    Please don’t go there..Very bad experience. Just 2 minutes ago I goes in to pick up a delivery order. They said I have to wait outside which is fine. Then I thought of getting something for myself just because I was doing deliveries from last 6 hours and I had not eaten nothing(not even water). I asked for donuts and guy on the counter said that he can not give me donuts because i was delivering food for other people. Ok if you have that policy then at least treat your delivery people with respect. **** your policy.I have never experienced that type of humiliation at any other food chain. I will never go again to mcdonalds 420 vansickle road in my life. NEVER

    This location is horrible. Every single time I go there something is missing or wrong. Not to mention the huge wait times. I went in this time because I thought they would actually get it right and of course I got home to realize they missed a meal. The manager even check the bagged before she gave it to me the first time so I thought it would have been accurate. I will never go to this location again. Horrible service. Incompetent workers. Huge wait times with no efficiency or organization.

    Worst McDonald's in St Catharines. Terribly Slow. Management should be training staff to stir the coffee at least. If you want fast food don't go here.

    I’ve had issues at this McDonald’s every time I go to the one on 4th avenue, St. Catharines but have never written a complaint. This time I just had to let my frustration be known. I pull up to the drive thru and order a 10 Piece nugget meal and 1 extra French fry. When we get to the window she hands me our drink and then we wait for 5 min and she comes back with an ice cream cone which we did not order. Then she leaves us for another 10 min and comes back and asks me to pull into the drive thru spots. We wait there for another 15 min and someone comes out with a happy meal, I say that’s not ours and she takes off back into the restaurant, I waited for another 10 min and then I had to leave without our food as we needed to be somewhere. I can not believe we waited 40 min for a nugget meal and an extra fry and eventually had to leave without our food. . I will never go to this McDonald’s again!!!

    Worst customer service ever, i ordered food, with drive thru but then they said wait in the lot they will bring my food and the lady cane handed me the bag, i was just discharged from the hospital close to it my daughter was sick, so i grab the bag went to my hotel, when i opened it there was 3 item missing i called them they said come we will make it ready i drive back but the guy on drive thrue was arguing that i asked them only one item is missing, ( doesnt make sense i drive back for only 1 item) and then he said pull over they will talk and then doors were closed and the guy there looked at me but didnt open or even came close as if i was a begger or something this is a shame to Mcdonald and this location Manager

    To be parked for 3 small cheese burgers is mind blowing but the gentlemen beside me was parked for a single happy meal. Who owns this joint? Can you not find competent fast workers who know how to multitask? I worked at mcdonalds in the 2000s... and we never parked anyone unless it was a crispy chicken which was never bought... like come on....

    Always pulling you over for drive thru orders regardless of how small or big your order is. I was lucky this time though. Didn’t get pulled over. I Asked for a chicken sandwich.. literally had to repeat it 3 times to confirm which is fine. I assumed he was new. Get home only to find a quarter pounder with cheese. Really not in the mood to drive all the way back to get order fixed. But I also don’t eat beef so this sucked.

    I placed an order Uber eats waiting for a driver to accept the order order was cancelled through Uber has no drivers were available and I was charged full amount I contacted McDonald’s immediately asked if I could pick it up at the front door was told no I could not as it’s drive-through only and I do not have a car I work at a local business nearby and I’ve gone there frequently for this I found the employees behaviour unprofessional and very self-serving The employee told me I would have to get my refund through Uber which is fine but they should’ve allowed me to walk up to the door and pick up my order

    After waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes, I ordered 2 regular McFlurrys. After paying, I was told I'd have to wait in a parking area and they'd bring them out shortly. After another (almost) 15 minutes they brought them out to me, and apologized for the delay. The medium cups that the McFlurries were in were only 2/3 full. All in all a disappointing visit. The staff were polite and friendly, which was much better than a previous visit were the staff that took my payment was very rude when I gave her the wrong amount because I couldn't hear due to the poor quality speaker system.

    In the past I’ve ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, and received the burger without a patty. This time, I receive half a pound of beef with no bacon. What? Absolute joke of a location.

    Yesterday I went to this McDonald's and did not have a pleasant experience. At around 4:30pm yesterday, I went through the drive through for an order, and after waiting to receive my food, I was told to wait at standby for the food to be cooked. I waited for around 15 minutes and 6 other cars that had pulled in after me all got their meals before me. I then asked one of the food carriers about where my meal was and was told that they weren't sure what I had ordered. I then went inside to talk to the manager and while trying to ask where my food was they acted very unprofessionally, unfriendly, and in a way that was not appropriate to act towards a customer to. Eventually I did receive my food and this was about 20 minutes later. Normally I would be fine waiting 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes max for a meal, but waiting 20 minutes is absolutely unacceptable for a McDonald's. Not only that, but the staff here was very incompetent and the manager was very unfriendly. I will never be shopping from this McDonald's again, and I ask that the owner of this McDonald's please deal with their employees properly. (I was at this McDonald's on September 5th 2021, at around 4:30pm, and was not able to catch the names of the workers there.)

    Literally one of the worst mcdonalds in the city with the most arrogant and incompetent employees. Everytime I've ever gone, I'm either parked for 10minutes for the smallest of orders and/or something is ALWAYS missing. I always have to park, check my bags and go back in. Most of the time I don't have time to do this and just accept paying money and not getting my order. Why go back? Because it was on the way, convenient and my kids like pancakes. But safe to say after today I'm not, I'm done being robbed of money for product I'm never getting, being late for where I'm going because they're so slow inside and out and then on top of it my coffee NEVER being made correctly. Today my partner and I took our kids to get pancakes before daycare and work drop offs. We respected the split speaker drive thru, took the other speaker and waited 3 minutes to get an order taken. But done worry they served 4 CARS on the other speaker despite us trying to get their attention. And then we waited another 10 from placing the order to getting to the food window. At the food window they rushed our bag and drinks at us, said have a nice day and closed the window before we could say or do anything. We checked the bag at the window and sure enough, a hashbrown is missing as well as a coffee. We waved at them, knocked on the window and honked but the people we could see through the window ignored us. We pulled over and my partner went inside and waited 10 minutes before leaving. In those 10 minutes he tried to get the attention of multiple employees who were to busy standing there laughing amoung themselves.we ran out of time and had to leave. So here I am, out 6$ from just today, kids fighting over hashbrowns and a partner that was late to work because he tried to get assistance. In total, this mcdonalds specifically has taken atleast 100$ from me without giving me the proper product. I made the mistake of going back, but not again. Already taking to head people, just wanted to elave a reciew so people know not to waste their time and money.

    Can't say I'm impressed by this location. Service is slow and you'll always be waiting 10+ minutes for your order, even when the place isn't busy. Overall quality of food is mediocre, as is the case with many other McDonald's locations. Take your business to Wendy's across the street.

    There were about 4 cars including us that were asked to park nearby until our order was ready. New sandwich so why weren't they better prepared since we were there before 1pm? The bun was nice, the chicken was nice but the mayo and shredded lettuce were nothing to be proud of. Think we'll just go back to A&W.

    I ordered a double crispy onion and bacon quarter pounder while my girlfriend got a mcdouble dressed like a Mac with a sweet and sour sauce, both meals and we were given no straws and she didn't get her dip both meals were cold and we waited in line for 30 minutes, with 1 customer in front of us the whole time, and they were only given 1 bag so they didn't order a whole lot either.

    Very slow service. Employees move like zombies. They still think it's March of 2020 and we're all about to drop dead any minute. Outside seating still closed for absolutely no reason.

    Food was as expected (except) the "back for a limited time waffle fries". They were very underwhelming, being lukewarm and unseasoned. They had a taste of lukewarm grease, and were not very crispy as I would have expected. I had to smother them in salt and ketchup to eat even half of them. As they cost more, I'd have expected something delicious, not soggy plain grease tasting.

    not a good experience today september 29th 2021 . To start when i walked in there were so many employees who were on break and at the front of the restaurant making me feel overwhelmed, the self ordering kisok works but cannot order from it when i ordered through it the order was not fulfilled and had to reorder my food at the counter. No one had the courtesy to help me out. Manager needs more training at the location.

    Worst customer service. I had to stop going to this location and go back to Tim Hortons. Which is a shame because I do like their coffee. The lady at the drive-thru is the rudest and her customer service is terrible. Holds the debit machine so high, I can't see what I'm agreeing to pay and has a bad attitude. She is there every morning so I stopped going there. I'd rather give my money to Tim Hortons then be greeted like this every morning.

    Staff completely ignore you. No one bothers to take your order, and no manager is present to hold them accountable for it. Go across the road to Wendy's, where they actually want your business. That's what I did.

    My kid loves his McDonalds, and I do, too! This location is great. The staff are wonderful, great job, all of you! There's even a lovely fireplace to sit next to. It's clean, the food is fast, and it's a great place to go after shopping till you drop. I hope I get to come back here many times.

    The few times I have been, it's been so slow. Even for something as simple as a Big Mac. Looks like there are lots of people working. Not sure why I go anymore, as it's not fast, not cheap and not good!

    I've been here a few times over 5 years where I've only purchased a drink and maybe fries. I've always purchased in-store for takeout and never used their drive-thru. So my review is just based on these limited interactions. I've found they have been efficient with drink purchases. During pandemic times, there are two line-ups to get in the front entrance. The left side is for food delivery pickup and the right side is for regular customers. There is one self-order kiosk. There is hand sanitizer for people to use at the entrance. There is plexiglass at the staff area. The seating area is not available during pandemic times. Although this restaurant is in a large outdoor shopping mall, it has its own parking lot. This restaurant is only set up to handle a maximum of 20-30 indoor seated customers.     Fastest McDonalds in Niagara Region..Great staff...I love this location...Always get a smile as they pass the bag through the window to you...There are a couple of guys that work during the day shift at the drivethru window who are great and very personable. Hard to find guys like that in the fast food business. Valued employees for sure.

    It's ok, only one in the area open 24hrs. Service is slow, had to wait for fresh burgers, burgers and fries weren't hot or fresh. It'll do in a pinch, but the McDonald's near Brock university is by far the best in the area.

    For fast food this was a good dining experience. New girl working cash had to have someone come over and help but pretty sure it was her first day and Id rather she ask for help then get it wrong. Food was quick yet fresh and hot.

    I got an iced coffee. The older lady who made it handed it to me and told me “I accidentally used regular sugar instead of the of liquid one” and walked away. So she told me she made it incorrectly and still proceeded to serve it. That’s not good customer service. If you make a mistake, you correct it, it would’ve taken her two seconds and a happier customer 🤷‍♀️won’t ever come here again, I guess I’ll stick to timmies

    Ordered a plain cheeseburger at the drive through, received one that was not plain. Went inside to exchange for a new one, which I then bit into on my drive home only to find that they not only messed up the first time, but also the second. Very disappointing, and they don’t answer the phone

    This is the worst McDonalds I have had the misfortune to go to. The qtr pounder with cheese I ordered was dry cold and no cheese. The fries were stone cold and left a film in my mouth. Ordered a diet coke no ice, of coursebit was wrong too....... completely full of ice. Less pop full of ice. Absolutely horrible product and it took over 8 minsnto get it curbside..... Horrible, avoid this awful location.

    Ordered 2 large fries and a large coke. Fries were perfect! We were disappointed that they didn't put a straw in the bag. So we swallowed many small ice cubes while drinking....not fun!

    It is always busy. I try to avoid going in. I go through the drive through, but always have to double check my meal before leaving. I am vegetarian and a couple of times I have gotten a sausage patty on a egg breakfast sandwich and don't notice til I'm across town and it's too late for anything else. Lately the egg breakfast sandwich there has been egg shells in it(at least I hope it was just eggshell!) The drive through is convenient and friendly, but I will now go somewhere else as a vegetarian for breakfast in the run. I have missed too many breakfasts because I am in a rush. If you have time to go in and sit to eat you will probably have a different experience.

    If you like having cold food and missing items and then having your food THROWN at you when you confront them about it, this is definitely the McDonald's for you.The server wearing the toque...... is the rude one who walks a fine line thinking throwing the bag with your corrected order at you is okay... I highly suggest A & W or JOHNNY PASTRAMI'S for a REAL GREAT EAT IN OR TAKE OUT BREAKFAST and the price is pretty much comparable. No more of McDonald's for me, coupon or no coupon

    Convenient location, walked here from the Go Train station, which was about half an hour. The one thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the washroom, as well as the service. Karrie helped out with my order, and showed kind and professional service. The food was the same McDonalds as I expected, a bit too much salt on the fries, but nonetheless I am a satisfied customer

    They were quick to get the order ready. The drive through speaker was a little fuzzy, but you can't blame that on staff. The best thing is... McDonald's monopoly is back.
