, inconsiderate, and it's a 50/50 chance they can't get your order right. Even if that order is a simple tea with some sugar in it (not milk, the two don't even sound alike). The only thing these people get consistently, is to screw up your order. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Such as up the street on Welland, where a another Tim Hortons, McDonald's, and others such as Starbucks await you. All of whom have far more competent management.

    They said they gave us more than they are supposed to. Really? It was only half full. Customer service was terrible as well. We had to keep asking for ketchup and napkins and this lady kept yelling over there. I get youre busy but that doesnt give you the right to treat your customers like cr*p.

    When somebody orders a large tea, they expect TEA in their cup; NOT A TABLESPOON OF COFFEE GROUNDS! I’ve never had this happen before, I’m disgusted.

    This Timmies seemed to be getting better for a while, but it's been a rough last couple visits. ☹️ Edit: I got an ice cap today and I couldn't drink more than one sip. I actually had to spit it out. It tasted somehow soapy and just bad.

    Worst Tim Hortons in Saint Catharines. They never get your order right, and if you order through a delivery service, you will have missing items. I placed an order through skip, and i had an item missing. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the manager was rude, inconsiderate, and just said “call skip”. The food quality Is garbage and i do not recommend this place at all.

    This is the second time this week i’ve ordered extra cream cheese and my bagel has looked like this. Aside from one lady who usually works the morning shifts and is a rockstar, i highly dislike coming to this location and only do so if im out of time on my way to work to stop at a different tim’s. Really do not recommend coming here.

    Love timmies but today i was there waiting for one roost beef sandwich and a small tea for too long. I understand that tim Hortons is normally busy but they were serving people who where there after me first. But the good food made up for that.

    What’s the point of having two ordering stations when the line gets jammed by a person with a food order? Why not mimic McDonald’s and pull food orders off to the side and let coffee and/or treat orders flow through? It takes 20+ minutes to get a coffee?

    This tims has really gotten awful. Used to be my favourite, but now I consistently find myself waiting 20+ minutes for orders that aren’t even taken correctly. What an embarrassment

    I ordered a decaf ice coffee at this location. They told me at first they aren't allowed to make it? Then I said hot coffee with ice was fine, plus I had my refillable cup. At the window they were rude about my cup. They said I should have told them at the ordering speaker. Which I did three times. The coffee was cold so it wasn't decaf, minutes after having some my stomach was acting up. So that was wasted money as I can't drink it. For a coffee shop with these coffee options, why is it so hard to get the staff to understand decaf ice coffee. Why dont they have decaf for ice coffee at 7:30am. I'll drive to another location run by other management. The two locations run by this family are the worst two in the city. Staff stares blank and can't seem to get things correctly. I'll go to Starbucks, they have far more difficult drinks but they understand their menu and do it with a smile.

    This place is just terrible service. Every morning i go in their, im over looked by the whole staff their. They will look you in the face and walk away without taking orders. They talk more then they are working in drive thru. They cannot get a simple bagel right. My coffee is burnt every morning. Hipefully something changes or honestly tim horton isnt Canadian any more to me.

    We have been to the location on Carlton St. at night and everytime we are asked to leave by 9pm so they can clean because some of the staff would be leaving and they would be short staff. We stop going there on Friday nights and found a different place for our coffee night.

    I very very very rarely post bad reviews, because I do not like to hang on to bad experiences, but I have a personal love for customer service as someone who worked in hospitality as a manager for 5 years during school and now is in sales. I just had a terrible experience at this location! :( I've known that this store typically is very dirty, but I like to study here during the day sometimes as it's close to my girlfriends house. Today, every table in the store was covered in food scraps and was very dirty so I had to clean myself a spot to sit. This however is not even bad enough for me to write a review. The worst part comes when I asked for a small cup of water. I was told I had to pay 10 cents... 10... small... cents... I understand that this is a Tim Hortons policy I suppose (which is ridiculous, everybody should have access to water free of charge in CANADA). But the way Karen (the staff member) addressed me made me feel so small and she demonstrated no compassion or interest in even helping me. Just a 'no, water is 10 cents on the till'. Didn't even go to ring it in for me, or ask how she could help me or anything. 0 interest in getting a customer a cup of water, major 'who cares' attitude. Anyways I left and got a Peppermint Mocha at Starbucks instead of here. Hope the value of your 10 cent cup was worth the loss of a sale..

    I have avoided this location for years, but with the welland ave store currently under renovations this is the closest location to stop at on my way to work. Sadly things have not changed and I can't wait for the other store to be done renovating. Last week ordered a bagel with cream cheese, got the bagel, no cream cheese, also ordered a large broccoli soup, and received a small. Do better tim hortons! Do better!

    This location is always a mess I really don’t enjoy giving bad reviews and I’ve never felt the need to review a tim Hortons before. This is the convenient for me however almost always there’s a issue. They can’t solve simple issues of substitutions without being rude argumentative and getting a manager to help, line ups in the drive thru are always terribly slow I just waited 15 minutes for a single coffee. I’ve gotten coffees and drinks from this location that taste just down right rotten. I know the staff is trying and don’t get me wrong there are some very smooth pleasant days. But this location clearly needs to be staffed better or something to help with whatever goes on in there.

    This afternoon, my spouse and 6 year old went on a Daddy/Daughter date. She ended up spilling her tea all over herself and the floor. The staff were fantastic. They checked on her, offered first aid, cleaned up the mess and even brought her a new tea without being asked. Thank you so much for your kindness and customer service!

    First world problem, but I find myself always needing to check that my order is right. For example the new BBQ Chicken rice bowl is always missing sauce on the salad/rice, but the chicken is DRENCHED in that red BBQ sauce that feels like it has sand in it which is pure diarrhea fuel. I'll get the wrong pastries sometimes... Again, "wahh wahh" for me, not the biggest deal... It's fast food, coulda been a long hard day for them, but would be nice if some of the staff were a bit more attentive to the orders and how to actually make the order because this is the only Tims I've had these meal ruining mistakes.

    Got a bagel belt, which had so much butter all over the outside of the bagel and all over the outside of the package that I ended up getting butter all over my steering wheel. Since when does the bagel belt even get butter? Disappointed Also noticed staff standing around chatting instead of serving customers. Seems like management is weak here.

    I only gave this tim carlton and bunting a one star because there was no zero. Every time I've stopped to get my daughter something who works down the street. I'm usually stuck in the drive through for ten minutes while there's only three cars. The service is terrible and they usually almost ninety five percent of the time get the orders wrong. I personally wouldn't use their drive-through at this location. The individuals that work they're don't seem to know exactly what they're doing.

    Very bad customerservice. My old parents wanted to use restrooms. Restrooms were locked. There was a note saying ask the staff for key. We were waiting and waiting and waiting. They ignored us and after waiting for 5 minutes we just left. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER AT ALL.

    Just your basic Timmy's. Nothing special. The drive threw can get a little ridiculous sometimes but not that much. Food & service is average at best & that's really not such a bad thing. A lot can be said for "average" especially if the consistency is there & that's what this particular Timmy's offers.

    Decent restaurant. The food is always good. However, I do not suggest eating inside due to the lack of clean seating areas. Overall, I've never had a bad experience from this Tim Hortons'.

    I normally don’t post reviews but this is the third time, this has happened at this location. Stopped at drive thru and ordered two roast beef craveable sandwiches, on Artisian bread, when go to window, young man said two on bagels, I said no roast beef on Artisian, then handed me a bag, and I didn’t check to make sure it was correct. When I got home here were two chicken sandwiches, I went back told them what happened, they didn’t even apologize, they said sometimes because cars are so close this happens sometimes. They then proceeded to serve several customers that came after me. I repeated my order, two roast beef craveables, one with butter only, when I returned home one sandwich was correct, the one with butter ONLY had Mayo, I couldn’t be bothered going back a second time. They didn’t even offer a free coffee, or a donut, thanks Tim Hortons.

    The young man at the window was Awesome. The size of the Timbits however that's another story. They are getting smaller by the year but now they've made the boxes smaller to accommodate them. The usual Prices UP, Quantity DOWN. I won't be going back for a Lonnnng time!!!!!

    As they go this Tim's is one of the best in the region. Shame about what the franchise has done to the quality of their coffee, donuts, and eggs... gross stuff these days... but at least this location is a well run and comfortable hangout.

    Usually I don't have any problems with my order but this morning I was given something I didn't order and can't eat due to issues if I do........plus didn't get one of the main things I did order. Thos always happens on the weekend when students are working and don't listen to what you actually order.

    For all the staff working things should be better organized, however it seems they're too preoccupied with talking amongst themselves. Waited to pickup an order was told wasn't ready, after 5 minutes she gave me the order which was sitting on the counter in front of her all this time. Her reasoning was she hadn't put the order number on the bag yet.

    Bought a breakfast no sausage in wrap was just egg bacon very disappointed dog and I share sausage on morning he was hurt more. Coffee was exlarge DD received a large DD poor service. Scan card before payment on cellphone I get home they didnt zero rolls. Takes awhile was told.

    am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced at your branch. Upon placing my order, I was eager to ensure that my items would be fresh. Unfortunately, before I could fully communicate my request, the customer service staff representative seemed rod and disinterested and abruptly left the conversation. This was a vulgar behavior. Customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the overall customer experience.  and this encounter fell short of my expectations. I believe that a more care to be taken to improve your staff behavior.

    I’m not sure what the supervisors are thinking here. They have an overwhelming majority of their staff in drive thru (+5 people) and only one person working their storefront despite there being a line out the door. It doesn’t seem right to neglect your storefront customers, considering that they probably don’t need to have that many people in drive thru. I understand that drive thru is a faster paced environment and requires more personnel, but an employee ratio of 5-to-1 between said stations is a bit ridiculous.

    Within one order they managed to completely screw it up - gave me a dark roast coffee I didn’t order and then hand off dried hash brown that was inedible. Get your act together!

    Asked for a large coffee with 1 sugar and 2 creams. Got the wrong one handed at the drive through window. Got black and 1 sugar. 11am before my shift and now forced to drink a black coffee. Not saying its a big deal. But I am saying my entire year has been absolutely tainted with a creamless coffee. R.I.P stomach. Im also not going to try contacting guest services about this abomination. I may not survive the day anyway.
