    Ordered a bagel, toasted with butter and I received a bagel so hardly toasted that the butter wasn't melted. Asked the guy doing the food if he could run it through again please, guy took the bagel threw it out and made a new one. This is what I received. All the while the employee didn't say a word to me. Got a refund. Happened Aug 6 9:30 am

    As someone who worked at Tim Hortons for years I don’t like to complain too much because it can be stressful in certain situations. With that being said the morning staff here are the rudest, most entitled employees I’ve ever heard speak. They’re not only rude to their customers but rude to each other. Like VERY rude. Orders are frequently inconsistent and they act like it’s the customers fault. I would love someone from head office to inspect this location. I’ve had first hand experience with this particular owner and the husband and wife team are particularly disrespectful to their staff. I can see why there is no positive atmosphere at their locations.

    The old hag of a superior is SO RUDE to both customers and the workers. I went in today for a iced tea, and her tone was combative, her attitude was unnecessary, not to mention her being bitter to her employees. Absolute unacceptable behaviour. Shout out to the worker with delight dyed purplish white hair, despite your supervisors bitterness you tried to keep the conversation friendly and kind. Not to mention when the bitter woman was complaining about breaking a cup, you still tried to be friendly to her.

    This Tim’s never provides quality customer service, always passive aggressively saying “anything else” and give attitude if there is. Secondly, I’ve order here a few dozen times and a good portion of times they failed to deliver the order I asked for. I would not recommend shopping at this store as there are better ones not much further away.

    This timmies is absolutely atrocious. The fact that they cannot serve someone when there is no one in the store shows the pure laziness of its employees. I fully don’t understand why this specific establishment has not been shut down. They also for some reason do not carry sour cream glazed products even though it’s probably the most popular donut product?? Aside from the lovely new employee by the name Thomas who always puts a smile on my face this is the most disgusting and unorganized place I’ve ever been too. The manager is the most miserable person and clearly does not want to manage that timmies do fully dont. Find new management, find new employees, stop disrespecting employees & actually carry Tim Hortons products before it completely ruins your companies image. Do better

    Just got an order in the drive thu. Not only did I wait 10 minutes for them to hand the wrap to the car in front of me, but then when I got to the window the person working did not greet, did not even make eye contact with me. She then handed me a cold tea, which was not made properly, and then I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for a plain bagel, toasted, with herb and garlic cream cheese. When she returned to the window she just handed me the bagel and said "here" nothing about the wait, no have a nice day, nothing. I just opened the bagel, and it is plain cream cheese and the bagel itself is not even cut. This was a terrible experience.

    This is my go to Tims since it's right across from my workplace, but there is one particular employee there who should not be working in the service industry. They are constantly miserable and take out their misery on customers, you greet them ask how they're doing and they just stare at you with dead eyes and silence. I recently ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, they made my order and tossed it on the counter and said "bagel". I ask to clarify which bagel, so I don't accidentally take someone else's order, and they just stare at me and not give me an answer. Terrible customer service by this individual, everyone else is extremely nice at this particular location and I get along with them all very well

    Went to use the washroom before ordering and it's locked so when I asked for the key was asked to wait so I did, was then completely ignored so asked a second employee, ignored again. I left and spoke to the manager and this is direct orders from the owner! So instead of saying I'm going to ignore you until I serve ever customer walking through the doors they say oh one second and ignore you. Didn't order any clearly

    I am extremely upset and horrified. Today I ordered a DECAF medium coffee and instead they game me a normal coffee. Here’s the thing, I have a chronic condition that affects my brain if Ihave large amounts of caffeine, as well as a heart condition. Which is why I must drink decaf and not normal coffee. After drinking my coffee today I had an episode from my disorders from the coffee that put me in the hospital. Last week a similar Incident happened where I got an iced coffee for my coworker with milk specifically and not cream as she is allergic and they put cream in it. Luckily I could see the colour difference and caught it before it killed her. If you have health issues and require the drinks made a certain way, don’t come here. They will harm you by disregarding your conditions and specific requests. This Tim’s is dangerous.

    For over a year this was my favourite Tim Hortons in the morning. Quick, friendly, accurate service. Even if there were 10 people in front of me in line at the drive-through I was out in less than five minutes. In the last two months it slowed right down. Now I wait at least 10 minutes in the drive-through in the morning before work, and it’s hit and miss whether they have donuts. If Tim Hortons is known for donuts and coffee they should have donuts ready all the time. If all they’re going to have his muffins they should offer you the muffin at the donut price. Extremely unhappy. On top of this they’ve gotten my coffee order wrong more than four times… I order French vanilla and end up with coffee and don’t find out until I’m already at work. What happened to my fast friendly accurate service?

    I bought a smile cookie, unfortunately it was terrible and not edible. Cookie was melted in bag. Paper bag was litterly melted on cookie. Could not peel all paper off the icing. In the recycle bin it went. 😔

    It a regular Tim Hortons with about 30 pax seating and a drive through. I understand the toilets are a cost centre but completely disagree with this establishments idea of keeping it locked 🔐 you need to hunt for a human key holder who will open it for you.. Seriously?

    I've been to this location many times. While it has been a nice experience in the past the person who took the order today was rude and acted as if taking the order meant doing a favour. There is a definitely a need for proper training to be given and if the person doesn't have the right skills then maybe they should be given another role.

    I always love Tim's most people do ! I love the food there easy to grab and go or stay in and eat! The type of food for road trips , dash out while on your way to work , lunch, breakfast, or dinner they have it!!!

    Dec 3rd 2023 7:30am I ordered my coffee and told them it was not fresh, they seem to take offence to what I said even though I drink the same drink everyday They warmed up my drink and gave it to me and slammed the drive thru window in my face right before I got to say thank you. Been going to this Tim Hortons since 2001 with my family and now gonna change locations.

    The workers here just don't care. I've come here a few times, sold out of doughnuts (even during the day). Wait time to order is extended (5 minutes or so waiting for someone to attend the register). When met the worker just said "what do you want". Not good service at any level, not coming back, not recommended

    We ordered 3 everything croissant with sausage, but only received eggs in them. when we called to complain, the receiver was rude and aggressive, telling us to return the food back to them. We live 30 minutes away from this location, how do you expect us to return the food and show them. This is completely unprofessional behaviour on your behalf, how do you allow your workers to give us the wrong order then refuse to correct this mistake? We spent money here expecting to receive what we ordered. Train your manager to manage issues better.

    Ordered steak and egg on a biscuit on 2 different occasions and was served bacon and egg on a biscuit both times. Don't understand why it's so difficult to make a steak and egg breakfast sandwich. Checked my coffee 5 minutes later and noticed they put cream instead of milk in it. I suppose you need a college degree nowadays to serve fast food.

    This is a nice spot. Both for food services, drive through and sit in. Comfortable newer interior. I will Never go back to the drive through on the run Tim Hortons on Lake Street, due to their double dipping. Pay for your coffee and they will take your points. HQ repaid me the points , so today was the first free coffee since February! Thank you!

    I use to work at Tim Hortons 4th ave and i was a supervisor and i know that what this location did to my child was extremely wrong in so many ways im making a human rights complaint and i am gonna keep blasting this location until someone apologies . Mental health is a serious condition plus my daughter also has a medical condition that effects her whole body. She was hired april 22 didn't get her 1st shift until may 8th. Her second shift was may 10 but was told not to come in. Than she was given a shift may 20th but unfortunately my daughter was 15-20mins late (her fault) she does struggle with a medical condition. When she showed up the manager (fran)came out infront of a dozen customers and other employees and fired her out in the open where everyone watched. 😪 than proceeded to yell at another employee for washing the windows wrong. So now today is June 16th and still hasn't received her small paycheck..( very ignorant owner or General manager (HE refused to identify himself) and told me today they forgot to pay her on the last payday and today it will be ready at 3pm) when i tried to talk to him about how wrong it was to fire her infront of customers he was ignorant and said HE can do whatever he wants 😡

    If I could give no stars I would but it won't allow you to leave a review worst Tim Horton's ever I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches 1on a biscuit and 1 on a English muffin the sandwiches with egg ,sausage and cheese. I got 2 breakfast sandwiches without sausage and got 2 biscuits either there's no brains there or no management !! I'm gonna go with the no management I will share this review with everyone I know Brutal, you get what you pay for! GARBAGE!!!! Let me add I spoke to the manager who made excuses as to why the order was so wrong! The customer is always right and if the staff make so many mistakes maybe they should repeat to verify orders. INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

    Thank so much to the staff at this Tim Hortons location, they helped me when my wallet got stolen and they were all so kind and willing to help. From a customer perspective, I have always enjoyed this location. Great people.

    If you enjoy poor customer service and lousy coffee then this is the stop for you. An easy order of coffee requesting medium with two sweeteners was given without sweetener and when getting the attention of the rude young girl who then ignorantly stated “I didn’t take your order” then to open second coffee which I have no idea why either double cupped as both have the temperature and what I would imagine dishwater to taste like. Tim Hortons needs to clean up its act and staff!!

    Don't listen when I order 3rd time in a row they got my order wrong even though at the window I corrected the mistake and then waited for my food just to throw it in the garbage cause I can't eat it with more Chipotle sauce then anything else so I'm done going here! Every tim hortons makes mistakes but 3 days in a row???? Same order every time but they can't be bothered to listen and get it right.

    The food and tea are great but there is a young guy who works the cash this morning didn't say one word the entire time while taking my order, didn't greet me, had a miserable look on his face the messed up thing is it happens every single time I get this same guy. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK HERE AGAIN BECAUSE IF THIS GUY!

    Literally the worst Tim Hortons I've ever stepped foot in. Workers are all ignorant. Ordered a coffee and bagel this morning. Bagel was literally thrown at me. Not even toasted or cut. This is highly unacceptable and quite frankly ridiculous. Customer service doesn't exist at this location. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    Honestly disappointed, ridiculously expensive prices for soggy tomatoes and brown lettuce I didnt ask for, since when is a breakfast sandwich on a bagel suddenly a BELT? over toasted and dry as hell. Idk who the folks are that are working today but could you teach them how to listen and to make coffee WITHOUT a mouthful of fkn grinds at the bottom. Tried to keep it simple and you still couldn't do that right.
