Terrible. I went through the drive through and the only thing I can say is that they were fast. I’m a college student, just grabbing some lunch and when I got home and picked up my bag of food, it just fell apart and my food was no good anymore. There’s not even a Tim Hortons logo in the bag! They cheap out on their bags, always mess up my coffee, and their drive through takes forever (almost all of the time). Extremely dissatisfied.

Worst drive thru wait times. Poorly managed. If you do go inside the lady taking your order makes your order. Imagine McDonald's lady taking your order then going and making your burger cooking your fries all before taking another order. You go inside so its faster because the drive thru lines are the worst out of any fast food restaurant now and it takes even longer. I went inside because there was 14 cars in the drive thru and only 2 people inside. Still took 15 mins for my black coffee. Made the mistake of trying this location again, drive thru line was way to long so went inside again. 1 person ahead of me and took 9 minutes for me to get a regular coffee. And then the lady has her finger in my empty cup before filling then her whole hand over my lid where I drink out of. Never again will I go to this location

I have held off on posting this for over two years, but I really think this is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. I have repeatedly had poor experiences here. Often told they do not have the item I am asking for/ receive the wrong item/ made incorrectly and staff don’t seem to care or feel bad or try to do what they can to improve the situation

Wait times were way too long with one person working the front counter. Tablet menu is half put together and missing popular menu items. Half more staff and set your stuff up properly before having customers use it

I have no idea where my original review went. Here's the bottom line: Order is ALWAYS wrong. Have never been to a worse Tims (even in the states). Drive thru times are actually stupid long for only 2-3 cars. Once didnt have any food available (only muffins & donuts) and didn't post any notices, so I waited in the drive thru line for my whole lunch, only to be told they didnt have any lunch to be served... Shall I go on?

This is the worst Tim Hortons experience I have ever had. They over charged me when I had a 2 for 1 deal on the chicken bacon ranch wrap. The manager brushed me of with there's nothing I can do... go elsewhere. This location is also slower the the 2nd coming of Christ. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely Disgusting !! This is the second time now that a bagel I bought from this exact Tim hortons has been thrown together without being toasted. Not to mention the guy made my bagel with his bare hands with no gloves on ! Like we’re in a pandemic this is unsafe and disrespectful…

What kind of donut shop doesn't sell donuts? This one! Not in the morning they don't. Not even Timbits!! Sometimes they have muffins but not always. Never any donuts though. They make them eventually just cant be bothered to in the mornings I guess. Today I ordered an XL with 2 cream, as I do every morning. I was charged for an XL but the employee gave me a Large. When I let her know I ordered an XL she replied "have a nice day" and walked away, over to the drive through. This left no one at the counter as they don't have enough staff to work both the counter and drive through. Service is much better in the afternoon but in the morning it's abysmal. Avoid this location until later in the day. Also this location no longer is open at 5 a.m. like it says online. Was there on April 16th 2023 at 5:15 and doors were locked despite 3 employees inside.

Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes after being 3rd from the intercom upon pulling up. Asked why, they said "short staffed". I looked in and visibly counted 7 people. Then we got a coffee made incorrectly and a bagel made incorrectly. Abysmal service

Waited in line in the drive thru from 12:40-1:15. There were only a couple of cars in front so I didn’t think it would take so long. Got trapped in the drive thru so I couldn’t leave. Just insane wait times. Bagel was also burnt and had virtually no cream cheese on it.

Sat in the drive through for over half an hour last weekend. Not impressed. No apology when I finally got to the window. To top it off, my coffee tasted awful - old, burnt and disgusting as it was made with cream, not milk as requested.

Food was great. Service was a bit slow. Timbits trays were labeled wrong (honey dips showing as birthday cake). Jalapeno and herb pastries were delicious.

One of the only Tim Hortons is in the city that doesn't have a ****** up drive thru. They always get my coffee right.. One night, I went through here and paid with a $50 bill. I was in such a hurry I forgot to get my change back. When I realized this they were already closed. I went back the next morning. And they were able to refund me my $48. This is an honest place.

I ordered the something as I usually get today it cost me $24.00 and I got the same thing yesterday and it cost me $17.00 . Don't know why it went up I. One day that it went up by $7.00 over night . The girl on the counter was so arrogant laughing and very rude wanted to argue and not let me say what I was trying to say had a hard time trying to understand what she was saying. Manager tried his best but unfortunately this store lost a few customers ( long time customers) . If the rating system could let me put in a very low rating . It would be -9 . Some staff are great some need retraining.

2023 update- long wait times have since gotten worse. This morning I made the mistake of asking for butter on my egg sandwich (the girl displayed she was very stressed on food station)...and this soaked sandwich is what I got. It was awful!! Wait in drive thru is ALWAYS very long. Very congested inside with the regular lineup for counter, the line up to use touch machines, the line up for mobile orders...then people wait in the dining room for their touch screen order placed near front door...along with the people waiting for food. It's a mess of many lines

Went through the drive through ...if it was any slower I would have cobwebs ! The order was accurate so can't fault them on that. If there is a line up and you must have your hot beverage.....go inside...you will save time

  • 1/5 A D. 11 months ago on Google
Do not use the mobile order, your either waiting for it while you watch customers come in and leave before you and almost never correct. Pay your employees better for a better quality out come.

I don’t know if you guys were short staffed tonight (Thursday Sept 26th around 8pm) however the 3 young guys working there really didn’t seem to know what they were doing, seem d way to new to be working taking the orders alone. He was Nervous, didn’t know the item names and kept putting me on mute or something to ask and then saying “we don’t have that” “sorry we don’t have that either” …I eventually just felt bad for him. Then the line up was incredibly long for each car infront and mine (close to 5 mins at the window alone) and while waiting for everyone’s else’s orders. Was to the point the whole line was getting upset (understandably). Got home, my wrap had at least huge 3-4 chicken pieces inside (was nice for extra ,but was too excessive), so much bacon and sauce and folded into some weird square shape with a tomato grilled to the outside when I opened it up hahah…..he didn’t know how to make the wrap, no question lol. My pumpkin spice muffin which I was excited for was actaully bran….my least favourite (ate that shiz anyway but not the point) although there was little appearance of any team work or drive, 2 of them were moving around relatively quick, more in a panic it was clear to see. While the other didn’t seem to be bothered about anything that was going on really lol I ain’t even upset with the kids working there, maybe even someone called in sick…I don’t know the situation……but who’s IN-CHARGE and left them struggling like that? It’s a bad look on the boss’s, that location and it’s just not the service that daily customers (like i and most others) are looking for. Get them some support.

Order chicken ranch wrap. Was told they was no ranch available would I like hot sauce. Agreed. But when I got home there was no hot sauce either. Just a dried wrap with wilted lettuce. Also ordered chicken noodle soup. They were out of chicken but would put breaded chicken in instead. Was not an enjoyable lunch. Will not return to that branch. Fourth Avenue much better.

This is the chicken in my soup . Why does it look like canned dog meat ? I would not even feed my dog this meat

The morning crew threw the week is amazing. But the afternoon and evening employees and manager are just horrible. I had to come back to have a drink made again as it was horrible. Got nothing but attitude from employees. after they remade it and handed me my ice coffee with a huge amount of coffee grinds in it I went and asked for it to be remade. He then brought me another with even more coffee grinds in the bottom of it. I asked to speak to the manager. Was sad that all he could say is they are trying. Watching them laugh about the situation they made 4 drinks then finally got it right to watch them drop it on the floor. I spoke again with the manager and said you are not there friend you are there boss. A business like this needs a leader. Stop trying to win them over with complete disrespect to the customers.

This location has gone downhill in the last year or so, to the point I will drive out of my way to another location to avoid the painfully slow drive thru and front counter wait times. This, without a doubt, is the worst Timmies in the city. Management should really take a hard look at trying to fix the issues and also look at why beverages never seem to be full.

7:30pm Sunday October 8th The girl working tonight who made my order was the sweetest! I ordered a BLT sandwich however when I pulled up to the window she told me that they didn’t have the bread for the sandwich instead of not serving me what I ordered smart girl in the workplace who was making my sandwich suggested that she can make it with two smaller bread pieces and I was more than okay with that! To the employee who made my sandwich you’re the best when you read this!

Keke is absolutely the sweetest person. She was at cashier when I ordered and she was so sweet and kind, her customer service voice is so gentle. Keke needs a raise. Tim Hortons should be rewarding such workers for being so patient and good with customers.

Yesterday, I have been at this place first time & really impressed by the Customer Service of all the employees esp. the old lady who was helping everyone. She spoke to me in a nice & frindly manner, and also made two egg-farm wraps for me with extra lettuce. Thank You : ) 14 October 2021 if you like the you are most welcome to my Instagram @jas._.pics

It's a Tim Horton's. Generally stop here on the way out of St Catharines. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. Food and drink are above average. Decent-sized parking lot with okay drive-thru routing, though haven't ever been during a rush.

Garbage experience. 5:20pm is when I entered the drive thru line, 5:45pm is when I exited. They gave me the incorrect donut, and my cappuccino was just the hot garbage water because their machine was empty and zero F’s are given. I handed them loose change that amounted so that I would receive exactly 1 loonie back. It makes life easy. But the guy sifts through it all and hands back some of the quarters I gave and then cashed me out and hands me my dime. Each chance they had to come through, they failed. Enough so that I’m obligated to post it.

Tree clients pass infront of me, terrible services, too long and all of them complaining.....Services auto same, I did not take a chance, wanted a cofee, so a just grab a Apple juice and muffin was quick...But still they have to fire these employees...Bring better ones in

This Timmies is always stocked and has friendly employees. The parking lot is frustrating as the (always) long drive thru line blocks the parking spots. This location also has a significant issue with mixing up items: Sausage when bacon was ordered, smalls when mediums are ordered, etc etc. Overall we keep going there because it's close, clean, and has friendly staff and that always overrides little errors.

My skip order was missing my coffee. The one item I really needed. I called the store. They were polite, cordial and very understanding. The staff even drove the coffee to my place! And they upsized my coffee! First time I've had great service from this location

  • 1/5 Jordan G. 2 years ago on Google
wow what a disaster yesterday. 4 cars ahead of me in the drive through it took almost 20 mins to get our order. Speaking of order, they did not have 3 of the items my son had asked for. Then after paying they did not give me any change. So I waited and they did not even notice that I had not pulled out.... Maybe it was because 3 staff were huddled around chatting?

Nice and clean location. They had everything we have ordered. Staff very attentive. Thank you, guys!

I am in no way upset with the employees as they are doing the best they can with what they have but... it is CLEAR that the management team cares more about profits than providing basic customer service and caring for their employees. I have been to this location when their staff have been extremely understaffed and today 08/09/22, the inside portion of the restaursnt was closed during peak time. There was no sign on the front door and when i went to go ask staff, they simply told me the dining area and front counter were closed and wouldn't give me a reason. It was evident that it was closed because they were severely understaffed again and only able to operate the drive through. Students are back at Brock and NC, so there is absolutely no reasom to be understaffed now. They are understaffed because clearly the managers just don't want to pay their employees and they have made this obvious everytime I have visited. Managers would rather close the inside of the restaurant, lose paying customers, just because they don't want to schedule/pay front counter staff. Honestly patheric.

Farmers wrap with sausage and bacon is the best menu item in my opinion

I'd give 0 stars if I can. Was stuck in drive thru for 30 minutes for them to take my 2 coffee order, give me my total and told me to pull up to the window. I get to the window and they don't even say anything, passed the debit tapper and handed me ONE coffee. I asked where's my other one and they said I only ordered one - paid for second coffee after, for them to turn back and say "we have no XL cups, you want a large?" Shouldn't you have known that before you charged me for an XL coffee... Ridiculous place.

Morning shift is awesome..don't bother coming after that. Walk in is often as quick sometimes quicker than the DT. When the line gets long inside try opening the 2nd till, haven't seen it used in forever. Better yet, try the going to the next people in line trick and asking "what can we get started for you" speeds things up a lot. This is my local...please fix the service as gas is very expensive to be driving to the next place.

Loved this Tim Horton's very close to the St. Catherine's Go station. Lots of seating. The staff are friendly. Coffee even tasted better than what we normally have in Toronto.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Rarely have orders issues but the one time I did they made me a fresh batch of ice coffee to make sure I got the perfect drink!

  • 1/5 Braeden S. 1 year ago on Google
Waited 20 minutes in line. 80% of the workers were working drive thru. Obviously newer employees were on cash and they were having trouble keeping up. Not really fair to the workers on cash and making drinks for inside customers to have no support helping them when it's busy inside. I'll make sure to go through the drive thru next time since that's what the supervisor is prioritising at the expense of walk-in customers

Absolutely discusting bathrooms. Totally cannot be used-No toilet paper, no soap in dispenser, hand dryer was full of mold. When advised staff they did not seem to care. Had no appetite to order food. How does this restaurant pass inspection? Can you imagine the state of the kitchen where your food is prepared?
