Pleasantly surprised at the flavours given its a franchise and my prior disappointment with other burrito places in the GTA. Loved the 'Drunken Chicken' addition, the veges and beans were all fresh.. good stop en route

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this was absolutely disgusting. This was the worst Mexican place we have ever tried. We have been to many Mexican places. The food was not fresh or hot and they were soooo stingy. I couldn’t even finish the bowl I bought and end up with a bad stomach ache. They even charge extra for veggies and gave us not even a handful. The salsa tasted water down. My husbands burrito turn from a 10 inch to a 4 inch burrito. Overall the food did not taste like anything. Very bland.. The only thing that tastes good was probably the chips and the pop. Do not go here or you may get diarrhea. If you do good luck!

Ordered their DIY Taco Kit from the app for pick up and it made for a fully-stocked and delicious taco night! It was also clearly way too much for 2 people so we made some FULLY loaded nachos the next day and even still had leftovers. It was very well priced too. Would definitely recommend, just make sure you order guac on the side!! 🥑

They were doing a buy 1 get 1 free regular burrito promotion on Uber Eats. They only delivered 1 regular burrito when the receipt clearly says 2 regular burritos. I thought maybe the delivery guy stole 1 of the burritos, but the paper bag only has enough space to fit 1 regular burrito. So this restaurant only made 1 burrito thinking they can get away with it knowing they can't be held responsible and they can easily blame Uber Eats.

The vegetables were fresh and the food was neatly prepared but the Grinch held back on the protein. I ordered the take kit for 50$ and an additional burrito bowl for a family of 6. This is the size of the protein tray that came for 12-15 tacos. HARDLY SUFFICIENT! There were 2 baskets like this which allowed one tablespoon of protein per taco. Dare I say, sample size? Friendly staff, clean restaurant but very restrained on the quantity of food. If you choose Latin food, the restaurant should have an aroma and delicious spices. This building, sadly, was sterile. Thanks, but I'll go to a small restaurant next time and avoid disappointment. Try local folks. It is usually a better fit.

I went to this location yesterday as it is very convenient to “grab and go” on my way home from work. Upon entering the restaurant everyone behind the counter is welcoming and friendly. I was indecisive as to what to order so Pinakin suggested I have the tofu. He even gave a piece to sample before I placed my order. I was 100% sold it was delicious. I will continue to frequent this restaurant as the service and food are outstanding. Keep up the great work.

We ordered from Quesada and found the experience to be excellent. We tried a burrito with all of the toppings we wanted along with a burrito bowl. We also ordered the churros. Service was quick, allowing our Uber driver to pick up the food in a timely manner and the food was still hot when it arrived. We thought the burrito and bowl were great options for anyone craving quick mexican food. The addition of churros was the best decision we could have made. The traditional sauce and Nutella that the restaurant gave us made the churros even better.

Food was good but the sauce was amazing!!! Ask to have fries triple fried, best and only way to have them.

Though the maker of the food was pleasant, they were unknowledgeable and no support was provided. Confusion over pricing had us paying about $7 extra with no explanation despite asking. I emailed the customer service team that said ‘they appreciated the feedback and would use as a coaching opportunity’. Wrong items were added and churro was stale. Gloves were hit or miss (if never order take out). Can’t recommend.

We had our friends visiting us on Thanksgiving weekend and after a tiring day of sight seeing, we went there super hungry. The place was neat and clean and the owner, Mr. Pinakin Shah, was present to attend us. He was very attentive while preparing our orders. He also suggested toppings and sauces based on our likings and everything came out really delicious and tasty. Also, we had an 18 months old girl with us. He made sure that she has something to eat and gave us sweet corn and rice on the side with no charges at all. He checked on us a couple times as well just to make sure that the girl had everything she would like to have. We even had a good chat with him. Thank you Pinakin for the wonderful dine-in experience at your place. Will definitely visit again.

Very yummy burritos! Amazed at how much they can stuff into it! Owners lovely- gave us free cookies when we ate there. Great place!

The man behind the counter, who I believe is the manager is a "legend" my son says. Always friendly. Added a extra churro to my son's order one time. Tonight he gave him chips and queso sauce on the house for my son to try. He even waited till I called my son to see if he wanted a sauce on his burrito. Best customer service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

The Manager of this branch, named Shah, is amazing at his job. He makes you feel welcome from the minute that you walk in and his service skills are excellent! The food is hot an amazing and this branch is very clean and well kept. Thanks for making our burritos perfect every time Shah! You deserve a raise!

😃👌 Quesada Burritos & Tacos, on lake st. In st catharines. Is simply Top notch in my books, the staff are super friendly & easy going. Not to mention they Know just how to make a wonderful dish. Everytime i go their, i always enjoy the food very much. I highly recommend Quesada burritos & tacos.

Very nice eating establishment where you can customize your food according to personal preferences. I am fairly confident most people will find something to their liking on this extensive menu. On top of that the business is kind and welcoming which is a rarity in this day and age. Thank you for the complimentary churros for my family after we had finished eating our meal.

Good food made by friendly people, and of course, very fair prices. My wife and I came here on a Tuesday evening for some tacos and a burrito. We were quickly greeted with smiles and given time to look over the menu. Once we placed our order, the food was made quickly with care and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. The burrito was tasty and not soggy, the tacos were flavorful, available their queso is thick, hearty, and flavorful. We'll skip the Taco Bell and come here instead more often going forward.

Fantastic tacos! Very generous with toppings and the sauces were delicious. All of the staff are very friendly and hard working. Such a perfect example of what customer service should be. Will definitely be coming back for more!

It’s always a pleasant experience with the staff and the food is always great! I’ve been going to this location for years and I will definitely say the service has only gotten better with time. I really appreciate the awesome management as well.

I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that made our burrito/bowl today but he was extremely friendly and made our experience so much better. Our food was delicious and so fresh. He gave his advice on some sauces that made it taste great! We will be back to this location and definitely recommend

I love this franchise! I used to go to Taco Bell, but I will never go there again! With that being said, the meat is always cold. I think the tray needs to be deeper to reach the hot water in the warming table. Also, service could be a little faster. If there is more than one order at a time, they seem overwhelmed. Ordered hard tacos and soft tacos and there was confusion while trying to fill both at the same time.

This is the best of all Quesada if eaten at! The care for how they make and serve their food has is sencond to none and always makes sure his customers enjoy thier experience! Will be back 100%

The food is delicious, the toppings are fresh, the service is fast and the man who runs the place is very friendly. Their guacamole made in-house is the best I've had but is $1.50 extra, and bottled drinks are a bit pricy.

Very dissatisfied with my burrito. My partner’s burrito was even worse. Next to no chicken which we paid extra for, no sauces which we also ordered and no flavour. It was literally all rice. I hate to make a public complaint but maybe this will help change the products they are selling.

Always a pleasant experience here. Staff are courteous and food is great. Have changed from burritos to burrito bowls but you can't lose either way. I wish they would be a bit more generous with the guacamole when you actually pay more for it...but that is a small thing to me.
