If you plan to order from here it’s best to order through the website and pick up to avoid interacting with the rude cashiers, I came in store to order a thin crust pizza, received a thick crust, when I asked the cashier he aggressively accused me of ordering thick rather than just admitting it was a mistake which I would’ve understood and appreciated. I do not feel comfortable ordering in person from this location again.

The person who took my order took two other orders before mine then proceeded to use her bare dirty hands to touch my food. Absolutely disgusted. When I said something she said "it's fine." DO NOT EAT HERE. RUDE and GROSS.

The pizza is hot and fresh, exactly as you would expect. The reason I like going to this location specifically is because the staff members are always incredibly friendly and nice.

I had to return my stromboli since it was burnt on the bottom and raw on the top. I asked a second time to have green olives added and was refused. They can remove an item, but that doesn't reduce your price. They can't keep a customer happy by adding a few cents worth of olives. I will never visit this location again.

A long time waiting time for the pizza to be ready and when I ate it it was RAW. They don’t even apologize for waiting time be more than 40min. The same attendant who makes the pizza is the same one who receives money all the time! Unhygienic

Ordered pizza. Peproni was never ordered. Mistake happens .but refused to change or replace. Asked me to call head office. No Courtney. Second pizza was uncooked. Thick dough ...not cooked from inside .never buy .

One of the best Pizza Pizza location in St Catherine's. The staff is very nice and friendly. Once I didn't know about an offer and was getting the pizza at the regular price. The manager helped me and informed me about the offer when they could just let me order it for the full price. The pizza was also very good and the slices were freshly made.

I am not typically a pizza pizza fan but my fam is. Went in to pick up our pizza; was greeted with a smile and how is your day. Insisted on showing our pizzas before I paid to ensure everything was correct. Pleasant, courteous and the best Pizza Pizza pizza we have had yet. Great service is hard to come by nowadays and this location is doing it well. We will certainly be making this our go-to location!

They’re a ghost kitchen on Uber eats. I ordered what I thought was a small business restaurant but came in pizza pizza boxes and share the same address. Very disappointed. Food was poor quality and not handled with any care. Waste of money

I ordered 2 gourmet pizzas at the Pizza Pizza Pendale for pick up.I had some girlfriends for lunch. We are having chicken wings and thought that these pizzas were a perfect pair. I said I picked it up at 11:30 and I was there on time. The pizzas were cold and could not even tell its taste. It seems that its been sitting on their counter for a while. So disappointed. :(

The left is the parts of a panzerotti that had nothing inside of it. And the right is the part with actual filling. The flavour was really off because it tasted like the bread was from beaver tails and had cinnamon. These are a waste of money.

Best pizza around. It really hits the spot. If you have any leftovers. That's a big if lol..... Breakfast pizza from there is amazing too. Doesn't loose it flavour. YUMMMMMM

2 slices for 6$ BUSSSINN. The slices were fresh n delicious 🙏🏻 went from the thorold location to this one because the thorold one doesn’t make slices till the dinner rush, but thank god I did because the pizza was awesome 👏🏼

Absolute garbage service. Have been waiting for almost two hours for food that I ordered online. Don’t know if this is the restaurant but it is the closest to my location. Tried calling the restaurant to figure out what the issue was but no response. Do not eat at Pizza Hut if you want to have food come to your door quickly
