Flies buzzing around baked goods on display. What?! Voiced my concerns to the people working the counter but they just scoffed at me. Where are your customer service skills? Coffee was so-so. Those flies seemed to have a better work ethic than the staff. Don't waste your hard-earned dollars at this location. Quick tip: there's a McDonald's right across the parking lot and their service is always fast, friendly and consistent.

Horrible experience, the worst I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. Staff themselves were friendly, but the coffee was awfully cold, the sandwich somehow had a piece of hair on it (no not mine). Bathrooms were a complete mess, toilet had diarrhea in it. Lastly, I found a piece of hair..... in my car. All in all, never go here if you want good food, sanitary bathrooms, and a car.

The Tim's by Brock University excellent friendly service , they a really nice London Fog tea-thank you. You have better happy service than than Brampton locations. Have a nice holidays & hope 2022 can be abit nicer to us all, maybe, just don't know what to expect. 😊

Ex employee. General Manager couldn't care less. You were an employee that's it. I quit and got no call. Nothing. You can tell management couldn't care less. Not a good place to work

Overnight staff has terrible service. Iced Cap lid was dripping all over the place, was offended when I asked for a lid replacement. They tried to justify why Tim Hortons lids are supposed to be dripping. Made such a big deal about it🤦‍♂️ All he had to do was replace the lid

Anywhere we go, Tims is our stop to have coffee, tea, donut etc..Our summer road trips is not complete without spending at Tim's at least twice a day to enjoy our coffee together. I dont want to exaggerate but we spent lots there. My whole family love Tims and made our day. Canada's best...

Came in at 10:40 am the older lady with glasses took someone’s order before myself although I was waiting in the line then she was so rude to me when I asked why is my drink more expensive than usual, she said it’s always been like that , didn’t even let me talk

Waited in the drive thru line for forty minutes only to be told their iced capp machine is down for cleaning. Okay, iced capp machine is down(which it seems to always be done) but FORTY minutes in a drive thru? Gave this location so many chances.

The staff here is so rude Experienced this thrice from the same lady They forgot one of our items and we got shouted at for waiting here 😂nd after we mentioned we are still waiting she continued to show us attitude without any sort of apology The next time I went with my friend they were hesitant about redeeming offers ect The third day my friend mentioned they had a similar experience I thought she was having a day since it was about 9 pm and decided to not mention but her rude behavior continued …. We come to pay and get food not to get attitude from staff Please please change this rude staff I would stop going to this Tim hortans but unfortunately I am a student at the university their thus it’s the closest to me

My favorite Tim Hortons! I go out of my way to go to this one specifically. Coffee always good and the customer service is excellent. Even if the line up is long, it goes very quick.

I always go to this restaurant. Today, when I bought my usual breakfast sandwich on a four cheese bagel. I called and let them know there was an unusual problem with the sandwich. The manager rectified the situation right away. customer service is always great here and speedy service.

The woman literally didn’t speak to me. Radio silence. I had to ask her if I was ready to pay, where to stand, if she was ready to hear my order, etc. all she did was POINT AT ME. And my sandwich was cold, the meat, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and sauce were a mess in the bag and were sliding off the sandwich. It took me five mins to CLEAN and REASSEMBLE it before eating. Insanity. Never coming back.

give her $13 for a $12.70 order, argues that we don’t get change. didn’t even remember how much we gave her. what a great experience 🤧

They don't hire much staff to work . The big line up and have to wait for almost 15 min. Drive thrw 5 people are working foe walking only one person. Good place but they need to hire more people. Every time the coffee taste is different

As usual, a Canadian classic! Come here for a double double and watch one of the supervisors have an absolute meltdown everytime someone takes any more than 30 seconds to get the next drive-thru customer out of the driveway.

Finally a Tim Hortons that would let me go through the drive through,my scooter doesn't fit through the door,the other one in thorold won't serve me!!

Standard Timmies, and what Canadian doesn't love Timmies...but the staff here are wonderful! They asked if I didn't mind waiting to recieve my Tea because they weren't able to fill it all the way and then thanked me for my understanding...

Always have a bad experience here, several times did not get reward for purchase, staff are ok but something wrong with the electronic, and when I took it up with corporate just an apology no retribution, in one incident they cancelled my rewards card as if they were blaming me for the issue. Just going to stay away

Its usually busy but its in a convenient spot. Theres a good amount of seating.

I know its tim hortons but I'm giving it 5 stars just based on the customer service I received, guy was super nice and actually cared.

The girl in drive thru was super friendly and our order was hot, fresh and correct. The vanilla dipped donut was just dipped, yummy!
